Remote and beautiful! My son and I did the entire magruder corridor and was one of my favorite drives of all time. It is not for the faint of heart if you’ve never driven back country mountain fire roads. 4 wheel drive is a necessity. But if you have the will, the skills and the wheels for it I highly recommend it as a two day trip across the 100+ miles of the road.

Such a beautiful place. Lots of good trails, and lots of small creeks as well. The road going through is well maintained too which makes getting to your favorite trailhead even easier.

Very wild, no Grizzlies, with not too much elevation. Plenty of awesome trails to wander, and wilderness to explore. Good tromping grounds.

I don't remember going here unless it's referring to my trip to the Verizon tower. Great tower, got 123MB/s on it.

Talk about a great way to connect with nature. Deer, elk, turkey, and geese were littered all over and wandered fairly close to humans. The mountains are calm with decent pathways. And the river was great for fly fishing.

I wish I had kept all my photos of this magical place. You could walk forever and never be found. The wild flowers will take your breath away. Wild life abounds ( bring bear spray). The sounds of silence rings in your ears. Can't say enough about this wilderness area. Go and soak it in. So worth it!
