As an owner I am totally impressed with the VacayAZ team. I moved over to them 6 months ago from another firm I had been using for my Sedona property. Within less than 10 days they had already booked over $50,000 in gross rents. Within 30 days they had booked well over $100,000. We are so far beyond that now! They really look after the property and carefully screen the guests. My neighbors are very happy with the quality of 'visitors' next door. There are not enough stars to give out for VacayAZ.

This is a review for the actual management side of vacayaz. We had a guy from this company over to look through our house while it was being renovated to discuss possibly hiring them to be our management company. The man gave some advice on things we could include in our home and I thought it was a positive exchange. I asked for some info via text that morning and it took him until 6pm that night to get back to me. When I called he never answered. Later the next week I asked if he was available on a Sunday to meet back at the house to speak with my husband. Texted at noon, hadn't heard from him by 9pm that night, so I texted again and tried to call with no response. Next morning he texted back "Hi not available Sunday" but there were no suggestions for other times. So I called the company and told the receptionist what I needed and she said she would have someone get back to me. Two days later and nothing so I called again, left the same info with a male receptionist and he promised to get someone to call me back. Never heard from anyone. If they can't even return a phone call, I don't have confidence they can manage my VRBO. And if this isn't enough to make you stay away from this company, our friends who have signed on with vacayaz have now told us when the power went out in their home, the renters called them directly because the management company wasn't responding. Stay away.

During our stay at one of their properties, someone tried to break into the residence twice. When I contacted the management team, they said that the ring camera that was installed outside on the doorbell was dead. They were not helpful at all

Loved my stay with VacayAZ! I stayed at a property in Scottsdale, and couldn't be happier! Everything was extremely clean and the house was exactly how it was explained. I would recommend them to anyone!

I booked a stay at a house with vacayaz for June. I come to Phoenix for work a few times per year and sometimes extend my stay. I planned that for this trip so I rented a house with vacayaz. Unfortunately, due to covid-19 in my sites that I visit I wanted to cancel my travel and come a little later. Phoenix has exploded in positive cases and I dont want to take further risks for myself, my employees, and the people who will be cleaning the house. When I explained this and asked what could be done the answer was nothing. So I asked for a credit since I planned on coming back. Again a pretty blunt no. My wife also called and she was hung up on. I understand we're within the cancellation window and they are a business making business decisions. I'm in business too. However, even something like a partial credit or discount for the future, really any concession would be nice. But to be hung up on? Really? I guess this "hospitality" business is all about the money and not about the well being of their guests, staff or community. I will never rent from them again regardless of the price or lodging.
