Sephora

In the middle of the day on a weekday, plenty of staff but no one asked if I needed help. Once I found what I was looking for, went to the empty register and had to wait 5 minutes for anyone to even notice me. Wasn’t asked if I needed a bag and - not surprisingly - weren’t given any samples. I may look like a tourist, but I’m not, so the same level of service as others (Portuguese) would’ve been nice.

The staff are friendly enough if you need their help, but on two separate visits I was given the wrong product and/or product shade by the assistants after talking in detail about what product/shade they recommended…not sure if this is because their drawers are somehow always disorganized or if the staff are mentally checked out but the fact that this has happened multiple times now makes me hesitant to shop here again as it’s incredibly annoying to come home and open something that was not what you intended to buy, and an annoying hassle to keep going back to exchange things that should have been easy enough to get right the first time.

This Sephora is wonderful and a total paradise if you’re a makeup aficionado! You can easily find what you need, and if you don’t or need a second opinion, the staff there is super nice and is more than happy to help you out and have no issues in helping you out if you have doubts! Super cool place, but watch out for your budget!

The lovely Sales Assistant whose name was Claudia helped me find my perfect Nars Blush! I was looking for it for ages, she tried on me different styles to see which one suited me best. Finally the Peach color won!

Yesterday i saw the sale and asking them to how long its gone be, they told me that the sale just for the that store, if you are not capable that learn basic english than you find yourself a another job

Limited product selection. They don’t have my basics I find in every other store

I walked in and was browsing. And wanted help. And all the staff looked unbothered and did not approach to say hello or offer to help. They were busy talking to one another or they could see I was a tourist and ignored me. Would not recommend. This is not the usual customer service you’d expect from Sephora.

I stop by there sometimes and try the products then buy some. But I am not going there anymore and may go to other shops. The other day I was going to buy one after I tried then was trying the other one. 3 staffs came to me each time to ask me if I wanted to get some help. So I said that I didn’t want. Then the last staff said to me that it’s not the place for making up yourself and only for trying . I felt kind of embarrassed and he could have said in a nice way. He gave me some advices on the item I was seeing. But I didn’t feel like taking that one and just bought the first one I saw. The good thing to go to Sephora is I could try and buy ones but this branch seems not happy to allow it
