We stayed at the Seiblishof Hotel and overall had a positive experience, though there are a few areas that could be improved.||||Pros:||||Food Quality - The food was genuinely good. Despite some Tripadvisor reviews suggesting otherwise, we never once left the restaurant hungry, and the quality and variety was pleasant. ||||Rooms - The rooms are spacious, clean, and modern, which made our stay very comfortable. ||||Staff - A small but appreciated touch was when the bartender kindly gave us a full carton of milk after we asked for some. Another excellent service moment was on departure day — our flight was early, and the hotel prepared packed lunches for us without us even needing to ask at reception, which was a really thoughtful gesture.||||Cons:||||Restaurant Seating - Dinner seating felt quite cramped. The tables were very close together and the backs of chairs were touching when seated. Making it uncomfortable and awkward. They tried to resolve this by sitting one person to the side of the table but that then removed all leg room for them due to the table legs. ||||Spa Facilities - The spa facilities were disappointing: the jacuzzi operated on a timer, meaning you couldn’t use it when you wanted, and there was no separate dedicated jacuzzi (it was part of the pool). Additionally, there was no clear separation between nude and swimwear-allowed areas in the spa area, which may make some guests uncomfortable. Although I do understand this is normal in Austria/Germany, I have stayed in other spa hotels in Austria before and they did have separate areas whilst Seiblishof Hotel did not.||||Room Supplies - In the room, there were tea bags and sugar provided, but no milk or coffee sachets, which felt like a basic omission for a hotel of this standard.||||Overall:||||A good hotel with friendly service, great food, and comfortable rooms, but a few practical and comfort-related details let it down slightly. With some improvements in the restaurant layout and spa facilities, it could be an excellent stay.
