Booked the hotel with high hopes and took the bus out - disappointed. There is no lake access; it got sold apparently. There is just one small hot tub and sauna, the “hot” tub is not hot but lukewarm. All facilities are overcrowded. Wish we had more positive things to say.

Living in Switzerland for many years now and this is literally our favourite place ever. In fact if there’s one place int he world where we are most relaxed then it’s here at Flora Alpina! Amazing staff and facilities plus the views and surroundings are fairy tale alike! Totally recommend this place!

We loved our stay here . We wish we had more time to enjoy all the great amenities.|The hotel staff Naiara H and Nicola W were so kind, helpful and welcoming. They helped with all aspects of our stay and made our vacation memorable. Love the included breakfast and such great view from our balcony |Thank you for such a great memory

Stunning location with the most phenomenal views of the lake, beautiful hotel grounds, professional service all round, amazing breakfast and the spa was incredible! Best hotel we stayed in our Swiss roadtrip. Although it’s a little dated, it has a real charm about it and has been well looked after. The only negatives would be expensive dinner and the small awkward bathroom layout - tiny shower with curtain next to toilet and the washbasin was in the bedroom. Overall though, it was fantastic.

Beautiful building in an incredible setting, with a beautiful view of the lake. The terrace is absolutely wonderful and the staff is very friendly. The spa is small but cozy, the poolside is great to sit back and relax in a gorgeous luscious park. The restaurant area is very traditional and comfortable with great food & service. Had breakfast in the room, generous portions and great quality of food. Definitely recommended, will be back one day for sure ! Prices are reasonable for this type of establishment. Congratulations to the staff, Floralpina is a very special place !

This was such a gorgeous area to visit and my stay at this hotel made it feel so authentic. The staff were all friendly and professional and I hated to leave.
