Seis Villas

DO NOT STAY IN THIS VILLA. Don't go to this villa unless you want to have an unsafe and bad experience. Horrible property, were travelling to goa with 20 people, stayed at villas 1, 2 and 4, all 3 villas had stained sheets, dirty towels, ac's leaking water, terrible staff, playing the blame game on each other saying i'm not responsible for anything. Even if that wasn't enough, one of our rooms' CEILING FELL OFF tried calling managers and staff, even tho they were close we didn't get any response until half an hour. By god's grace no one was injured. Really a big shame considering its a rainforest property, villas looked like they hadn't had maintenance for more than 5 years very dirty everywhere, 0 cleanliness

This property is not safe to stay. we recently returned from GOA and experience was horrible!! We had a narrow escape as ceiling fell off and the stay was not concerned they did not respond till 11 am in morning it was also a very scary trip and will not recommend to anyone to stay. Pic of roof falling is also attached. Staff is not at all responsive Linen maintenance and showers towels etc are in bad shape and no one responds we felt we had gone their to get their villa fixed

Villa 4 is really well maintained and the staff is extremely efficient. Laxman the cook never slipped up on delivering excellent meals for five straight days. Meals were punctual and delicious each time. The manager Prashant was very quick to respond to any of our other requirements. The villa itself is massive, luxurious and very well maintained. It has been a delightful experience.

Returned from Goa last night!! had horrible experience staying at villa 1,2 and 4, stay only if you want to risk your life, one night even false ceiling fell we had a narrow escape as we were just 2 feet away. managers and other property staff does not respond and asks us to contact someone else. Please avoid as much as possible horrible horrible and horrible, managers don't even respond.

We recently stayed at this villa & The roof of one room fell from the side We were safe as no one was there But it is so disappointing that a reputed hospitality company like this is not maintained well Also the pool was not hygienic & cleaned well Bed linen & towels were old It was very uncomfortable stay at the property Totally regret staying at this place

Had an amazing stay at Seis Villa with friends. The place is better than the photos and the service provided is even better.

Had a very nice stay, the food was fantastic better to return for a meal every time , it was both affordable and amazing, as a foodie I would say the in-house chef (Lakshman) made this trip more memorable.

Good experience and great stay but not very well maintained in terms of service staff
