Semeliškių šv. Nikolajaus Stebukladario cerkvė Semeliškėse pastatyta 1895 metais. Nuo 1896 m. iki 1954 m. priklausė Semeliškių Šv. Nikolajaus Stebukladario parapijai. 1937 m. jos parapijoje buvo 620 tikinčiųjų, priklausė 31,5 dešimtinės žemės. 1945 m. parapijoje buvo 406 tikintieji. Okupacinė sovietų valdžia nacionalizavo kelis pastatus. 1949, 1957 ir 1978 m. cerkvė remontuota. Šiuo metu priklauso Vievio cerkvės parapijai. Cerkvės pastatą sudaro trys dalys: salė, jungtis ir varpinė. Susidomėjimą naujai sukėlė Netflix serialo "Strangar things" filmavime panaudojimas.
