Senor Murphy Candymaker

Visited mall to specifically buy Bolitas. We have been buying this product, a family favorite since the mid 80s. We are local residents. Last Christmas, we purchased a box of Bolitas. They were so dry, they fell apart. Today, we had the same experience. They no longer melt in your mouth. They are so dry. Same experience at Santa Fe Mall. Very dry. Both woman working where very polite and understanding. They said they would pass this info on to management. Please go back to making them like you used to.

Imagine this place if the company invested in customer service training for their employees. Weirdest thing going into a candy store with an angry cashier- and there's a tip jar!!!

The candies are good. The price is high but not unexpected for a candy store. But here's what I take issue with: I walked in, the cashier didn't greet me or offer to help me find something. Not a word. I picked out some candy and then went to the cashier to pay. After swiping my card, the cashier has the gall to turn the tablet around and ask if I want to leave a tip. At tip for what?? He did absolutely nothing other than scan the product and swipe my card, which is the bare minimum job requirement of being a cashier. Tipping entitlement in America is getting out of control, and it is unacceptable to me that people are guilting customers into leaving tips.

Want sweets? Señor Murphy. Get a gift box for friends/relatives for the sabor de Santa Fe! Chocolates galore. Piñon nuts. A few or a bunch. Nicely wrapped, but you won’t need wrappers long. Open up and chew. Yum!

$7 for one peanut butter cup! I don't think so. The almond and pecan bark were good

Good selection. Wanted chocolate dipped strawberries but they had to make more and they were so tiny. Alot of cool old skool candies tho!👍🏻

Rude answering the phone. I recommend the other locations. Not knowable about other places in the mall or anywhere in Santa Fe. Was very annoyed with questions.

Awesome selection and the employee's are always nice and polite love the Pinon brittle and the red chili peanuts.
