We stayed two nights at Hotel Moser Verdino with our 9-month-old daughter and our Golden Retriever — and absolutely loved it! From the warm welcome at check-in to the genuinely friendly staff throughout, we felt right at home. The building is beautifully renovated with great attention to detail, perfectly located in the heart of Klagenfurt. Breakfast on the top floor was a real treat: delicious, fresh, and with a stunning panoramic view over the city. We also enjoyed the rooftop bar with a live DJ — perfect for warm summer evenings. Traveling with a baby and a dog isn’t always easy, but here it felt effortless. Thank you to the team for making our stay so special — we’ll definitely be back!

Amazing hotel in the city centre. Old building but inside it combines the old architecture with modern comfort. The staircase is incredible. My room was clean, nice and big enough. The restaurant was good with nice view over the city and nearby hills. The staff was very polite and helpful.

Stayed here for several nights and had a spacious corner room with a comfortable bed. The balcony would be wonderful in warmer weather. The bathroom had a walk in shower with good water pressure. ||The breakfast is a wonderful variety of delicious food. It was easy for us to find things that met our dietary needs and personal preferences. It is served with a view of the city and the mountains so it is just lovely. ||We liked everything about this hotel but the best feature was the kind and helpful staff. Everyone made us feel welcome and they were all friendly. We asked for restaurant recommendations and they sent us out for some of the best meals we had in a month of traveling. They helped us with parking, taxis, a rather difficult special request and more. All of this assistance came with courtesy and care. Special thanks to Maria who really went out of her way to assist us.||Overall this is a great place to stay in Klagenfurt because of the location, staff, food, bar, and the excellent room. ||The price was quite a value for everything you get.

Convenient location, great for town centre, and parking..fantastic view and the staff are fantastic. My only slight gripe was no kettle or coffee machine in room...bit of a letdown when all you fancy is a cup of tea...

The hotel is in a perfect location, just 100 meters from main square. Dogs allowed. Room comfortable and offered outstanding view of city. Parking closeby at a big discount. Breakfast could be improved a lot, seemed like they lacked enough food and plates, which is really bad for the level of hotel. Rooftop bar was cool! Friendly service.
