I actually felt intimidated when visiting the store today. The woman worked there had no smile or greetings, just a cold face and said “what’s happening with you”, so rude and unnecessarily intimidating. I felt like I am dealing with a mean teacher instead of a shop helper. Please adjust your attitude old lady:(

Good quality clothing and accessories but pricey! They sometimes sell something that is hard to find else where. Adult ladies, teens, girls, boys and babies, shoes, accessory sections. Nice things but sometimes just too expensive to justify. Sales time is always a good time to pop in. See photos to get a sense of the store. I have been to this store many times but I have to say that the staff have never been resoundingly friendly or proactive in being helpful. The staff aren’t specifically rude but you will need to go and ask them for assistance if you need it and you might not be welcomed with warm glowing smiles. That being said it’s still a good store with some nice goodies.

I had a wonderful experience today when I phoned the Chermside store. I spoke with Emily on the phone, who was more than happy to help me locate an item in store. I explained I had been searching for this item everywhere and she was just about as excited as I was to find the very last one in stock. An absolute superstar with such a beautiful personality. Thank you Emily!

The staff here are amazing. I was greeted warmly by all the staff here. Two ladies in particular who I didn’t get their names unfortunately. They went above and beyond to help me with style and sizing. You can see they both love their job. Highly recommend shopping at this branch

I visited this place with my child expecting a family-friendly experience, but the service was honestly terrible when it came to kids. The staff were impatient and visibly annoyed . So bad, I wonder if they do not have training to deal with familias , if so, you guys should not have productos for children .

I had a lovely experience with the lady who helped me in fit today (5/7/23 at around 3pm) and wanted to make sure that gets passed on! I’m annoyed I didn’t get her name, she looks Asian with black hair and absolute 10/10 premium customer service for each and every customer. I observed her serving a lady next to me who assumed was a friendly conversation, but upon getting my turn I realized it was just the way she is .Thanks again for helping me with styling and be very patient and always smiling.
