Villa 4 is really well maintained and the staff is extremely efficient. Laxman the cook never slipped up on delivering excellent meals for five straight days. Meals were punctual and delicious each time. The manager Prashant was very quick to respond to any of our other requirements. The villa itself is massive, luxurious and very well maintained. It has been a delightful experience.

Had a very nice stay, the food was fantastic better to return for a meal every time , it was both affordable and amazing, as a foodie I would say the in-house chef (Lakshman) made this trip more memorable.

Seis villa is the absolute go to for a group visiting goa. Proximity to popular spots, amenities, comfort, pool - all are top notch. Highly recommended!

hello, this is Brij Mohan giving you the review of his stay with this wife and Lovely daughter Shakti at Villa in rainforest in North Goa during my stay. I found the property is well maintained and neat and clean. The staff here is very courteous and professional in their work. Beside property manager Prashant who was very kind, the cook Lakshman, became my good friend. He cooked so well that he almost over ate, but I couldn’t resist still eating and asking for more. House attendant boy, Akash is very energetic and always ready to ask Sir, what you want, sir what you want, so I wanted to carry him back to Bombay. Thanks all of them for a good life, happy life and let them continue to share pleasure happiness with the people like me who are coming and staying here. Thank you very much. God bless you and this has made my Goa trip memorable one and happy, love, and gratitude to the owner of the property, Gautam, who happened to be my son like since his friend of my son-in-law, so let Gautam also be blessed by the God, thank you very much.

Amazing villa, much better than the pictures i would say.

Superb villa, great staff, the place is in perfect condition. The area is 10-15 mins away from all major restaurants and beaches. Sanford was an easy to deal with and made the experience very comfortable. staff was superb, the cook Ganesh is very very good the meals we had were excellent. Would recommend for anyone who wants a premium villa stay in good location of Goa

It's a great villa, very well maintained. It's very spacious, very comfortable for 4 couples. Only knock is that the didnt have enough extra bedding for the kids. Would recommend you let them know in advance that you require extra bedding. The chef, Laxman, is extremely cooperative and very good. If having dinner at the villa I would recommend to have extra staff on hand as the Chef has to single handedly manage everything. Location was great. Villa itself is secluded, but restaurant and nightlife is all near by. Highly recommend booking this. Very good value!
