Great guide and informative on the land and its origin. The sound healing was phenomenal. The overall experience was priceless. I've known Iala and Akal for over 12 years and always see them when I am in my spiritual home of Sedona. You will get a highlight of your Sedona tour which will last with you. Also get a Jin Shin treatment with Aurora if you can, she is one of the best experiences I've ever had. I studied Jin Shin and she really knows what she's doing and works with the highest of angelic energies.

A once in a lifetime experience! I received the Sound Journey with Akal that was life transforming. He is definitely a Magician and Sound Wizard!. I was transported into a different world the moment I stepped into the circular Sound Chamber. There are so many gongs, bowls, chimes, it was a feast to my senses to be surrounded by so many incredible instruments! I was laid down comfortably and guided on a most amazing and glorious adventure, like being on a magic carpet ride. I was transported into a timeless dimension of beauty and grace. I felt like I had been cradled by the Loving Universe for a very long time, returning feeling very relaxed, refreshed and knowing that " every little thing is going to be alright". Had a great time during my Vortex Retreats and Sound healing. I unfortunately became ill when my first retreat was scheduled and iala graciously allowed me to reschedule. Akal was amazing and I enjoyed my time discussing spirituality with him immensely. I will miss our hikes and conversations and hope i will be able to connect with him in the future

5 Star experiences with Sedona Vortex Retreats! I hosted my Glow Sedona Spiritual Vacation Retreat April 13-18, 2021. I set up excursions for my group of 9 people with iala. Akal was our guide for a 3 hour Vortex Experience and then a 2 hour Medicine Wheel experience. We all loved Akal, his energy and knowledge about the powerful Vortex Energy we experienced. I highly recommend you book well in advance with them, since they fill up quickly. The next retreat I host in Sedona, I will definitely hire them to guide us within the Vortex Energies. I look forward to experiencing the sound healing they usually offer within their Tipi Temple. Unfortunately, it was closed while we were there, due to COVID.

When I returned home, my friends said that I even looked and sounded better. My fiance and I came out for a couples retreat the first part of October. I would have to say that our expectations were not only met, but Iala and Akal far exceeded them! The experience as a whole was very pleasant and easy. Iala had organized our time and put together a personalized schedule that was specific to our needs as a couple. Every appointment/tour was well organized, convenient (picked up at our location) and timely. They are very professional in what they do. Akal was very intuitive and brought so much insight to both of us. He helped up to expand our energy to let go of many things that were not serving us and open our hearts to allow each other to step into each others space to be great! Our experiences with Patricia, Sharon and Cheryl were also pleasant, re-energizing and enhancing. Amazing. Seriously, I could write that twenty times in this review. And that is all I really have to say. This was my first trip to Sedona and I will be called back again. When I do, I will be calling Vortex Retreats to plan for my journey! The team did any amazing job planning and coordinating my daily adventures. All of the guides were local sages, spiritual gurus and instant friends. They were able to assess my hiking ability and from a few questions, as well as ascertain what my spiritual needs were. They took their time with me, to teach and coach me in some of the most secretive and amazing views of Sedona. While I never met Iala, I can tell she is a smart, customer focused who has the needs of her clients at her heart. She has found fantastic guides to extend her business philosophy in such a personal manner!

This is the company you need to book your retreat with, and our guide, Akal, who was with us both days. Like many of these other people have stated, was called to come to Sedona and read some in advance, but WOW, the wisdom shared and so many special locations visited, was beyond my every expectation! My daughter and I are so happy we participated in the Sedona Vortex Retreat. It was a powerfully healing, enlightening, guiding, clarifying, empowering experience. We just got back 2 weeks ago and we already want to go again. Akal was a calm and wise man who led us on our own personal journey to clarity and personal growth. I'm so grateful to him. Cheryl was delightful as we hiked Sugar Loaf and did supportive yoga and ayurveda discussion and experienced outstanding healing sessions of Jin Shin. The closing ceremony at the medicine wheel was profound for us both and an anchor we will always remember. A beautiful and powerful experience for which we feel so thankful. I had the pleasure of working with Akal, Patricia, and Sharon, all of whom were amazing individuals with their own special gifts to offer. I did yoga hikes among the red rocks, a chakra clearing, reiki session, meditation in the Tipi Temple, learned about my dosha, past life regression, visit to the stupa, and so much more!
