7 top things to try on Sentosa island - SilverKris

"This 350m landscaped footpath links the resort area to the southern beaches and is divided into six distinct, walkable segments that come alive at night with digital floor projections, coordinated light shows and an accompanying soundscape; notable features include a Glow Garden where lilac blossom–shaped lamps illuminate nightly at 7:50pm, plus an augmented-reality app to deepen the immersive experience." - Michelle JN Lim

Just a short walk from USS and such a cool find! The audio-visual sensory experience is magical, my kids were amazed. Don’t forget to download the app to unlock the fun, and check the timing for the lighting hours (they’re limited). Best part? It’s totally free! Perfect spot for families to stroll, play, and snap some awesome photos.

The Sensoryscape is a free attraction that looks particularly good in the evening under the lights. It starts from Imbiah Monorail Station and ends at Beach Station. The area features multiple open spaces, each with different lighting, designs, and textures. You can choose to walk through the illuminated paths or enjoy the view from above the bridge. While the concept is interesting and the ambiance relaxing, I felt the lights were quite dim, which created a somewhat dull atmosphere. Considering the vibrant light shows across Singapore, this experience was just satisfactory in comparison. It’s a decent place to explore if you’re nearby, but not a must-visit.

Really nice place to visit after dark. Light show comes on for Peranakan place. There are also at least 6 other exhibits with 3 of them AR experience with downloading of an app and following instructions there. Can walk from imbiah station to beach station so it’s down hill. 😌good for families and also accessible all the way. This area is well connected with the Sentosa express and bus services A&B within walking distance. All the exhibits are sheltered except a few AR ones which need open space to have space for the AR experience I guess. Floating turtles, butterflies and you can take pictures of the AR images with the special app Really good place to take a walk after dinner.

I loved the feel and vibes until of late. The water sprouts near the Starbucks have now been transformed into a noisy show of colours and loud music spoiling the tranquility. Hoping this is not a permanent addition and the water sprouts will be returned to their original form. They were one of the best features at the Sensory Scape.

Such a great experience trough this couple areas. Enjoying at night and you will find some different atmosphere. It features multiple open space. You could start from Imbiah Station as well as Beach Station. We ourself start the journey from Beach Station at Glow Garden. Don't forget to install Imaginite first to get full experience of this place. I will get my kids here because they will love being here.

Sentosa Sensoryscape feels like walking through a dream built for the senses. The entire experience is calm, magical, and full of small surprises. It doesn’t feel like a regular walkway or a place you rush through—it actually makes you want to slow down and take everything in. The structures around you are creatively designed, and you can sense a lot of thought went into combining nature with modern art and technology. At night, the entire area lights up with colors, patterns, and sounds that react to your movement, which makes the walk even more exciting. It’s like the environment is responding to you, guiding you forward gently. There’s also this peaceful feeling throughout the place. The plants, the light shows, and even the sounds work together to create something very relaxing and enjoyable. It’s a great place to go with friends or family, or even just on your own if you need a break from the usual busy city life. Overall, Sentosa Sensoryscape is more than just a park or installation. It’s a space designed to help you reconnect with your surroundings and feel present. It reminded me of how art and nature can come together to create something really memorable.

Sensoryscape features six sensory gardens, each offering a different perspective of the exhibits. Admission is free, but to fully experience Symphony Streams and Scented Sphere, you’ll need to install the ImagiNite app and scan the QR code. Don’t miss the breathtaking views from Lookout Loop, the immersive light story show at Tactile Trellis, and the mesmerizing mist show at Palate Playground. It’s a fantastic place to bring kids—or to simply let your inner child run free! There are staircases in Glow Garden if you need to rest your legs.
