We had lunch at a restaurant with a beautiful view and a great location. The food was really delicious, and the dessert was just amazing. BUT!!! The white wine was awful — it was literally the cheapest supermarket wine, yet they charged €10 per glass. Overall though, it’s a great spot for tourists. The staff were courteous, polite, and very pleasant. All in all, I’d recommend it — a great and tasty experience! ❤️

Upscale bar but a great view and atmosphere. Even in the cold weather the heater were actually warm! Drinks were a bit pricey but from the moment you walk in you can tell this place requires a bigger budget. Overall a great experience.

A special thank you to the team for their honesty and care — I had forgotten my sunglasses there, and when I contacted the restaurant the next day, they had found them and kindly returned them to me. This rooftop bar is located in the fashionable trendy Hotel Tivoli Avenida Liberdade Lisboa. It has a magnificent view of the city of Lisbon. We had wine and cocktails here in late afternoon enjoying the view and people. We also had fresh oysters that tasted like it came straight out the ocean 😋

Francisco made my stay very special with his attentiveness and kindness. I’m grateful he went out of his way to take care of me. He also gave me a wonderful recommendations for my solo trip, which I’m so grateful for. I cannot rave enough about this beautiful human being. 🥹 Amy was also great with her check-ins as my server. Service here is top notch… …give my man a raise, please…! View here is beautiful and memorable, music and vibes are very relaxed, and food is sure to be a hit given the way people are ordering and how things look. Happy I stopped by here per the recommendation of a local.

Seen Sky Bar offers stunning views from its rooftop restaurant and bar. If you don’t have a reservation, you won’t be able to sit outside, but we were seated indoors and could still step outside to snap a few photos. I had the beef carpaccio, which was excellent, and my drink—a vodka-based cocktail called Suka—was very good. My girlfriend had the do-it-yourself ice cream sundae, which she just thought was the best thing in the world. From the rooftop, you can see the castle and even a glimpse of the river. It is on the pricier side, and the service was a little slow, but overall it was a very nice experience.

Definitely will pay for the view and ambiance! We only got drinks as a group of 4. All of them excellent! About 40 -50 euro for 2 drinks.

Found them on tik tok. It's the rooftop at a real nice hotel - high at tourist prices. Definitely dress up nice here. We didn't realize you should be dressed to the nines and everyone looked like they had moneyyy. Bring a jacket or cardi if you're visiting. We arrived in august and were pretty freezing with the wind. The drinks were good and the views even better. Drinks were definitely priced at American prices not local prices. Recommended if you're seeking a more boujie lux experience.

I had heard about Seen but didn't realize they had a Sky Bar as well. We couldn't get a reservation at Seen but saw that the bar was open when we go there and decided to go. The view is breathtaking (literally - I actually gasped when I saw it). It's a beautiful rooftop bar. The drinks are amazing, the service is good, the bar food is delicious. Will definitely be on my permanent list of places to visit when I'm back in Lisbon!

Was able to snag a great spot thanks to our server at Seen. WOW! The views here are breathtaking and the ambiance was fantastic! Beautiful people, great music, and a hopping social seen. Have to call out the amazing bartender who made me one heck of a gin fizz! Left with a wonderful buzz and stars in my eyes for the bartender.

Talk about a sky bar and it's one of the best I've ever seen And I tried to visit them all EVERYWHERE I go. Lisbon is full of beautiful views, and this location HAS TO BE the best in the city. The service was great although it can get busy so you may have to wait on the drink longer than you want to. However, the bartender guy made my drinks so well it made up for the wait. The ambience is remarkable!!! The place is spacious enough and full of beautiful scenery and even people.

This rooftop bar is the perfect spot to watch the sunset or to hangout at night. There's a perfect view of the city. The aesthetic is so visually appealing. I got the waygu burger. This place was a bit expensive but worth it for the ambiance. I wasn't that impressed with the burger would probably go for something else next time. The service was amazing and super fast they had two servers coming around to our table.

Great view, but the staff is so rude! Nearly impossible to get a drink that is so ridiculously overpriced you'd think you bought the bottle. Holding tables with minimums they won't tell you. Don't waste your time or money.

As everyone has stated the view from the rooftop bar is amazing. The food in the restaurant was very good and service was top notch. Everyone at our table for 8 had great things to say about their experience.

My suggestion: Go up to the 16th floor to the Sky Bar and check out the view for a few minutes. It's amazing. Then get back in the elevator, go downstairs and get an Uber to go somewhere else for a drink. Both the management and staff have an over-inflated ego about this place, as though it was the latest hot spot disco in Europe. Even at 3:30 in the afternoon we waited 15 minutes for a waiter (even though they appeared to be OVER staffed) before we had to get up and ask a manager for service. Then of course, we got "the attitude." (Maybe we were not hip enough?) Overpriced and underwhelming - spend your hard-earned money somewhere else where they don't seem to have contempt for you.

Great views. Great cocktails. Great bartenders. Posh patrons. We did not eat there. Nice and busy on a Saturday night. Not too expensive.

First time in Lisbon, and I actually saw this place recommended on Tik Tok. My friends and I went for a drink at sunset, but the sun set on the other side of the roof, so that was a bust, but the place was still great. Our bartender made drinks with so much thought and love and really made sure we were well taken care of. I enjoyed the views and the cocktails. For those of you looking to go here, I think it's worth it for a drink. It was our most expensive drink while in Portugal, but as American's we are used to paying this price for a quality cocktail (plus a view!). The bar is on the top floor of the hotel. I enjoyed dressing up a bit and enjoying this spot with friends!

I reviewed this place on Google so definitely check that out. Great spot for a drink and for a quick bite at lunch. Views are fantastic, people are friendly, and I enjoyed it. Sushi was delicious and fresh. I left satisfied and with a smile both times I was there (I was staying at the hotel).

So the view at night is spectacular! And that 4.5 stars is killed by horribly inattentive service. On a Monday night it was busy enough but there were open tables. Waitstaff seemed more interested in standing around talking to each other than actually serving guests. What a disappointment

Beautiful view and fantastic drinks. Recommend the bramble if you're a gin drinker. Bar tenders are attentive. Delicious cocktails. Also particularly enjoyed the peach Bellini if looking for something a little sweeter but still light and refreshing.

Cocktails are NOT cheap, but if you want a beautiful view for the sunset, and a legitimate craft cocktail (like ones with real flowers used as garnish), this is the place.

Amazing views of Lisboa! Wish we would've discovered this place sooner but glad we ended our trip at Seen by Sky. Super chi and trendy. On the rooftop of a beautiful hotel. Great crowd. Drinks were fantastic as was the music just the right volume and energy. Incredible views of Lisbon. Perfect way to end the day and see the sun set.

This place deserves all five stars. The view is amazing, the drinks are priced well, the music was perfect. It's easily the highlight of my trip to Lisbon, and that's saying a lot.

Love the place, but to keep closed in mid afternoon doesn't make sense. Quite a few servers were around as part of #restaurant service and are available to help and keep guests happy. Specially in the area not exposed directly to the sun. #Lisbon #Portugal

I'll start by saying we only came for pre-dinner drinks, and on a dreary, rainy afternoon. The best part, other than the view, was the service. Our server was wonderful in translating the menu for us and answering questions to the point that we ended up ordering some food. I had the shrimp wrap which, unexpectedly came with cashews, but I was pleasantly surprised by how good it was. The place was pretty quiet until a very large group from a convention stopped by, so at that point service for us became non-existent, which was mostly ok since we had plans anyway. Tip: Although the hotel Tivoli appears to have a very fancy dress code, the Sky Bar itself was quite casual.

While Visiting Lisbon, a local mentioned to try this place out - he had me at rooftop bar. We arrived around 11pm on a Tuesday and were immediately greeted with beautiful views of the skyline (+1 star). Unfortunately, that was the one silver lining. The bar was not packed, given it was a weeknight but they were fully staffed - 2 bartenders, 1 cashier, 3 waitresses. I decided to approach the bar to order drinks since the waitresses kept passing by our group without acknowledgement (-1 star) . A few minutes later, bartender finally greet me and ask for my order - scotch neat and a whiskey sour. 10 minutes later, still waiting for drinks (-1 star). 5 minutes later bartender slices finger open but still proceeds to make drinks wiping blood on his shorts (-1 star). I decide to go back to our table to wait. Drinks finally arrive and she hands me the wrong bill (-1 star). Overall, great set up, cool artsy bathroom, and beautiful views but disappointing experience. Hopefully this was just an isolated incident but most likely wouldn't suggest to other visitors.

Very elegant hotel and bar. The staff are friendly and helpful as we enjoyed our fantastic Cosmopolitan cocktails in the lobby bar. The live piano is as good as it gets.

This Rooftop bar has an amazing view and the drinks were superb. A great scenic view to share a cocktail with your love one. We will definitely be back.

The view is what you pay for here. A bottle of Corona and a large Superbock came to €15 so savour the vista. A DJ did his depressingly predictable deep house thing and when we left we were chased by the barman because he thought we hadn't paid. Not a good experience and I won't return. By all means, come here and take a picture because the view is worth a visit.

It is the view that you pay for. Don't quibble over the rest, it will ruin the view. Relax, enjoy and all else is ok!
