Sentral Wynwood | Furnished Apartments Miami

Highly recommended rental apartment. I stayed at this apartment twice for a total of 6 nights and it was excellent. It is centrally located in the Wynwood area so you can see lots of great street art and visit the local galleries and stores. Large, well-maintained two bedroom apartment with a full kitchen, fitness area and rooftop pool. It was so good that I will stay here again whenever I am in Miami. It’s also close to Wynwood Walls, which is a great tourist attraction for people that like street art.

We had such a wonderful experience thanks to David at the front desk! From the moment we arrived, he was super sweet, welcoming, and accommodating. He made us feel right at home, like we’d been staying here forever. It’s rare to meet someone who truly goes above and beyond to make guests feel comfortable, but David absolutely did that. His friendliness and warm energy set the tone for our whole stay. Thank you, David, for making our trip extra special!

Amazing stay at Sentral Wynwood! It has everything you need and it's in a perfect location. The in-unit washer and dryer setup, 24/7 gym, friendly staff and pool area were great. There's a wonderful coffee shop Maman right out front too for the mornings. Especially for digital nomads passing through Miami this was a perfect setup. They thought of everything!

The location is perfect — surrounded by excellent restaurants and cafés. Whether you’re here to work or play, this is the spot. The rooftop pool has stunning city views, and the business center on the same floor feels both chic and inviting.||But the real highlight of our stay was David at the front desk. He was impeccable — always ready to help, from checking us in to giving fantastic dinner recommendations, handling parking, and even getting us extra room keys without a hitch. He made everything run smoothly and has the perfect personality for hospitality — professional, friendly, and fun.||Thank you, David, for making our stay so fabulous! We can’t wait to come back.

The rooms are excellent – we were really pleasantly surprised the moment we walked in! Everything is extremely clean, spacious, and nicely decorated. The kitchen is very well equipped, and the view is fantastic. The location is perfect – cafés, restaurants, and shops are all nearby. We were also impressed by the hotel’s facilities: the pool is open until late at night, the gym is open 24/7, and there’s even a billiard table. Another big plus is that the rooms have a washing and drying machine, a dishwasher, an oven, and a microwave. All praise for this hotel – we’ll definitely be coming back! 😁

I had such a wonderful stay here! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome—especially David, who was incredibly helpful and friendly throughout my stay. The amenities were excellent, and I really appreciated that the hotel had a washer and dryer in-room, which made things so convenient. The location is also pretty great—close to everything I needed while still being quiet enough to relax. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!

My stay at Sentral Wynwood was amazingly wonderful. David is absolutely fantastic! Traveling alone, I had many questions. Each question and request for help was met with the utmost caring and attention from David. You are so very lucky to have someone as kind and thoughtful as he is. WOW, wasn't sure what to expect but this Hotel and Condo combination was a great surprise. Can not say enough about it. The location was convenient for the Wynwood area. The room felt like a very expensive condo, two bedrooms. two bathrooms, a living room and a full stocked kitchen. Towels were top notch, plus swim towels in the room. Checked out the pool and workout, likely the best I have seen. Highly recommend the Sentral Wynwood.

Amazing seamless check in with amazing ambiance and decor! Super helpful and friendly staff that offered smiles and great recommendations and just was overall so welcoming . Amazing area with great eats around, I recommend the all day cafe next door and Manta for dinner !! Walking distance to Wynwood Walls

Modern urban residential resort in Miami Art District ~ Sentral Wynwood is an ideal solution when you've had the extra South Beach experience and want something more lowkey luxury yet still lively. We were in town for industry events. This was my second stay and so grateful a friend introduced me to the neighborhood and building. The first time I stayed here with a friend I knew I would rebook again in the future. Our second booking was a year later and the only reason we didn't book more nights was because of limited availability. (Regrettably, we had actually booked an AirBnB nearby and quickly relocated because of discomfort and were relieved to find open availability on our last night.) I'm so glad we stayed here to decompress before early morning flights. CHECK-IN Both front desk persons were super welcoming, friendly and accommodating. Because we arrived early, the gal kindly stored our luggage and did her best to expedite our room. We were provided a key up to lounge up at the pool although towels were only available in-room whereas previously they were available by the pool. It was easy to come and go through the building with key card at various times of day and security was present. NEIGHBORHOOD You almost feel like a local staying here. The area and building complex itself has developed with addition of new bakery and restaurant downstairs. It felt totally safe, walkable neighborhood to eateries, lounges, nightlife, popular Wynwood Walls and Smorgasborg food court. The location is also more convenient getting to and from the airport. PROPERTY & AMENITIES The property looks like a hotel but feels livable like home, offering fully furnished studio, 1 or 2 bedroom units, washer dryer in unit and rooftop pool with panoramic views of Miami where you can catch rays and gorgeous sunsets. The rate is very competitively reasonable. Coffee and water refreshments are provided. The unit itself was modern, clean, spacious and bright. On both occasions, bedding could be improved as the pillows were a bit flat and hot water temp felt more like warm. Housekeeping left something dark grey and spongey in the toilet which I had to flush. All in all, we would stay here again.

This was probably the best hotel I've ever stayed at as far as the room accommodations go. I had no idea, for the rate, that I was getting such a great room. The check in process was so easy. There is a kiosk and you can check yourself in and make your own room keys. The gentleman at the front desk there to help but the process was so easy. This is a very clean, posh hotel. My room had a FULL kitchen two beds, one in its own bedroom with a television, the bathroom was beautiful and even had a stackable washer and dryer in it. The ONLY downside was that it is $40 to park your car overnight. After doing this I realized I probably could have gotten away with street parking but it was convenient to park under the hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Miami area. It was great!

Amazing location, beautiful building and the management company is a dream to work with!

Great for people that like an Airbnb home feel but the amenities of a hotel. Extremely clean and calm. One thing is missing from the rooms. Noise. I have never stayed in a hotel where I couldn't hear, at least a little, the neighbors. With the occasional sound from something dropping from a room above, these rooms are so quiet. All of the kitchens come with everything you need to cook. They are pet friendly. You can rent a Tesla in the parking garage. And, it's in the middle of a Miami hotspot for any foodie. Another fantastic feature of the Apartment/hotel is the front desk and the GM, Reem. They are so helpful and friendly. Always willing to go that extra mile. And, Reem really went out of her way to help me get set up with a short lease. 10/10.

This place was so amazingly cool that we stayed here twice! For less than an average hotel rate, we stayed in an amazing apartment studio booked through Expedia. Apartment studio featured: - Full sized kitchen with full sized refrigerator, dishwasher and sink. Cabinets stocked with plates, glass cups and utensils. - Modern living furniture and unique art deco pieces - Open bedroom concept with another bedroom with a door - Great views of the gym and other apartments. The graffiti walls are offered to long term guests. - Security system with key retrieval and return Overall impression: This was our first time staying at Sentral and we will definitely return. We secured the apartment studio for two nights and it was well worth it. I forget certain items and needed assistance and David from the Front Desk Experience Team was on top of it. He helped me with what I needed. Sentral have superb service and I felt like I was home and not at a hotel. Whenever I'm in the Wynwood area, I will choose this apartment rental over a hotel.

IF I COULD PUT MINUS 10 STARS - I WOULD IN A HEART BEAT ! My uncle Mateó came to visit us all the way from Europe and stayed at the Sentral hotel in Wynwood from 5th - 8th of December 2022. On the Dec 6th he changed rooms from 329 to 325. He started moving his personal belongings to other room and noticed he forgot to get his expense designer winter coat and a 2 designer shirts hanging in the closet. When he went back the room was locked and went to his new room where he later called the front desk to explain the situation and the front advised him that they did not have the lost and found key at the moment and to follow up with them in the morning. He was able to get in contact with the house keeping manager and she informed him that they the room Was unlocked and that they did not find anything in the room. It was completely empty of any personal belongs. Later they explained that they wasn't any video surveillance footage either. It's really disgusting and very unprofessional that you're personal belongings aren't safe while staying at this hotel. This is something the management needs to look closely into because it's totally unacceptable. I'm shedding light to this issue with the hopes of putting a stop to these unfortunate incidents hoping this doesn't happen again to any guests staying at any hotel.

I would recommend this as a hotel stay. It has an extended stay feel because you get a kitchen with tools, in unit laundry, a separate bedroom from the living area, and apartment ammenities. I appreciated the closeness to food, coffee shops, gyms, and some shopping. Not being from Miami, I was wary about walking around the area at first, but wish I'd done it sooner! There are restaurants connected to the building, but a block in any direction has great options as well. Parking was easy, but $40/day. The front desk is available during the day for help and extra needs- laundry and dish soap, organizing room service, etc. They have a virtual check in as well as guest services. There's no in-room phone and no daily room service unless asked for, so that differs from a traditional hotel. It was nice to not be bothred daily or worry about someone coming in while you're out. It's fairly updated, but a few things needed repairs or replacements in my unit. (Cons were the warm water ran out fast, and the curtain had some mildew on it.) I guess I expected a bit higher end than I paid for. I visited the pool on the roof top and it was gorgeous, and also used the gym which was updated, clean, and had many options. So price-wise and location-wise it's a great deal and stay, and I'd recommend!

Hii this is a great, clean, professional place and best of all is David at the front desk who is a kind thoughtful angel - I can't wait to stay here again !! (but maybe have better milk with the morning coffee - am I asking too much haha)?

The customer service provided by Sentral is what makes this review worth 5 stars. Prior to my check in, David graciously helped me combine two separate reservations and made sure to take extra care of me. Check in was a breeze. Michael went above and beyond to remedy an issue I had with my room, making sure my stay was comfortable. It was a really positive experience in a quieter part of wynwood.

Best hotel I've ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. Ultra modern suites, the rooftop pool and game room are amazing.

This place was quite in the "hood" and we didn't feel safe at night walking around. There are many residents that reside here and the building also hosts as Airbnb hosts. We stayed as a guest and luckily we only stayed for one night. The walls are super thin and the windows... omg the worst sleep of my life. We could here cars driving fast and there was also a fighting match outside and I couldn't sleep bc of it. The rooms are apartment styles and has a full kitchen. It was clean and well stocked but the only reason I gave another star is because of the rooftop. Nice area to hang out and has an outside pool. The view is nothing but construction all around and lots of graffiti all around. I'm just glad to leave.

David and all the staff were amazing! Excellent service at Sentral Wynwood! We highly recommend. My family and I loved the experience. The condos are modern, clean and well equipped to provide a home experience away from home! Premises are also beautiful and very spacious! Pool is very nice and great location to be in! It's distance walk from all the attractions of Wynwood!

On a flight to miami today and after booking and paying for my hotel reservation, Sentral just abruptly canceled. No explanation, nothing. Really terrible experience and I wanted to warn everyone not to work with such awful hospitality options.

Nice room. A little pricey but worth it. The garage is not safe. There was a break-in. The room was really clean and nice. I don't feel safe or comfortable coming back.

Wonderful place to stay - check in was very smooth and the front desk staff were super nice. Parking is pricey at $35/night in the garage next door but we were only in town for 1 night. Several restaurants in walking distance. No breakfast or food on site (there is vending only). Beds are comfy and the room was clean and updated. Rooftop pool is killer and we spent most of the evening up there enjoying the outdoor space

This is a great building in the best location in Wynwood. Close to the nightlife but on. Quiet street. The facilities pool gym are great and there is nice restaurant downstairs. The staff are super friendly as wellz

I've stayed at the Sentral several times now, which is "sentrally" located near the heart of Wynwood. The few times I've stayed, with my dog.. I've been warmly greeted by David, the concierge at the front desk who always remembers who I am! Truly, he makes the stay amazing. His outgoing, warm and friendly personality makes you feel like you're at home. Anything you need, he'll help out with, package deliveries, local recommendations, getting service support when needed in the rooms... he's even jumped my car when my battery died. I wouldn't stay anywhere else, highly recommend Sentral, it's amazing facilities and fully furnished rooms. Thanks David! See you soon!

I loved my stay here. Quiet, safe, and perfect location. 2 streets away from all the bars/restaurants

We were greeted with a warm smile and everything was easy to find and touchless check-in was seamless. The apartment was just as pictured. The beds were comfortable and the amenities great. We enjoyed the pool even when it was 60 degrees out. The staff were great always someone to greet you and wave goodbye. David was the concierge during our stay and he gave us great recommendations was pleasant to talk to. He's also a loyal Miami fan. To watch out for--the tub is deep and there aren't enough glasses to not have to wash between drinks.

This is the second time that I have stayed here in the past year. Very central in the wynwood area easy to walk around. If you have a car the parking lot is inside the building very safe. Great place to stay if you're here for Art Basel in wynwood. Would definitely recommend staying here.

We stayed here over Art Basel 2021 and I don't think I'll ever be able to stay anywhere in Miami ever again. Absolutely beautiful and spotless accommodations complete with separate bedroom and full kitchen. Roomy, convenient location to just about anywhere you'd like to go in the city and walking distance from everything Wynwood has to offer. Can't wait to return!

Massive loud construction project across the street. The whole time we stayed our room key did not work and security guard had to let us into room bc no one could help us. DO NOT STAY HERE

I stayed in a one-bedroom suite at the Sentral Wynwood and had such a fantastic experience. The suite was clean, spacious, modernly decorated, had a full kitchen (complete with full-size refrigerator, oven, full-sized coffee maker, dishes, clean pots, etc.), a large bathroom with a raindrop shower, washer/dryer in the unit, comfy sitting area, and more. The lobby, work/lounge area, and rooftop areas are immaculate. They also have a roof-top pool that's heated and sizeable. This property is located in the middle of it all in Wynwood-- you can walk to all the vibrant cafes, restaurants, bars, the Wynwood Walls, etc. I will return!
