I had such a wonderful stay here! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome—especially David, who was incredibly helpful and friendly throughout my stay. The amenities were excellent, and I really appreciated that the hotel had a washer and dryer in-room, which made things so convenient. The location is also pretty great—close to everything I needed while still being quiet enough to relax. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!

He made us feel right at home, like we’d been staying here forever. It’s rare to meet someone who truly goes above and beyond to make guests feel comfortable, but David absolutely did that. Stayed two nights and had a great experience. The bedrooms were bright and spacious thanks to the large windows. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils and included a full-size fridge, stove, and dishwasher. Having a washer and dryer right in the room was a big plus. The 24 hr gym was nice, very well-equipped, and the hotel offered several beautiful lounge areas, a pool table, outdoor grills, and a large rooftop pool with an impressive view. Everything was clean and thoughtfully designed. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing stay at Sentral Wynwood! Me and my partner stayed here, as a birthday surprise trip from him to me and I'm so happy he picked this place! The apartment itself was beautiful. Spacious, modern and stylish with everything we needed, from the washer/dryer to the electric stove for cooking. We felt right at home. The building also has a good sized gym, and a rooftop pool and lounge area, which is perfect! Sentral is nicely located in the Wynwood area, in walking distance from local food spots/restaurants, bars/clubs and attractions. Definitely a place I'd recommend staying at if ever in the area. Last but definitely not least, from the moment we arrived, David on reception, made us feel very welcome with his friendly and positive energy. He was very helpful in recommending places around the area, and assisting us with anything we needed during our stay. His professionalism, whilst also being able to show his bubbly and beautiful personality is something to admire, and I for one truly appreciate his efforts at making this birthday trip one to remember. Thanks David! We will definitely stay here again when in Miami.

Of course the room and amenities were very nice, as expected. However, I would like to commend Michael for an above and beyond welcoming and professional check-in experience. Had I been left on my own with the kiosk or a typical front desk staff, I think it would have distracted from the very positive experience with the room. I also had a very smooth check-out with David who was very helpful and professional as well. It is always a pleasure when the deposit is successfully released quickly as promised. Excellent customer service does not go unnoticed, and makes or breaks repeat guests. Looking forward to booking this location again, and will prioritize the Sentral brand in other cities.

I had a fantastic 4-night stay at Sentral Wynwood! The property itself is modern, clean, and perfectly located in the heart of the Wynwood Arts District. From the stylish common areas to the rooftop pool and well-equipped gym, everything was top-notch. What really made my experience stand out was the exceptional service—especially from Francisco at the concierge desk. He was incredibly helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable about the area. Whether it was restaurant recommendations, local events, or just making sure I had everything I needed, Francisco went above and beyond to ensure my stay was smooth and enjoyable.
