SEPHORA at Kohl's

one star is too generous this is the worst sephora i’ve ever been to. the shelves are constantly messy. products opened, smeared, and just left everywhere like no one cares. nothing is ever in stock. i’ve come back multiple times hoping they’d restock basic items and it’s always the same story. the staff? unhelpful and dismissive. i asked about a lipstick shade and the employee told me “i’ll be back to help you” only to walk off and never return. meanwhile she helped someone else and then disappeared.

Made a purchase today for more than $400, there was no discount in the check even though the cashier said that the discount was included, not a pleasant situation, the administrator was very rude, they didn't even apologize. Has no desire to return, change sellers and admin👎

Sales clerk was super informative which was a plus seeing that I don’t know much about makeup. All the items were nice and organized.

Great selections. They have alot of brands to chose from and the employees are super friendly. So glad that we have a physical sephora now, got tired of ordering online and not being able to feel or look at the products.

i love they have so many of my favorite products especially fenty and nars, and the workers are so helpful especially Katie! she is always there when i go and never fails to assist me in finding the right products
