Sensoria Dolomites

Wonderful two night stay at Sensoria last week. This place is really top notch, luxurious, stylish, and comfortable. Loved the location near the Seiser Alm cable car. It was very easy to walk 5 minutes over to the cable car base to spend a day skiing. Spending time at the hotel is also so enjoyable and relaxing, the heated indoor/outdoor pool is great and has amazing views, and the spa had impressive offerings of saunas and a steam room. Incredible place to relax in from the cold. The restaurant is also very high quality, and breakfasts were fantastic. We didn't have full board, but we ended up eating dinner at the hotel one night and it was really delicious, high gourmet quality experience. The staff all around were very friendly and helpful. Aesop products throughout is also a very nice touch!

Spent a few days over Christmas 2024. What stands out for this place is most definitely its amazing spa. The sauna ritual is truly unique (especially for someone like me not used to this tradition), and the overall structure was truly impressive and very comfortable. The rooms are cozy and the restaurant for all meals + the afternoon “aperitivo” is excellent. What I did not like: a) the location, at the bottom of a valley, the sun sets very early and it is generally quite dark, unlike many other places just atop the Alpe di Siusi one gondola away; b) the almost complete lack of places to relax outside of the spa: 4 small tables next to the main lobby, quite shabby and with very limited availability to just chill and read a book; c) the massage at the spa was terrible, not at the level of a place like this. All in all a very nice experience but definitely not a place where I would go back, if I were to visit the region again I’d rather try something else

We visited Sensoria Dolomites in January 2026 and had the most beautiful time. Since this is a review (and not a blog 😉), I’ll focus on a few highlights: - The hotel is exceptionally well maintained – it honestly looks completely new. -The design is a beautiful blend of organic and Japandi style, which made the whole place feel very cosy and homey. -The many lounge areas around the reception are extremely well thought out. We spent almost every evening there playing games and enjoying the great drinks from the bar. -The all-inclusive concept really allows you to fully relax without any worries. Almost everything is included, from wines and spritzes to a great assortment of teas, coffee, etc. - The room was a little on the small side, but very cosy and spotlessly clean. - The spa is amazing! The pool has the most incredible view, and the relaxation area is also very cosy. We spent many hours there. - There are many saunas to choose from – just be aware they are all naked saunas 😄 Not our personal preference, but probably a cultural difference. - The food was exceptional: very tasty, diverse, and they catered wonderfully to my allergy. - The staff was fantastic. Special thanks to Patrick, Manuela, Luciano, and Ilaria. The reception team was incredibly responsive to my emails – honestly one of the most responsive teams we’ve ever communicated with. We would absolutely love to come back and can highly recommend Sensoria Dolomites for a relaxing, high-quality stay.

A place that makes you feel like home: luxury yet cozy, with everyone so easygoing. Walking distance to Seiser Alm ski station, flexible lunch hours, and an all-inclusive formula with great drinks. Every detail delight the senses: the spa, the bathtub in the room, the motivational messages at breakfast or the unique scents in each space. Our last dinner? Absolutely Michelin-worthy: saffron risotto with shrimp and the most perfect beef filet. And the soul warming soups we had everyday.. Truly a home you never want to leave!

We had a wonderful six-night stay at this hotel. The team was very accommodating, especially in arranging for us to dine with our dog in their private room, which made our experience more enjoyable. The spa area is fantastic and truly adds to the overall appeal. The staff provided great service throughout our stay, and I would like to give special recognition to Nicole and Ravi for their outstanding support.

My wife and I visited Sensoria during the fall which was a beautiful time of year. Our stay was magnificent and it’s amazing and wonderful that Sensoria Dolomites exists. This resort has outstanding service, delicious food, fun activities, tasty drinks and plenty of great touches to make the stay here absolutely enjoyable. We loved every second of our time here and we’re excited to come back to visit again someday. We love Sensoria Dolomites!

A wonderful place to stay super close to the seiser alm ski mountain. Relaxing pool and sauna/spa areas. Excellent food and welcoming staff.

Absolutely away by our stay at Sensoria. We booked it as a special end to our time in the Dolomites, and our expectations were exceeded. The hotel structure itself is just incredible, and every part of the space makes you feel relaxed (love the use of Aesop throughout). The rooms are simply furnished, but you can see thought went into every detail of the space. The spa area is the best we have ever seen, the saunas were never full and there are so many differen sauna options which we loved. The indoor / outdoor pool is a beautiful place to relax and have a drink. The food at breakfast, afternoon tea and dinner were all exceptional, as were all the drinks and wines we had. It is expensive, but for the service and quality we received, it is actually really well priced. We are already planning our return!
