Rooms were clean and pretty nice. A bit run down but still pretty good. Hot water was a bit of a challenge. The pool was great ! There were quite a few tiles loose and missing, so it needs some repairs.. But the food was really good and so were the drinks ! Concierge was through Whatsapp, it was easier with the language barrier ! We had an amazing waiter through the whole stay!! He was a huge part in the vacation. Overall a really good experience and I would return.

Overall I do not recommend the food is mid and highly priced it was presented extremely cute though. We rather spend 65$ on taxis to eat out than eat here. The staff is nice and all but we took the sheets off the bed there seems to be mold on it and the curtains. the first day we came we couldn’t get the shower off because you have to play with it in order to get it to stop. The rub didn’t work which they did fix same day. The back doors DO NOT LOCK and they said that’s just how it is which is extremely scary not only to sleep in but to know that anyone could get to my stuff ! It is ALWAYS muggy in the room and everything feels wet (bed couch and your clothes). It’s ducked off down a bumpy road and the pool has so many tiles coming off like people were collecting them as they swam making piles. One of the servers did forget to bring us our change and we had to ask for it and wait somewhere between 5-10 mins for our $50 change. We Were served a beer in a dirty cup and was told it was stained but we took a napkin and cleaned the marks . It’s extremely small tv didn’t work it would turn on but we couldn’t get the remote to work. the game room had very min stuff and isn’t very inviting. overall disappointed and grossed out. Ohh and the shower had other peoples body suds the towels had holes in them and

Whatever bad reviews you see, be sceptical. We have been here for a week with the all inclusive. It has been excellent! Yes the hotel is a little older, only reasom I gave it a 4, the exterior could use some power washing but the rooms are clean and well stocked. There were a few small things that needed attention but the staff quickly responded and made things right. Food is excellent! These are chef prepared meals, fresh and well thought out. The wine and spirit selection was not huge but more than adequate. Premium available at additional cost. All staff were wonderful, all the time. Small hotel, large private rooms, great views, good selection of food and drink served by friendly competent staff… leave tips, they work hard!

We booked Senses even though the reviews were mixed. We definitely weren't happy with the experience we had. The property needs some substantial repairs and maintenance. From the day we arrived, we had no hot water in our shower. We told the lobby staff and they sent the maintenance technician to our room. After several tries, he was able to get lukewarm water. We asked if the issue was just located to our room and we were told that this issue is throughout the hotel and that the water never gets hot. We overheard another couple telling the lobby staff about the lack of hot water as well. We were able to use the jet tub the whole length of our stay to bath as that did have hot water. We lost hot water in the tub the day before we were supposed to come home but they were able to fix it. We have messages back and forth on WhatsApp regarding both of these issues. The tub we had was cracked and also repaired in a few places. They also removed the shower head in the tub so you couldn't use it to shower. What appears to be a hot tub on the balcony is not. It's just a cold water immersion pool. The food was ok most days and be mindful of the all inclusive package. We were told via WhatsApp that their are limits to the premium alcohol based drinks you can have with your package and in your mini fridge in your room. The service staff (servers) did all they could to make this an enjoyable experience. Servers Santiago, Christian, and Mesero did an excellent job. We would definitely recommend staying elsewhere until all of the issues in the hotel can be fixed. We will not be back.

A fantastic place to stay. The room was perfect! Lots of space, very comfortable, and an incredible view of the ocean! The service is exceptional! The food was delicious! The staff went above and beyond! We could not be happier with our stay here. We will absolutely stay here again!

Not an upscale hotel. Aesthetically this place has seen better days. Doesn’t feel very clean. Our bathtub was dirty with sand and bubbles when we arrived and the fabric couch/chair in our room is completely covered in stains 😬😬🤯…..along with the curtains. It’s nice to listen to ocean at night and have the balcony doors open, but overall this place is worn down. Also far from Puerto Morelos (16 mins)and playa del Carmen (30 mins). Also, the tub on balcony does not allow for hot water. You can only have the staff fill it up upon request apparently. Only one chair to sit outside. The furnishings are minimal in the room. Staff are nice and receptive. Inappropriate content on TV. Music is loud during day and can be heard from balcony/room. Wish we had stayed elsewhere. I would not recommend.

I had read several reviews of this resort before going. Some good some not so good which made me nervous. My husband and I have spent the last 10 days here. For the money it is unbelievable!!! I have never had a view like this and it is from every room. Our room was kept very clean! Food service and drinks were wonderful! The only reason I did not give them a 5 star review was because I had a couple breakfasts where I didn’t get exactly what I ordered and service was a little slow. Our hotel room was huge. The pool could use a little work but that was not a big deal. I hate to leave and would come back in a heartbeat!

This place was a big disappointment for my bday trip!!!! Over priced and dirty!!! The beach view was nice but that's it, the location was down a pot hole filled road. The tv had over 7 porn stations on it. This hotel was a nasty swingers spot. Totally misleading on line with there pictures. We left after staying one night and sleeping in our clothes because we didn't want to use the shower due to it being dirty. Please read all the reviews before booking here!!!!
