Tooo I’ll Mannered Staff. |The hotel staff doesn’t have the curtsy, respect and a positive approach towards the customer. They just have an aura of them, owning a hotel in Swizertland. That’s what the front desk staff tell to their customers. After repeatedly requesting there staff and reception person, they don’t listen to their customers. |There is no phone in the rooms, no mirrors to get ready. |Being repeatedly requesting the staff for some alteration in the buffet breakfast and requested for a portion of sausage or adding salt to the omelettes. The staff rudely tells that we can do anything for the same. |We requested your front staff for the same on 7 June, 2024 Morning -Evening both times|8 June, 2024 Morning - Evening both times|7 June, 2024 Morning too and the staff at the reception tells that we had ask the kitchen staff but it’s upto them and we can’t do anything. And the quote comes ‘ We are Swizertland and can not do anything’. This is what it is. ||The funny part in Hotel Seeburgstrasse is that Kitchen staff or the reception staff doesn’t listen to the higher authorities. | |Swizertland is known for his hospitality and that's not the respond that we expected.|||I highly recommend everyone to not stay with them from now on. Being their perception that they are in Swizertland.

Exceptional experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly welcoming, specially Jill (front desk), thankyou for going above and beyond and accommodating every request. ||The room was immaculate and well-appointed. The bed was very comfortable, providing a great night's sleep.||The hotel's location is great, and view from the rooms is like the perfect end to the day. ||I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

This is a 2 star hotel dressed in a 4 star hotels clothing. It’s as if the owners decided to refurbish an old hotel and ran out of money after finishing the first floor. Rooms are small, no AC (I know it’s Europe but come on it’s 2024 all the other old hotels have been refurbished with AC), the walls are scuffed and scraped, the curtain is stained, the bathroom and WC are ancient, smell of old cigarettes and are clearly the leftovers of the old building. There is only soap in the bathroom, no shampoo/conditioner or body lotion. I’ve stayed in nicer Holiday Inn Expresses in rural America and there at least the breakfast is free! The hotel has a lovely view…across a major street that has constant heavy traffic so it’s very loud at night. The only saving grace of this hotel is their bar across the street, Sunset Bar. That place is awesome and we loved spending the evening there watching the Switzerland/Scotland football match. The heart of a hotel is the guest rooms, if those aren’t nice, nothing else matters.

The room was very nice, clean and comfortable. I had a good view over the lake lucerne. The coffee machine in the room is much appreciated. The bus stop is few steps away and takes you to the heart of lucerne in under 15 minutes. I definitely come back on the next trip to lucerne.

One of the best and most price-friendly hotels I have ever seen in Switzerland. Spotless facility, breathtaking view facing the Luzern lake, accessible location, good for people like me who prefer tranquility + view. Would definitely revisit if passing by.

Our hotel was in a beautiful location - out of the busiest part of the city, but close enough by bus to be convenient. We had a great stay!

The restaurant is horrible. Were coming here regularly and loved the place but unfortunately, since they‘ve changed the owners/management this place lost the atmosphere and service is catastrophic. We’ve been sitting here right now for about 20-30 minutes and NO ONE is coming to take an order, we‘ve already asked for the service but they keep ignoring us. I have never seen such bad organization.

As always everything perfect at the Seeburg Hotel, Quiet location, directly on Luzern Lake, nice walk of a couple of KM to get to the city center. We'll definitely return to the Seeburg Hotel on our next visit to the city||
