We came from Canada to Germany for a wedding and wanted to have a few days to ourselves after 2 weeks of visiting with relatives. The room was as advertised and perfectly lovely. We enjoy the modern style and were impressed with how quiet it was even though there were lots of young families. Breakfast was amazing. The beach was beautiful but to get into the water, you need to walk over many stones. Bring water shoes. Love the long and wide walkway along the beach with many restaurants. Just a short walk to a grocery store.

Nice hotel in a great location. We took the suite and given the high price of the suite (700€ / night), I expected a better product overall and 2 bedrooms (the pictures on the site gave the impression that there were 2 bedrooms, instead of which they installed 2 single beds in the living room. The extra beds were so hard that the kids ended up sleeping in the sofa. Some of the furniture was run down. I also expected services such as breakfast & parking to be included in the price of the suite. ||Big bathroom and nice view. ||The price of the suite should be at 60%-70% of what it is... It is a shame as I dont believe I will return there.

This was our first experience at a beach location of the Baltic Sea. Although the hotel's website is not in English, the staff at the hotel were very kind in conversing with us in English. Everyone was very professional. Perhaps it was COVID and/or cultural differences but there was no real warmth at this hotel. ||||We were slightly frustrated with breakfast. It was held in settings and by the time we checked-in to the hotel, the only time available was closer to late morning-lunch for the entire time we were booked. Alternative options were given - eating from our room (okay not great for EUR43) and we later found out (which worked out better) eating outside on the Strand. Options at breakfast was fine but nothing to blow you away. It must be challenging for the staff as it is not a full buffet service but you have to let them know what to put on your plate. They really did their best.||||The room was nice and comfortable. The pool is great. There is a free COVID testing centre and a place to hire bikes in front of the hotel. This hotel is not located near any shopping. I thought this was a plus but might affect some people's decision.||||For the price paid we expected more - we thought the prices were quite comparable with hotels in Switzerland (not on the beach of course!) with warmer service. For example, there was a coffee and tea service in the afternoon. It would have been nice if this was complimentary which it is, even in hotels in Zermatt.||||One other thing that bothered us was that those Strandkorb (?) you see on their website are not free and not part of the hotel. They need to be rented separately.

A modern clean hotel situated directly on the beach promanade. Well appointed rooms sadly the modern furnishings have apparently been bought for their style rather than comfort and are all but useless. The food is good especially the breakfast but the service although friendly sooo slooow. Limited parking is also a problem but the stay was pleasant our dog was welcome and the opportunity to eat alfresco a big plus.I’d still give it a positive rating a bit better than a 3 but not quite a 4|

First of all, I would like to say that the Hotel itself is very nice and built and furnished with much attention. So the best thing is just to arrive as fast as you can to your room without thinking and talking too much with the reception personal. But, to be not angry and surprised before you come to your nice Hotel room you should know that the Hotel has only space for 3 cars available on a sandy area around the reception. There are 6 more parking places in front of the Hotel but they are ALL reserved for check-in/check out moments. As the Hotel was almost empty when I was there, all of these 6 parking spaces where empty but the receptionist didn't want me to park there. She tried to force me to buy a parking ticket at the Hotel's garage for EUR 15,00 per night. When I said that this is sort of strange if nobody needs the empty parking places in front of the house she said I can park the car in the garage of a Hotel nearby which charge only EUR 7,00 a night … I was asking for a sea view room when I booked the Hotel. And although the Hotel was almost empty the receptionist said that sea view rooms must be paid a higher price. At this point I did not want to discuss anymore with her and said that a regular room is OK for me. She gave me the room above the Hotel kitchen with view to the food supplier ramp … What a stupid behavior of a receptionist. She lost a new customer from the moment he was checking in.

It would have been nice if we were informed that there was no hot water. We were looking forward to a hot shower after a 7 hour drive. Still not fixed in the morning. We were given a 15 % discount on our bill. Should have been told when we checked in.

We would give 0 stars if we could. We stayed already in many hotels, but nowhere we were this disappointed. Hotel is definitely overpriced. We payed more than 200€/per night, breakfast is extra charge 19€/person, we wanted to park that was additional 16€/day and we payed also additionally 18€ for being able to go to the beach. Room is standard, small with the view on parking space and houses. For this money we would then expect at least friendly hotel personal, from which we were the most disappointed. We came, it was raining and nobody wanted to open for us the parking garage, we had many luggages, therefore we did not want to unload in the heavy rain. As we parked there was trolley for luggages and the employee did not offer to help us, but looked at us and watched us to push the trolley. As we checked in, the lady at the reception was not so friendly and when we asked them if they could for this money at least help us to push the trolley and bring it to the room, they did not say anything and our request ignored. For 20 min nobody brought our luggage, so we came to pick them up ourselves and the receptionist told, they are only 2 people and they don't have time (there were no customers, nobody). In my opinion it's 1 minute job and with the trolley is not heavy, even taxi driver usually helps to load the luggage to the trunk. However here a hotel, where we payed almost 800€ was not even willing to help with our luggage or apologise or make our stay more pleasant in any way. When we complained that we want to speak with the manager, the receptionist told it's not possible and refused to give us contact. When we told we are not satisfied we want to leave, they told us we would have to pay 90% of the price. All in all we are very disappointed, we will surely not come again and we would not recommend. Definitely bad experience, bad value for the money and the hotel has not much to offer. We would rather leave.
