Honestly, such a beautiful spot. The venue itself feels super authentic and really well preserved, almost like it still carries a bit of history in every corner. And the views are amazing all day long . Everything looks stunning and peaceful. The food looked great, with really nice presentation, so I was excited to try it. The taste was okay overall, but my beefsteak wasn’t as flavorful as I expected. Not bad at all, just a little underwhelming compared to how beautiful the dish looked. Still, the whole dining experience felt nice because of the setting. But the dessert (traditional swiss please see pictures, amazing!) The rest of the service was very professional, and the staff handled everything in a friendly and smooth way. It definitely added to the vibe and made the visit comfortable and easy. Shot-out to the Hungarian Lady in service! 🥳 Even with the small food detail, I genuinely enjoyed being there. The mix of the location, the views, and the relaxed atmosphere makes it a place I’d love to go back to again soon.

This is our first time in Switzerland. The food, service, the people, the culture, and accomodations have been fantastic. Traveling through Europe is different than in the United States. Assume the attitude of, "When in Rome.." and you will enjoy it so much more. We will definitely return to spend more time in this wonderful country and this hotel as well. Thank you for your hospitality!

We spent a night over in Lucerne and Seeburg Hotel was an excellent choice. It's located right in front of the lake in a quiet area less than 10 minutes from downtown. The rooms have a unobstructed gorgeous view, breakfast was great and parking super easy.

Nice and cozy hotel overlooking Luzern lake and Mount Pilatus. Breakfast is very good and public spaces are quite nice. Everything is neat and clean and my room was perfect for my business trip. The only minus I could find is lack of AC in the room, but it didn't make any inconvenience because my room was in the shadows, overlooking to the nearby wood.

The hotel was fine. Unfortunately, we had problem with the hotel. We had an incident with an ashtray that had fallen down. We did not see this because we did not smoke and after checking out we received an email and a credit card statement of over 100 euros because the ashtray had fallen down. We contacted a few times but unfortunately were really not taken seriously by the hotel. They made jokes about us. They were acting ridiculous about us.

Very pleasantly surprised by the quality of hotel forming a part of our greens train tour. Excellent location, good food and service. We stayed in the refurbished old building. It was wonderfully relaxing after 5 days on trains. The no. 24 bus service to the city centers is frequent meaning good access to sightseeing.

Our stay in Hotel Seeburg Luzern was excellent. From the staff ( who we rate 6 ⭐️) to the room, to the view everything was perfect for us. And dog friendly also 🐾❤️

Google
Had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The place is spotless clean — easily matches 5-star standards in terms of cleanliness. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. A special thanks to Daniel for his outstanding service — he made us feel truly welcome and went above and beyond. We were also pleasantly surprised with a beautifully decorated honeymoon room, which made our stay even more memorable. Even though it’s rated as a 4-star hotel, it truly deserves 5 stars. Highly recommended!

Yelp
Among all the hotels we stayed at for our Europe trip -- Seeburg hotel is by far our favorite!!! Stunning lake lucerne and swiss alps view from your balcony -- NOTHING beats this!!! Friendly staff, great breakfast. Love this hotel!!!

Yelp
Daniel checked us in. He was very polite and hospitable, helpful and answered any questions we had. We were given a glass of bubbly as well. The room was lovely/quaint with a million dollar view. Breathtaking panoramic snow capped Mountain View's of Switzerland. A few blocks ride (bus-10 mins) to the town to enjoy restaurants, shopping and Lake Lucerne. I would recommend bringing bath/shower products. There's shampoo/conditioner in one and body soap provided. However, if you like bar soaps, beauty bars and conditioner ... make sure to pack some. And don't forget moisturizer. The breakfast wasn't worth $28 (traditional breakfast spread) but it is Switzerland where I find dining a bit more pricey.

Yelp
The views from this hotel of Lake Lucerne are amazing. Here we are in mid-September and there is no AC in the rooms. 80+ degrees and the rooms are in the sun all day. The bathrooms are really dirty and old and gross. I'd post a picture of the shower curtain but then you'd throw up. There's parking and breakfast. You have to drive or figure out the bus schedule to get to town. Next time i'd look closer in town at something more renovated. It would be worth the extra $. Oh great, a band starting across the street at the Sunset Bar....leaving the door open all night for air cooling is going to be difficult.

Yelp
Nice location and great views of the lake and surrounding area. The staff is friendly, polite and caring. Free bus tickets to town, help with food reservations and general information. Our room with the lake view was nice. The restaurant down stair was spot on. If not staying here the restaurant alone is worth the visit. Had the pork chop, gnocchi, Caesar, tomato soup and desert. All quite excellent.

Yelp
The food was good, atmosphere and staff were great, the prices above average given what we ordered and compared with other local restaurants in this part of central CH. There is a piano bar adjacent to the restaurant so if you like jazz, you'll enjoy it here. There are actually two restaurants in this area of the hotel. One with white linen tablecloths and blue carpet and the other with a dark wooden parquet floor and a more contemporary feel. Both offer the same (or very similar menu) from the same kitchen. The wine list was adequate and average but again, pricey. The number of chinese tourists entering the hotel from busses was mind boggling. Not one of them ate in either of the restaurants. Personally, If I'm in this area and in the mood for something special, I'd be going to The Swiss Chalet in Merlischachen.

Yelp
Hotel Seeburg Probably the most light up hotel in Lake Lucern but therefore the easiest to find. A 22 CHF taxi ride from the HBF which at the time seemed expensive but over the course of our stay seemed cheap in Lucern. The hotel is just superb. Clean large rooms with high quality linen and bathroom amenities. A huge buffet breakfast in the morning will make sure you won't be hungry till dinner! Adding to that the hotel restaurant is outstanding in quality and service we had dinner here our first night as we arrived here late. The 3 course meal was a bit pricey but definitely worth while. Check in was a breeze. Make sure to grab enough wifi cards for all your deceives and ask about bus tickets at the reception as they sell all day passes. It was overall a great stay and we would be back if we ever come to Lake Lucern again!

Yelp
The hotel room had pounding music until 3:30 am from a wedding in the ballroom. No improvement after calling at 1:30 to front desk. The room is nice and lake view is beautiful.

Yelp
I'm visiting Luzern and this hotel is 3km from the city centre. Great location: next to the lake. They gave me a free upgrade from a room with forrest view to room with lake view. Very friendly staff and, compared to Lucern centre: affordable hotel and free car parking.
