Lakeside campsite with new sanitary facilities. Very nice. There is an onsite restaurant but it didn’t have any real vegetarian options. Dinkelsbuhl is a pleasant 20 min walk away. The pitches are shown on the website choose your preference online. We were camped in the second row, however all we could see were the back of big static year-round homes and no lake. There were some terraced pitches a bit higher that had a better view.

Well kept campsite near Dinkelsbühl with beautiful big area to pitch tents next to the lake. The sanitary building has been recently renovated and provides modern shower, toilet and dish washing facilities. The price was suprisingly high compared to camp sites just next to Brombachsee, but we were happy to spend two night with our tents during our bike tour in the area. Dinkelsbühl city center can easily be reached on foot or by bike (approx 5 minute bike ride).

We spent one night on our way south, and it was great. - very easy to get to from autobahn #7 - very quiet - tiered property, so pleasant views from all spaces - nicely mowed grass, no litter, nice gardening - lots of permanent places here, and all were very well-kept, which speaks for the happiness of the users - bathrooms were clean, well-maintained and generously stocked (no idea why other reviewers would say they were old?) Overall a super place.

We must be very lucky, it's very quiet here at the moment. It's 1 mile into town walking. 10 minutes by bike. We ate here last night, 3 beers 2 wines a pizza & pasta £28 which we think is very cheap. Staff are very friendly and their English is very good. Definitely recommend a stopover here

Great campsite, the guy on reception is really friendly. excellent price (19 euros) for one small tent & 2x adults. The camping is next to the lake which is lovely - spacious grassy 'pitches' (there aren't marked camping pitches) - town is about a 15 min walk away. The shower block is a bit dated to & a tap in the camping field would be helpful.

We camped for one night, two people, one tent, one motorcycle, cable reel for electricity, €20.20..!! We had a swim in the lake followed by a visit to the clean and spacious Shower Block. Lots of lovely hot water, and a Washing-up area next door for plates and cups. We slept well, only a distant hum from the Autobahn, and then Bell-ringers at 6 a.m.!! We wanted an early start, so we didn't mind..., and I think it was somewhere near where we were, right hand side looking at the lake.

huge site, grass is dying but not muddy, facilities are really big aswell, so no probs with showers/toilets. if you havnt a car or bikes its just over a kilometre to walk into the little town. there is also a shop on site obvs bread to be ordered with a few bits and pieces like a normal shop. also beer which is good lol. staff are also very friendly, sitting area outside but the restaurant is only open friday and saturday

The service at this camping site is really not friendly to tourist and being someone who promotes themselves as being part of the Romantische Strasse adventure, they are definitely no such thing. Staff is unfriendly and there are so many long term campers who has build miniature houses around the camping site, which most of all looks like a flea nest. Toilets and showers are very old (but clean). I cannot recommend this place to anyone. Go for Nature campingplatz near Pappenheim instead.
