Location is perfect, on the beachfront surrounded by pine trees with bunch of sunbeds which are free (included in the price of the hotel). Clean and clear sea and beautiful sidewalk and trail near seaside. Food is tasty and abundant with good choices for every meal. (Of course it is repetitive) Rooms are okay (hygiene of the carpets and floor could be better), but overall good. Overall great place for good and healthy vacation. One downside - not so accessible for people with disabilities, it could be better.

A Perfect Seaside Escape! This hotel is a true gem, located right by the sea and surrounded by beautiful pine trees, creating a peaceful and refreshing atmosphere. The rooms are spotless and offer breathtaking views — waking up to the sound of the waves and the scent of the pines is simply magical. The food is absolutely fantastic, with a rich buffet selection that caters to every taste. Drinks are also included, which is a lovely bonus. What truly makes this place unforgettable is the staff — the kindest, most attentive team you could wish for. Their warmth and professionalism are unmatched, all under the excellent leadership of an exceptional manager. Highly recommended for anyone looking for relaxation, great service, and a stunning natural setting.

Overall a good stay but this property has a potential of becoming great with a few improvements. At times, the food was reused for dinner and there is lack of attention to detail from some of the staff. If these things were addressed, the hotel would’ve been a perfect place to revisit each year.

What I can say about this is that it depicts what a true resort is. Beautiful location with gorgeous scenery away from noise, with solid amount of food and drinks and with myriad of activities you can do. The food was pretty ok, we liked it, especially pasta and fried chicken. It was a bit repetitive perhaps, but from time to time we were delighted with traditional Bosnian meals like stuffed peppers or cevapi. The bread was very tasty! The room was visually appealing and there was also a fridge, which was a big pros. However, we found the room for 3 of us to be a bit too small. As for the complaints by others about insects and towels, we did not have any insects or bugs in our room and the ladies were changing the regular towels every day. I found the staff to be heartwarming and the woman who was at the entry of the main restaurant was particularly kind and welcoming. The sea was crystal clear and everyone could find a place for themselves. The pool, on the other side, was mainly used by the kids and the adults couldn't really enjoy there. I tried to have some time in the pool, but each time I was disrupted by the kids who were repeatedly jumping into the pool the whole day. I wish the hotel had built one more pool for adults too or at least banned direct jumping into the pool cause it was extremely disturbing for others who tried to relax there and the pool was not big for it. While I do understand that this is a place to mainly relax and enjoy in peace, I wish there was at least some music during the day cause it felt a bit monotonous. Even if there were some flaws, I still do think that this is a very beautiful place with stunning views and that it provides a special opportunity to experience Croatian coast in comfort and with a flavour of all inclusive service. I'll be remembering this place.

This resort is under new ownership which we understand started this May. We arrived in the middle of May and daily noted improvements. Firstly, the food in the restaurant was really good and varied. There was always a selection of local and international dishes. We particularly enjoyed the local fish dishes. There were 6 separate self service food counters at every meal. Wine beer and soft drinks were available on tap during mealtimes. The wine was OK but the beer was good. The pool was crystal clear and there are lots of activities to get involved in. Bicycle hire (which we loved for exploring the island), kayaks, paddle boards, mini golf, tennis, basket ball, spa and gym. As we were leaving an inflatable water activity island was being set up. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We had a problem with the air conditioning in our room and as it could not be fixed that day we were moved immediately to a new room. The resort is in a stunning location with beautiful sea views. The nearby fishing village of Vrboska is a gentle 20 minute stroll along a coastal path. There you will find a good selection of bars and restaurants. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay and and would recommend this resort.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I honestly don’t understand how this place is rated as a four-star hotel, as it falls far below the expected standards. We stayed there for a week on a half-board basis, and here’s what we experienced: 1. The reception staff were extremely inexperienced and irresponsible. They responded to almost every request with “we can’t” or “that’s not possible,” unless you insisted firmly. 2. Despite our repeated requests, our room was only cleaned three or four times during the entire week. The last time, they didn’t even change the towels or empty the trash bin. Overall, the cleanliness of the rooms was unsatisfactory. Torn towels and bed linens? Let’s not even go there. 3. The air conditioning system kept breaking down, and they completely ignored our maintenance requests. 4. I asked for an iron at the reception, and they told me, “We don’t have an iron here!” — in a four-star hotel! 5. I ordered a cocktail at the bar and was willing to pay for it, but they told me that cocktails are only available for all-inclusive guests! 6. Several items listed on the bar menu, such as tequila, simply didn’t exist in reality — they were just on paper. 7. The hotel grounds are vast and beautiful, but the management, guest service, and overall hospitality are among the worst I’ve seen. I will definitely not return, and I would absolutely not recommend this place to anyone expecting decent service, respectful treatment, or a stress-free stay.

This hotel was the best during my vacation in Europe. The service is completely personalized. I went for my honeymoon, and they included a bottle of sparkling wine along with a vegan platter. Additionally, the hotel has direct access to the sea and a private beach. All the staff are very friendly and even learn the guests' names. Special thanks to Stjepan, who made our stay truly memorable.

The only positive thing about this “resort” is the location. Everything else is below average. The rooms look great in pictures in reality they are 2.5/5. Cracks in the walls, sounds from other rooms, the mini fridge is a joke. Air conditioning really cold, with no remote control. The towels and linens are really old. Definitely not a 4 star resort. 3 at best. The food is average but the coffee is the worst thing ever. Watery and bitter at the same time. Outdated mini golf course. We booked the room directly on their site for 7 nights, then my partner got a stomach bug and we needed to leave early and they would not let us without paying for the entire reservation even thought their policy clearly states a refund in case of medical emergency. Mind you, we haven’t payed anything till the end but they still refused to let us leave earlier.
