Review based on one night stay on August 28, priced paid: 62 Euros.||||1. Access. ||Not easy to get to it. One small driveway off a busy street, I drove by it twice and thought that alley is the entrance to a parking, which it was, you need to drive through a gated parking lot to get to the hotel. get a ticket, it will be your way out after you pay at the hotel.||||2. Location. Fair. Not far from the centre, about 15 to 20 minutes walking. I drove. 6 euros overnight parking in front of the hotel.||||3. Building. That is nice, an old Seminari building with some history behind. It is a college, so be aware if you are going during school semesters it will be busy, the hotel is on the 2nd and 3rd floor when all the classes are on the ground and lower floor. You will be walking some distance to the elevators trough students. Although the building is nice it lack the convenience.||||4. Facilities. Nice bar and restaurant. However, the breakfast is not cheap and the food is less than decent. It has modern elevators and a nice courtyard, again, quiet in the night time, busy during the day hours in the school season. See pictures. There were 3 power failures in the night I was there, I assume the usage of AC units? Regardless it was very unpleasant, not to mention hot. Doors automatically locked with the power surge, unable to get in. All floors have doors from the hallways and main stair wells and the card readers did not work to get in. Hard to get around with lights off. ||||5. Rooms. Modern, updated but built at minimum comfort. Good for students, a little less for tourists. No fridge !!! Ridiculously tiny 16” TV hand installed poorly on the wall with dangling cables. Poor Wi-Fi and the 3rd floor, constantly disconnecting. Ugly view at the rear yard. Unmaintained grounds.||||6. Bathroom. Good looking, modern, fixtures but the practicality was pushed to the limits. The shower is on times. It reminded me of showers in Provincial Parks. Poor selection of soap and shower gel. I expected a little better.||||7. Staff. Although willing to help, they were not very supportive and accommodating. Poor record keeping. I was charged 7 euros for an upgrade that was already paid for, refunded eventually but inconvenient. Absurd city maps. Copies of copies on 11x8 plain paper, absurd quality when every other hotel throughout Spain ( 2 weeks) offered the free standard large size color prints from ministry of tourism. That was more than negligence and disregard, a tourist information office is a few blocks down the road and offer there publication absolutely free; hotel staff only had to go and pick them up. ||||Not advising anybody whether to go to this hotel or not. Read and draw your own conclusion, I am only trying to be unbiased. Cheers!

The rooms at this hotel are in one annex of the converted Seminari and are fairly minimalistic but ours had a good modern bathroom and in common with the rest of the building was spotlessly clean. The sound proofing between the rooms wasn't great and imagine that this could be a problem if the hotel was busy. However there was very little else to fault. The self service continental breakfast was more than acceptable for the money we paid and the hotel is only 10 minutes easy walk from the centre of Vic, which is a real Spanish city full of character.

Beautiful hotel, rooms so modern and fresh but main hotel so historic but in a great way! Big huge garden to relax in if you don't fancy venturing out. ||Really close to the centre of vic and around 10 minute walk from train station. ||Immaculate rooms, comfortable beds and air con was perfect! ||We stayed for 5 nights as we had a family wedding locally. ||Only think that could improve this hotel would be a small swimming pool. I realise it's not that kind of hotel but it would just be the icing on the cake. ||Would stay again. |

Very clean, not easy to find, nice bedrooms in a very unique building. Very huge garden with also a kindergarden & primary school attach. Good to see the children play outside. Breakfast is minimal. If you like a good breakfast, don't go there or take without breakfast. Good pricing! Noisy A/C unit!

Great atmosphere, excellent spaces for relaxing... cafe open 7-23:00, so always a place for a coffee. Delicious food and great breakfast. Beds very comfortable. Well located. Highly recommend!

We stayed here 4 days. The first night we were a little unhappy because there was all sorts of school/gymnastics/music going on late into the night. There are some efforts to soundproof the hotel but it cant get stomping. But the bed is pretty comfortable so we slept well. The next day we had a nice breakfast, an easy walk into town and then enjoyed a snack at the cafeteria and did some work in the library. The last 3 days were quiet and we really like this place. I give it 4/5 because of the walls are a little scuffed and the showers are a little annoying.

Indeed a very big and a little bit strange building. |The rooms are basic and clean and so is the breakfast (a little bit to basic). |It's difficult to find the hotel by car since it is on top of a hill and can't be reached or seen unless you are entering a paid parking. The location is good, 2 minutes walk to the center.

Rooms were clean and up to date. Bathroom was good (shower only). I did not quite like the shower itself as you cannot remove the shower head. The opaque glass is very stylish. The bed was OK, the double bed was made of two matresses and was uncomfortable in the middle. TV offered many different channels in different languages. The outside view was nice but it smelled not so good. Unfortunatly the air conditioning wae broken in our room (and others) due to a previous storm. We were offered to change rooms and they will fix the problem asap.
