Went here for happy hour on Wednesday. Ordered one happy hour cocktail and something called the Keylime pie martini which was horrible.. Basically, just a glorified cocktail with hardly any vodka and just cream in a martini glass. When I asked for the check, the bartender charged me full price for the cocktail that was on the happy hour menu and when I asked him to please change it, he gave me an attitude . Don’t go here if you want good tasting cocktails this place is not it and horrible unprofessional service.

Go for the drinks, people watching, customer service. DJ created a vibe. Nothing to write home about but appreciated the Arabic influence. Food was bad. Beef carpaccio had no taste. Pizza Divola I have had all over the world and this tasted store bought with pepper flakes under cheese. So bad for the price. However, staff and vibe are nice. Don’t come for dinner.

What an amazing experience starting with the food! Vibe and service! The owner came and greeted us and the waitress made sure we’re being taken care of at all times. In terms of the food it was absolutely fresh, flavorful and really nice size drinks! Simply +A experience!

LOVE the vibe here! Friendly staff and tasty espresso, cappuccino, drinks, and food. Didn't have any food here, so I can't comment on the food. Hip, cool vibes, and live DJs often. DJ Danielle was spinning some caf House music vibes at night that makes me really miss my Club DJ gigs lol! Highly recommend!!

Feels like I got scammed tonight. Tall, skinny waiter named Maikel ruined the whole vibe. Went with a friend and this guy straight-up overcharged us while pretending to be friendly. We ordered regular martinis but he charged us for Grey Goose without asking ..only brought it up on the last round when my friend asked for a dry dirty martini. First rounds? Never asked just ran up the bill. Asked for a drink menu and he never brought it. After 15 minutes we had to ask a helper in a red T-shirt and he got it for us right away. I ordered a cocktail that was supposed to be $14 but guess what? Charged for another Grey Goose martini we never asked for. Total scam!! If you’re a tourist check your bill—these guys are slick. On the bright side, the DJ was fire! But don’t even bother calling the phone doesn’t work. I’ll be going back just to get my bill fixed!!

Great place for cocktails and light fare. Located right next to the Colony Theater. Comfortable seating. Attentive service. My seared tuna salad had a nice piece of tuna but some wilted and old vegetables. The calamari and shrimp were excellent. Lightly breaded and tender. The espresso martini was cold, frothy and strong. They had a DJ playing low key tunes. I would come back again.

I absolutely love the unique touch Segafredo brings to Lincoln Road. This place is pure fun & very lively, but at the same time cozy & super aesthetic. The drinks are phenomenal and the food is tasty. Service is absolutely great; the staff is always friendly and helpful and makes every guest feel special (Thank you, Daniel!). Simply an amazing place with great drinks, great atmosphere and super attentive service. Highly recommend for every daytime and every occasion.

As a Miami Beach local, Segafredo is hands-down my favorite go-to spot for fun house music, outdoor vibes, and a solid cocktail or tasty snack. It’s the only place I’ve found where you can chill outside and enjoy a lineup of all-female DJs spinning great music. This isn’t your five-star luxury Italian dining experience—if that’s what you’re after, there are other places for that. But if you’re looking for a laid-back, local gem with good energy and an original vibe, Segafredo on Lincoln Road is where it’s at. Total hotspot.

The drinks and ambiance are great. I love to go here after 6 pm when its nice outside, not too hot. They have a dj on some nights

I'm a Miami Beach resident, and used to go to Lincoln Road often, but not so much anymore. We were walking around and decided to go to this place for some drinks and snacks. Lincoln Road is not what it is use to be, but this place it is . Still a perfect place to seat and enjoy watching life passing by. Great ambience. Not one but, 2 DJ back to back playing perfect bits to Create the perfect vibe. Extensive cocktail menu with unbeatable prices. They are very good too. Food is ok, but I would recommend some improvement to match the setting. Service was friendly and good. Simple menu, but I think the ratio quality - price is a little off. Besides that, I'm glad Segafredo keeps being a great place for locals and tourists to enjoy the city. A solid 4 stars .

Wish I tried their pizza but was just killing time and decided to stop for a glass of water and look through their menu. Monday afternoon, scrolling the streets of Lincoln had a great small bite and great drinks as well. Thank you to the staff for being so attentive, sweet and offering great happy hour specials. Looking forward trying their pizza next time

Poor service. I was in line for a drink during intermission at the Colony. South Beach continues to be racist. I was overlooked several times while others were served. I left.

This was the ultimate cafe back in the day....the music, the coffee and the people..... I remember the staff were so accommodating with a smile......the DJ played the St Germain des pres Cafe series bringing the Parisian/Italian cafe culture to Miami Beach.....Nice!

Segafredo L'Originale offers an authentic Italian café experience. The coffee is rich and aromatic, perfect for a morning pick-me-up or an afternoon break. The cozy at a great spot to relax and enjoy a delicious pastry alongside your espresso. Highly recommend!

I know this spot is a classic. It's withstood the test of time and for good reason. It's nice to sit outside on Lincoln Road. The ambiance is really nice, and it's a nice mix of European and Miami vibes. The food is pretty good but nothing spectacular. The drinks are nice. It's just a nice spot to hang out!

We had some time before the showtime. So, this place was right next to the Colony Theatre, and we decided to have some drinks. My husband had a draft beer from Wynwood brewery, and I had Sparkling sangria. I couldn't choose between red or sparkling. The friendly wait staff suggested sparkling. I am so glad that I listened to his suggestion. This sangria came with a cute decoration of different fruits and tasted really yummy. Since the place was packed, the service was a bit slow. But sitting outside under the nice weather, we didn't mind waiting. My friend who lives in Miami Beach told me that this was one of her favorite places. I can see why!

Had dinner the other evening, a week night evening instead of weekend. The music was a nice and low volume. The service was great as always. I had the salmon carpaccio (good, but a little mild). My husband had the grilled octopus. Their polenta is the best thing they have. People watching is still even better. It was a good, casual dinner. Looking forward to next time

A touch above typical for Lincoln road. Service not the best, but DJ was great and was a nice Saturday afternoon in the sun. Great great espresso martini and enjoyed the antipasto even though not super authentic-was is bologna still so good?! Would go again for the martini!

Stopped by here while walking down and exploring Lincoln Mall in Miami and came across this cute relaxing place. We sat outside and relaxed to the beat of the DJ. The DJ plays great music and drinks were exceptional.

As a place to have something while you have a few drinks it's ok, the food is just average but the atmosphere is what makes it more desirable. Just go without great expectations as far as the food is concerned and then you'll be pleased.

Simply giving this review because it was so cold one morning and Shawn at this location offered me coffee before the restaurant opened to warm me up. Such a sweet gesture.

Perfect lunch @segafredomiami they have the original Bruschetta on the menu but also the Bruschetta Avocado, something like the italian version of an Avocado Toast. It was toasted country bread, cherry tomatoes, brie cheese and avocado, just delicious

Very good food, service is less than average. Bathroom are always dirty. They have a DJ night time

Met a friend here- their recommendation. It was a cold rainy day in MB 69' in October!!! Inside is only bar seating- very small space so we dined outside. We each had a gin cucumber/sage cocktail- very good. Shared a charcuterie board, truffle fries and a margharit pizza. Service was very nice. Would go back again. Only negative is the cushions on the little sofas look dirty and need to cleaned and updated.

Great time, cute cafe, outdoor seating, yummy food! Came here to see my uncle with some friends while visiting Miami and had a great time. I had a chicken panini and an iced cappuccino. Cute spot on Lincoln road. Highly recommend if you are looking for a low key spot on Lincoln road with great food, coffee and drinks.

Just to wrap up the night before heading home, we decided to grab some drinks and lounge. Just like many other restaurants, Segifredo takes space out on posh Lincoln Mall. Pick your seating to satisfy your needs between the low sofas chairs or bar stools. And just like every other restaurant in Lincoln Mall, they all have umbrellas and canopies to keep folks shaded and protected from the elements. These guys at Segifredo do outdoor dining right. My Passion-Ginger No-jito was treated like the real deal while hubs enjoyed his powerful Spritz something. Service was truly nice. And whether you're looking for lunch in the sun, a place to day-drink, or a quick stop at night- Segifredo is one of those places to check out for yourself.

Saturday morning 04/08, I go there to have a nice coffee and a bite to eat. An employee who was apparently only a busboy..passes by me without saying anything so I ask him, can I sit anyhwere? yeah...Can I order? yeahh...and walks away! I watch him, walk around the place playing with his tray, then goes inside and just stands there looking at the glass window... Nobody in the meantime even comes close to ask if I need anything. I go inside I confront the sleepy busboy...and the hostess says ...leave him alone sir he is the busser.. Of course I left, there there are so many places on Lincoln rd to give my money to, where at least the basics of customer service are still applied!!

Music is so loud. The service is bad. I asked for carpaccio, didn't bring salt, when I Asked take so long. Didn't put it water again. Brought the wrong bill.

This place never disappoints. It's great to sit and people watch. The drinks are good, chairs are comfy and the music is always nice.

Average place for coffee and food on Lincoln road. It used to be better years ago. The coffee is very average. You're better off getting coffee at nearby Starbucks and going here for a snack like the truffle fries. I wouldn't waste my appetite on a full meal here. Rather go to Shake Shack or Doraku for a lunch or dinner! But if you wanna grab coffee or a snack with friends it's good for sitting outside and chatting. Also good for people watching of course. Service is below average.

Great atmosphere! Beautiful decor. The restroom is really lovely and well designed. A lot of places all too often slight the "restroom design" and place no emphasis at all considering how well a restroom ought to look? No one ever speaks of a restroom because it's a place where we take care of business. But I'm starting a new trend and we're gonna start speaking of restrooms. I found myself desiring to repeat business at places with elaborate restrooms. And The gnocchi pesto pasta with chicken, mushrooms, bell pepper hit the spot for me on this fall afternoon. I strolled down Lincoln drive and saw a few restaurants but Segafredo did it for me. It drew me in with its quaint appeal in a class of its own. And what more? The food is great enough for me.

It is always nice to come back to one of the oldest restaurant in Lincoln Road! It is a classic, the price is ok and you have options in the menu such as: pizza, salads, sandwiches, burgers, pasta and so on. The service is not so efficient, and I recommend you sit outside in the sun! Siempre es lindo volver a uno de los restaurantes más viejos de Lincoln Road! Es un clásico, el precio está bien y tenes opciones en el menú desde: pizza, ensaladas, sándwiches, hamburguesas, pasta y tanto más. I was only there for a drink. The vibe is very nice as it was before. The staff is nice. They are wearing mask . The happy hour is everyday that is always a good thing. Planning on coming back to have some of there food.

No matter what day, or time of the afternoon or evening I pass by this Segafredo location it always seems busy, even when the rest of Lincoln Road can be relatively dead. I've had 2 experiences here: Several weeks ago we came to this place to grab a drink and maybe a quick bite before a movie at the nearby cinemas. The host seated us at a high top table under one of the umbrellas in the middle of Lincoln Road and we waited several minutes for service that never came. We left and went to Rosa Mexicana up the street instead. On our most recent visit, we had about 15 minutes until the previews before our movie were scheduled to begin. We decided to go inside to the bar here at Segafredo, order there and then grab a table outside and enjoy our drinks. We each ordered a cocktail, paid about $13 each before tip and our drinks were well made (my partner's drink was nearly pure gin). Not the most inexpensive place, but considering it's on touristy Lincoln Road and nearly everything here is overpriced, what are ya gonna do?

Segafredo on Lincoln is perhaps the one of the most popular places along Lincoln Road to have a drink and mingle with friends; it's been around for a very long time and they serve up decent drinks that are priced fairly and offer also a nice complimentary spread during the afternoon hours. Expect to see a DJ on Fridays and Saturdays where serious talent in the making happens right before your very eyes. They've got an extensive drink menu so enjoy up and people watch until your heart desires...it's one of the best spots to do so and boy oh boy are there some interesting subjects all around! Pro Tip: Make sure you bring along a sober friend; they'll keep your drunk ass from making verbal comments to the people walking by and it'll save you from getting a black eye...

Enjoying wonderful cappuccino and doing some people watching here in South Beach it's always interesting to see what walks by.

My boyfriend and I walked in after dinner when we were in Miami and we liked how this place was opened a little later than most places nearby. Our server Berto was amazing! As soon as we told him what we were thinking of getting he said, "ah! I know. I've got the one" and he made us the best espresso martini ever! Great spot highly recommend! Thanks Berto!

Lovely. Sprawling comfortable outdoor seating. No pressure to move on, take time out from shopping and relax. Delightful servers. Delicious espressos and cappuccinos. Lots of options to eat and drink.

This place has gone down in quality. Not sure what happened but I used to come here few years ago but now it feels like a coffee shop opposite of upscale. So many things changed in this block!

Cozy spot right on Lincoln Rd were you can relax on couches and it's as if you are in an out door living room. The food is great and you can just waste your day away while drinking it up and eating great food. I always enjoy this spot. You must go here at least once in your lifetime and decide if you love it as much as I do. It's been my go to spot for years. I used to enjoy my Sundays here with a book and a Bloody Mary. Don't worry about the heat. They have plenty of gigantic fans cooling you off and a lot of shade provided by the huge umbrellas. I gave this establishment 3 stars because the service was sooooo sssllloooowwww. Alas! It didn't really bother us much because we weren't in a hurry to go anywhere but it was a questionable amount of time between the moments we were attended to. Keep that in mind if you go.

We booked a table for Halloween they charged us 2300$ because apparently it was counted per head . So they charged per head plus the food !!!! 2300$ included 2 pizzas 3 cheese boards , bottle of grey goose and olives!!! When we finished we wanted to go inside as there was DJ (that's what we thought we paid for) they said we had to pay more as it want included in 2300$ !!! RIP off !!!!

Have been coming here several times a week since we moved a few months ago (and had come when we visited prior to that)...great for a simple coffee or a glass of wine and the food and service is fantastic. The service is one of the things that has brought us back repeatedly. There is tons of great seating, outdoor fans (if you're like me and need the cooling off in this heat), music etc - highly recommend!

Service is pathetic and food is mediocre. Nothing on this menu could make up for the two hour spent here praying the server would look our way. In the two hour spent here we interacted with a server twice, and we had to get up and find search them out. Not worth anyone's time or money...

Our server Sebastian was an absolute pleasure, and the food was great as usual. We frequent Segafredo usually, top favorites are the bruschetta avocado toast, the colony panini and of course French toast with fresh strawberry's and bananas

When I was passing by in Lincoln, the music & outdoor seating caught my attention. The menu is Italian themed. However, I was not so impressed with the food & beverage. Perhaps, my choices were part of the problem since I went with sliders & truffle fries. When I walked up, the greeter showed me the menu & seated me promptly, but then no one approached me to take an order, not even for my drink. Took about 10 minutes before I had to flag someone down. Given, they were pretty busy, but several waiters passed me & not one asked if I had been helped. That in itself almost caused me to walk away, but I decided to stay anyway. I began with a watermelon mint juice. Not quite what I expected. I could tell it was not concentrated, but it just did not have a whole lot of flavor. As I mentioned before, the food was not so great. I've had truffle fries before & who hasn't had sliders? It just felt like the whole thing was lacking in flavor & the slider meat tasted like it had been microwaved. The only thing that made up for it, was the original greater made time to check on me as I was about to leave & talked to me about their upcoming events. He was pretty friendly & enthusiastic which was very in line with their vibe, but if I ever came back, I would have to try something different (perhaps actual Italian food).

I had the opportunity to have dinner and cocktails at Segafredo. Great atmosphere, food and service. Joan makes us fell special with great service. If you are in Miami this is a most stop for food and drinks. Don't forget to ask for Joan he is the man!

I love Lincoln rd location! It's cozy and the food they have is amazing . They used to have happy hour from 7 to 9, I think, every Thursday, with a lot of drinks options, first I try the Mojito, it was ok. Then I try the Moscow mule, it was da bomb!! I have to say the music is not really good, we ask the girl to put something else and she said it was a play list and she couldn't change it, and the place actually wasn't that busy and the service was a little slow. Besides that I had an avocado toast that I recommend 100%, so good!

We went on Halloween late afternoon before the parades . spritz aperol ans glass of wine. No apple juice apparently. Service ok. L'Originale is loosing it also ...

Is rare to find a place with the perfect combination of quality, great location and most importantly AMAZING service. Joan made sure our time at Segafredo was excellent, he made the best recommendations of food and drinks and served us with a smile and patience. If you are going to Segafredo make sure to ask for Joan to guarantee a wholesome experience.

I looooooove this Segafredo! I try to come as often as I can. Last night, we sat at the bar for the 1st time. The bartenders really ARE amazing. I had never watched them make drinks. It's effortless for them..almost like a form of art! The have a great drink menu. They must have like 20 different types of martinis, 20 different types of frozen drinks, etc. I love the passionfruit caiporoska. It's so delicious. My hubby usually gets the tiramisu martini, which is also so good. On a hot day, their strawberry pinacolada is delicious & refreshing. I don't always eat here, but they have a few things I really like: the tuna tartar, which has pieces of avocado & a lime type of vinaigrette, the arena panini, which is a grilled chichen, brie & pesto sandwich & the smoked salmon panini ( I can't remember if it's called the Norvegese?). Their capuccinos are awesome too! It's great to sit outside, people watch, take your dog & enjoy the experience. At night they even have DJs playing house music. **Note**The service is European style so they try not to "intrude" often..Don't go if you're in a hurry.

Seems like I need to update this since my last review was from 2009. And in this update, I'm bumping up a star. Why? 1) Drinks are still reasonably priced for South Beach - and still well-made. And on top of that, the variety of drinks can't be beat, with mojitos, pisco sours, and every other typical Latin concoction, there bounds to be a drink for anyone. 2) Food is still overpriced like the other Segafredos, but there are menu items that cost less than $10, which is nice (although, you're practically paying for smaller portions). For a light grub to go with the drinks, this fits the bill - just don't expect top-notch grubs as if it was cooked by an Iron Chef. 3) Coffee is still reasonable and good here. 4) Table-side (aka outside) service seems to have improved. I had a nice Macedonian waitress who was patient, pleasant, and attentive. Try to present yourself in a friendly manner, and you'll get friendly service. Friendly service is not always a guaranteed given. That's the Miami way. Also, this place is one of the places on Lincoln Road that stays open the longest - useful especially if you're leaving the cinema nearby late at night and wanting to imbibe, chat, and munch to drag out the Miami nights for a little longer.

I simply love the chicken panini pesto!!!! Also the service is great. Did not wait long to be seated and was greeted as soon as I approached the venue.

The worst customer service I have ever with a pretty good mojito. We finally got hold of our waiter who mind you came by our table maybe 2 times in the hour and half we were there. When we finally asked our waiter for the check he brought his machine by and once I put the tip in he goes "oh no that's not how you do it" he insisted on restarting the transaction and tried to make me give a selected amount tip rather than the custom I had entered in.

Went to have a casual dinner with a friend and it was spectacular! The manager Brian was very accommodating and even suggested a drink for me, it was delicious. Brian was very attentive, and so was our waitress Danielle.

I was on Lincoln road and stopped by for a sip of water. Despite just the taste of water, the ambiance of the area was extravagant. There is a live dj, extraordinary drinks and food from what I have seen, and wonderful staff. 10/10 can't wait to eat there!

I stopped by last week for a quick drink with a couple of friends. the service was great, the restaurant was quite busy but our server brian made a clear effort to make us feel comfortable and get our orders in, the drinks were amazing and came out timely. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who's looking for a great place to get a bite to eat, coffee or cocktail before a night out, great music, lively staff, and beautiful atmosphere

This is sad as Segafredo used to be much better! Both the drinks cocktails and the food. It looks like that they have changed their chef and bartender recently? The mojitos were the best now they are below average. The Margarita pizza was so delicious now it has no flavor. What happened!!? As locals this was our spot to get the best mojito's and food bites. The service is still great that's why I give the two stars. Management/owner need to look into these issues before they lose more customers.
