Sense Hotel Sofia

Lovely hotel with a beautiful spa! We had a great time here. It is a little relaxing pocket if serenity. Right from. When you walk in, it smells great, the front desk and front folks are so friendly, and being greeted with bubbly always helps. The room is perfect. Clean and modern. Comfortable beds. Lots of room. Nice windows. Great bathroom with a nice rain shower and great toiletries..it was a very comfortable room. The pool, sauna, steam room, gym and spa are fabulous! I love a hot tub! The pool and cold plunge are great. The sauna and steam room are great. Loved my foot massage and scalp massage too. The rooftop bar is great for a drink. Nice cocktails and friendly staff. Beautiful view! Breakfast is also served here and it was a nice Continental with hot and cold as well as an omelette station made to order. Everything was lovely!! I would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Excellent service - front desk did their utmost to accommodate all our requests without hesitation. Also a great location for exploring the city and a lively rooftop bar with views of the city (open year round). If it is in your price range then I think it offers the best price:quality ratio in Sofia.

Just wanted to say we had an absolutely amazing time at your hotel from July 7th-9th, 2025! Seriously, from the moment we arrived it was fantastic. The staff were so welcoming - I especially remember the friendly front desk lady and the gentleman who offered us welcome drinks! I honestly thought that kind of thing only happened in Cancun, Mexico resorts! He even helped us with our bags - total lifesaver.||Our room was huge and spotless, with a gorgeous view of the pink Austrian embassy and a peek at the Alexander Nevsky church dome. The bed and pillows were unbelievably comfy-we slept like logs! Great toiletries by Molton Brown plus everything you need. We'd been traveling around the Balkans and completely forgot that I mentioned celebrating 2 milestones when booking Sense Hotel Sofia. Imagine our surprise when we saw that beautiful cake and prosecco waiting for us! Plus, a handwritten note from Miryana Ivanova - Guest Relations Manager - a massive thank you for making our stay so incredibly special. We really, really appreciate it. ||We had delicious breakfast spread and great staff up there as well! We had excellent service at dinner too- welcoming young hostess (July 7th) and waitstaff. Awesome views of Alexander Nevsky Church from the rooftop bar! ||We'd definitely recommend your hotel to everyone - we'd love to stay again! The only downside was not getting to use the spa - we were so busy exploring, and once we got back to that comfy room, we just didn't want to leave!

Well located hotel in a nice part of town and close to several landmarks. Staff are friendly, rooms modern with comfy beds, really good showers and in our case a walk in wardrobe. Spa in the basement is well maintained with powerful steam room, sauna, hot tub, cold tub and heated swimming pool. There is also a well equipped gym. Top floor bar and restaurant have great views. Didn’t try the Asian restaurant in the basement but it looked good. Breakfast is buffet style hot and cold with opt for omelettes. Lifts check your room floor automatically for a bit of extra security. Would definitely return.

The hotel is in the heart of Sofia, within walking distance of all major landmarks and just steps from the metro station. The spa is excellent — featuring a pool, sauna, steam room, hot tub, and even a cold tub. The design is minimal yet warm, with thoughtful details that instantly help you relax. A perfect urban retreat!

We have been coming here for years and we love the hotel. The view from the breakfast bar is the best in Sofia. Rooms are great and service - exceptional. Special thanks to Slavka who manages breakfast - she is very attentive and always remembers us when we come back. She is also very friendly with our little daughter and makes the whole experience even better.

I went up to the rooftop bar one night for drinks and it was the prettiest view of the city so far! They also sell passes to the facilities in the basement for 50lev for 4 hours- access to the gym, pool, hot and cold tubs, sauna, steam room and products- really enjoyed my morning there.

I’m extremely satisfied with my stay at this hotel! The spa area is definitely my favorite – the perfect place to relax and recharge. Without proper rest, there’s no way to do great work, and this place truly understands that. The wellness products offered are unique and of exceptional quality. I’ll definitely visit again!
