We had a wonderful six-night stay at this hotel. The team was very accommodating, especially in arranging for us to dine with our dog in their private room, which made our experience more enjoyable. The spa area is fantastic and truly adds to the overall appeal. The staff provided great service throughout our stay, and I would like to give special recognition to Nicole and Ravi for their outstanding support.

My wife and I visited Sensoria during the fall which was a beautiful time of year. Our stay was magnificent and it’s amazing and wonderful that Sensoria Dolomites exists. This resort has outstanding service, delicious food, fun activities, tasty drinks and plenty of great touches to make the stay here absolutely enjoyable. We loved every second of our time here and we’re excited to come back to visit again someday. We love Sensoria Dolomites!

Absolutely away by our stay at Sensoria. We booked it as a special end to our time in the Dolomites, and our expectations were exceeded. The hotel structure itself is just incredible, and every part of the space makes you feel relaxed (love the use of Aesop throughout). The rooms are simply furnished, but you can see thought went into every detail of the space. The spa area is the best we have ever seen, the saunas were never full and there are so many differen sauna options which we loved. The indoor / outdoor pool is a beautiful place to relax and have a drink. The food at breakfast, afternoon tea and dinner were all exceptional, as were all the drinks and wines we had. It is expensive, but for the service and quality we received, it is actually really well priced. We are already planning our return!

A magical place in the heart of the Dolomites. Incredible grounds peppered with art, books, and games. Huge rooms that are both comfortable and minimalis. Michelin worthy comfort food, which is all included in the price. It literally felt like we were friends staying at the home of the owners, Lea and Simon. Lea took us on several hikes and Simon manned the BBQ one afternoon. Little surprise and delights like music at the bottom of the swimming pool, and a small gift when we left. The highlight of 3 weeks in Italy. Would love to come back, it's no surprise so many of the guests are regulars.

The spa itself is stunning with a beautiful aesthetic, very clean and well maintained. We had day passes and were warmly welcomed by Lara at reception who was fantastic.||Unfortunately the rest of our experience was let down by poor communication from other staff. The sauna signs stated no swimwear which felt uncomfortable as two young women with older men using the facilities at the same time. Reception later clarified we could use towels, but when we reentered and tried to cover ourselves appropriately we were interrupted mid sauna and told it was naked only. This was an awkward and unpleasant encounter.||On top of that when I asked a staff member for the WiFi code he agreed to check but never came back.||Overall the facilities are excellent but some staff interactions and the way the sauna policy was handled really dampened what could have been a perfect visit.

Personally wouldn’t recommend this hotel. It is overpriced for what you get. Staff isn’t the best. Food is below average and there’s no where nearby to eat, so you’re forced to eat their food. You’re forced to sit in the same table in this creepy dark somber room everyday for dinner. If you ask to be moved they say no. The staff are generally a bit snobbish and unhelpful. The spa is extremely overrated. It’s a sauna, steam room and pool. Then just a bunch of random rooms called “relax rooms” which literally just have beds in them. My wife and I tried going to the spa and they told us we must be fully nude (even though we are Muslim and uncomfortable doing that). I felt pretty disrespected. My wife also did a massage and the masseuse had a very foul body odor which made the experience unbearable.

Sensoria was an amazing experience for us. We visited this amazing resort on a three night stay for our honeymoon. The room was extraordinary with so many details that made it even more special, the food was unbelievable and the staff was so kind and helpful. Everything was 10/10 and we cannot wait to be back some day.

Where do I start? Sensoria has clearly been carefully crafted by the owners, we met Leo one of the owners who was delightful. The staff? There was nothing too much to ask, a special mention to Monica who served us for dinner who was attentive and kind, Luciano, on the bar was excellent, Mike la was lovely arranging the spa treatments & Miaka was nothing short of going the extra mile in everything that she did. The facilities were fantastic, the sauna area is one of the most fabulous I have visited & experienced, and we have been to a few! The view from the pool is stunning. No detail was not thought of, incredibly comfortable bed, beautiful scents throughout the hotel, beautiful wine glasses, a selection of board games and a library of loads of books for guests to choose from. Finally, the food, drinks & all inclusivity that was offered, you couldn’t ask for more! Whilst expensive, we feel you do get what you pay for, and what a lovely cherish-able experience sensoria has been. The perfect relaxing stay. Thank you
