SEPHORA at Kohl's

The staff here are honestly a bit rude. They are absorbed in their own conversations, give rude/sarcastic answers when you ask questions, and you’ll wait at the register for 5 minutes before someone notices and asks if you’re ready to check out. Skip this place, order directly from the brands you want. Sephora is truly plummeting into a dark hole of awful service.

Amazing customer service from a young woman named Megan. She was so sweet and helpful and kind. She needs a raise!

Had a young lady yesterday who was very rude. Dark hair pretty girl who I'm guessing thought she was above me. Condescending. I returned some amazon and they gave me a 10% coupon. I thought.. that's cool because I need my It mascara and a small pallet. I found the two face pallet perfect size to travel. It was 53.00. My birthday was also in 2 days. She checked me out with attitude and I asked her... did you take the 10% off? Dirty look as she proceeds to do so. I work with the public all my life. Left the store and got fa's still confused. Then I thought... where is my bday gift that was not offered? Went back... still being nice... she was still rude. I'm in the beauty field. I may have not been full faced makeup but my day off and cleaned house with errands to do. When I got home... I went on my ap... no points. I put in my info for her... and she decided to just be rude on a power trip. Won't be going to that store anymore.

Shelly, thank you. ❤️🙏🏻 I've been to this location a handful of times and it has always been a positive experience. But today Shelly went above, and beyond, providing me with education, samples, and a smile. 🙂

Amani was a huge help, I honestly can’t thank her enough. She was so patient with me and answered all my questions, showed me a bunch of products in different price points so I could get everything I needed and not break the bank. So far I love everything and I’ll be back to get some of the extras she recommended soon!

The lady working on 2/17/25 around 5:30 pm was very rude and judging from the other reviews here I’m not the only one has experienced that …..

By far the best Sephora I’ve been to. All of the girls are so knowledgeable and are very welcoming and friendly. I came in a few weeks ago looking for some new foundation and Katie did a superb job of matching me and getting me hooked on the Huda Beauty mascara. You can’t even tell I’m wearing anything on my skin and I get asked constantly if I’m wearing false lashes. And her partner Shelly got me hooked on the most amazing skincare. I love Biossance and my skin has never looked better since using the products they both recommended. They make an awesome team together and you guys have a forever customer and I will continue to come to this store because of the amazing service and atmosphere :)
