This is a secluded, small & intimate resort, perfect for a couples quiet getaway! The room was spacious & clean. The food and drinks were amazing. Several breakfast choices available. The lunch/snack menu had the classic nachos, burgers, tacos, etc. Four course themed dinner options. We loved every meal. I cannot express how the staff was so amazing & accommodating. Anything we needed they made it happen. It is located in-between Puerto Morelos & Playa Del Carmen, so a taxi trip is necessary. If you want to use the balcony pool or the hot tubs on the roof they will fill them. We enjoyed our stay & would stay again.

I truly loved our stay in this exquisite hotel! The service of staff was extrodanary good and I rarly have seen such attentivness! They basically read all your wishes from your lips and they learn quickly, what you like and what not! I for instance don't like onions so they started not to serve those anymore to me! They have excellent fish dish coices, soups, salat, deserts...you name it. Drinks have been cold and good! Espacially the Espresso Martini, so good. I also loved the pool with its view. In the mornings, I took a cocktail or sparking wine with me for my beach walk, just to swim in the ocean afterwards! Location is somewhat bad, so you will need to borrow a car, because taxi is too expensive! The only manko, the pillows are horrible. But the rest is perfect! 5 stars from my side...we will come back!

DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE PHOTOS - Since you are going to spend your money and your time here let me start with letting you know why decided to leave just after one night. I paid around $550 to stay here for three nights and most of what is advertised is a facade. The staff are all very nice but the hotel falls short on everything else. The Food - 1/5 - There are some amazing restaurants nearby that I would recommend like Woodend or really any local place in Playa del Carmen. Do not spend your money eating here. The Cleanliness- 2/5 - We found hair in the bed, in the drain of the shower, and the bathtub, there were makeup stains on the sheets and overall the room has been hit with a “landlord special”. It was also very very humid in the room (not unusual for Mexico) but all our documents, clothes, and bedsheets were saturated with water. I have never experienced this in any other location in Mexico. Safety - 3/5 - I think my experience here has been normal compared to my other experiences and expectations. It was secluded at the back of a long road with a gate. I think it is about average. Service - 3/5 - Everyone was very nice if not a bit pushy to purchase extra options like the spa or room service. Regardless all the workers here are doing what they can with what they have and none of my complains are directed at any of the working people here. As a tourist I would urge you to speak some Spanish and talk to some of there workers and see where they stay and where they like to eat (It’s in Playa del Carmen). Summary - 2/5 - There are better places to stay for cheaper even with a view, pool, and, bathtub. If you choose to stay here I would recommend against the all inclusive option. The people were all very nice and it’s not their fault that the hotel is in the condition that is in.

My husband booked this as a birthday get away. Let’s just say listen to the reviews. Location- driver from the airport never been at this hotel. (That made me very nervous) it’s down a dirt road all the way in the back of the resorts. Very unique lobby-it’s outside. Wasn’t greeted with my welcome drink like I read, I had to inquire about it to get it. We were told to contact them for anything thru what’s app. Room- now when you step in these room they look amazing. Everything you need for a couples getaway. Double sinks in the room only one worked. No hot water, the pool that was on the balcony we had to contact thru what’s app to fill it up. After my first day my room started to sweat, sheets, floors had this smell and made the sheets feel weird. They are very strict with towels so bring your own. Food-you will find something you like. Best food was served from the pool bar. So I started ordering dinner and taken it back to my room. Tip the serves at the pool bar and their service goes up a notch. Food upstairs on the rooftop I do not recommend, not even for breakfast. Had steak and I don’t think it was. You have some people that come there very often throughout the year and those are the ones trying to recruit new flamingos! So if you’re a couple make sure you look after each other. No parties, no music this is a very quiet and relaxing place. You have to leave for night life and it will cost you in taxi. Me and my husband started talking to other couples and notice how they didn’t receive the same greeting we did, the offers, everything was different. We made new friends probably the best thing from this hotel.

Excellent customer service, Christian bar/ waiter was amazing. You just tell him to surprise you with a drink and he makes it no questions asked. He is funny and and most of all honest. The front view of the rooms it amazing. I would of definitely come back

Just returned from a solo getaway at Senses Riviera Maya ( 30 mins from CUN airport) and if tranquility or seclusion is what you're after—this place has it in abundance. Tucked away and intimate, the property feels more like a boutique hideaway than a traditional resort. The rooms are impressively spacious and well-kept offering a peaceful retreat ideal for rest, reflection, or a little remote work reset. Travelers should manage expectations: ❌ No buffets ❌ No 24-hour room service ❌ Pool bar closes by 5pm ❌ Minimal activities on-site While the “all-inclusive” option is available, the offerings are more limited than most upscale resorts. BEWARE: If you purchase from a third party site like Priceline, it may seem like you’re purchasing an “all inclusive”packages, but it’s likely breakfast only. To upgrade to all inclusive may cost $30-$50 more per day at the resort. With a few enhancements—elevated dining, extended amenities, and curated guest experiences—this property has serious 5-star potential. As is, I was underwhelmed. Overall, it was a safe, boring, and productive solo escape- but not quite the vibrant resort vibe I’d seek out again. For those craving quiet in a clean, spacious setting, or a place to take your secret lover…..it may be just what you need!

Lovely peaceful place to relax as a couple and explore the area. Beautiful ocean view and pool. Hot tubs on the roof top. Excellent breakfast menu (we did bed and breakfast instead of all inclusive as we like to go and explore during the day). Very happy with both price and quality.

If you’re looking for a calm and relaxing place away from the noise with an ocean view and a nice pool, this is a great place. Amazing service and good food. Staff are friendly and helpful with anything you need. The restaurant and the pool staff are the best! Would definitely recommend.
