This definitely wasn't my favourite Selina.
It's really hard to walk in the vicinity of this hotel as there are a lot of vicious dogs. For us, this meant staying in more than we would have liked and ordering food in too.
The customer service wasn't too friendly. We were uncomfortable asking questions at the front desk as they would make us feel like an inconvenience. When I was checking in, the lady was randomly rolling her eyes at me and then later complained to another staff member that she was speaking English to me. She didn't even try to speaking Spanish to me (I've checked into many Selinas in Spanish so it would have been fine).
When we arrived, they wouldn't let us in check in early and made us wait till exactly 3. We waited but even when it was time to check in, the key wasn't ready. They told us to wait an hour and then when my husband went to ask more than an hour later about the key, the front desk staff asked him "what do you want now?".
The cleaning staff and restaurant staff were very friendly. There were great tours offered by the Selina and amazing views from the bedroom window.
The pool table was very broken so it wasn't much of an amenity and the bathroom had mold on the ceilings.
