Oh boy. I used to pass this park on my morning runs. It is nothing like "Seoul International". It's completely neglected by anyone who could turn it into a paradise. Currently, it is a tent city with a basketball cage.
You won't die if you run a couple laps, but I would recommend another park entirely if you're interested in actually enjoying yourself, rather than feeling compelled to pick up trash. Or, conversely, stuff yourself with some sort of trash energy - be it a hotdog, a cigarette, or general fatigue from being alive - in order to block out the mediocrity of this park.
I hope, someday, the Soul of Seoul International Park is reinvigorated.
