This place on Jeju Island feels like a scene from a movie. Towering cliffs disappearing into the clouds, emerald waters, and black volcanic rocks create a breathtaking landscape. The colors are so vivid it feels almost unreal — like stepping into a cinematic world. At the foot of the mountain, horses graze peacefully, adding a touch of serenity and charm. A walk along the shore, with waves gently crashing against the rocks, leaves unforgettable memories. It’s one of those places where you just want to pause, take it all in, and feel deeply connected to nature.

What a view of morning Sunrise. Be sure to check out the timing of sunrise. It takes about 15mins to hike up to the summit if you are fit. Plan to arrive at least 15mins before sunrise. Go to the further end (where you will descend later) to avoid the crowd and a better view.

The walk is a little bit challenging because it is entirely stairs all the way to the summit. The stairs are in good condition. When you arrive at the summit, there are many places to sit and rest. It can get very busy at times with large groups of people. The track is one way so you will not encounter people coming in the opposite direction. The view from the summit is nice and looks over the island below and out to sea. Also there is a large crater at the top that you can get a good impression of. Tickets are required to access, and there is a person at a booth, as well as automated ticket machines.

The hike was tiring, and the views leading up to the peak were great. However, I found the overall experience a bit underwhelming, as the views—while nice—weren't among the most spectacular I've encountered. The crater itself was the highlight, but the effort required didn’t seem to fully match the scenery.

There's 360 small volcanoes around Jeju Islands. Unfortunately there was no woman divers show because the current was too strong - so test your luck on it! Women divers doesn't use oxygen tanks. Advanced women divers can dive up to ten metres deep and hold their breaths for five or more minutes. If you can spot the Majang caves (where algae rocks meet Mt. Songaksan), these caves are actually man-made for the Japanese to store their weapons.

Very pretty and a good leg workout! You can eat fresh Shellfish sashimi behin the volcano from the women divers!

One of the most beautiful places I have ever seen. The trek upstairs to the cliff is moderate and can be done in 1 hour. It's totally worth going on top. There Is a beautiful black sand beach on the side, and the view from down and top are wonderful. One can spend 4-6 hours on this place

This place was absolutely breathtaking and a must-visit destination! There are two options for getting there, one being a paid route and the other being free. Our visit took place during summer and the weather was scorching hot! I highly recommend everyone to come here and witness the mesmerizing views of nature. Additionally, we were fortunate enough to witness the fascinating sight of women divers diligently working, which was truly remarkable!
