I'm a HUGE fan of this store, and really have to agree with others that this appears to be the best percentage split in town if you're the consignor! Which gives you the incentive to drop off your items at this store rather than the others in town.
Note that they have VERY HIGH STANDARDS, so don't get your feelings hurt if an item is rejected due to almost non-noticeable wear - it happened to both my coworker and myself. After all, they are trying hard to maintain a standard for the products they offer to customers (which you are, in addition to being a consignor), so you have to respect that. I think their clientele would be different if they did not maintain this standard, and hence you benefit as the consignor because the chances of your items getting purchased is higher. I dropped off two pairs of Gucci pumps, a mod jacket, and a pair of Jimmy Choo sandals - three of my four items were purchased within the first month.
Items are kept at the store for 3 months. After the first month, they get a slight discount, and the second month a further discount. This policy in my mind helps to ensure that the merchandise is always fresh, so frequent visits are necessary if you're the customer and want to snatch up the big treasures.
Finally, a shout-out of their AWESOME APP is definitely in order. As a consignor, you have your own account and in their iPhone app (maybe also Droid, not sure), you have visibility into whether your item(s) have been purchased. You can also create a wishlist if there are items that you're pining for.
And a final finally, I was greatly impressed by how quickly I received my consignment check. I received my check yesterday for my items that were sold in April. Yay, SYS! You got it going on!
