Has a wide selection, it’s very busy here so I would recommend shopping online unless you’re testing product or getting advice. Going on a weekday would probably be the best time to go but otherwise is a fairly clean & spacious store.

I bought this mens Cologne in Masonville mall London Ontario on Oct 15 - I opened to use today for the first time and the entire back of the bottle was compromised somehow and when I try to spray - IT WAS WATER !!!!!! I called the store and told them and because I didn’t keep my receipt they are not even willing to exchange - I paid 205.00 dollars and can prove via my bank statement where it indicates Sephora and 205.00 . They actually had the nerve to tell me to call Versace as it wasn’t their problem and without a receipt there was nothing I can do . I said I don’t normally keep receipts for cologne because really - what normally can go wrong with cologne . I WILL NEVER buy from this store or company again !!!!!

I made an online order for pickup at this location for a product that had been sold out for months and just came back in stock. I thankfully looked at the bottle after walking out of the store to find it was USED! Only 3/4 full, with a gunky lid and no seal from factory! I immediately took the product back and received a refund as according to CS this was THE LAST BOTTLE. Very shady, will not go back to this location.

i was in the store checking out the benefit lip tint. i picked up the rose-tinted lip & cheek stain. the bottle was open so it spilt all over my jeans and my cowboy boots. one coworker came over she said she was sorry and i asked to speak to the manager. i asked the manager if she knew how i could get the lip tint out of my $400 cowboys boots and jeans. she told me she had no idea and i could go to a local dry cleaners to see if it’ll come out and if it doesn’t she doesn’t know what to tell me.i was also told that she can’t have her staff tighten bottles on the shelves because people test them all day. she told me she can’t do anything because it was left from the last customer and not from one of her staff. i work retail myself. what happened to the customer is always right? in my experience i came into the store wanted to buy lip tint i left nothing but a terrible experience with a huge red stain on my cowboy boots and jeans with no answers how to get it out.

I went to this Sephora today and the customer service was fantastic! All the employees were super friendly and helpful with suggestions! I got help from Gary and he was one of the most friendly employees I’ve ever met at a store before; he answered all my questions, helped me find every single product I was looking for, gave me good recommendations from his own experience; helped me try on colours and shades and was so kind and patient with me. He tried so hard to make sure I got everything I needed. He’s literally the best possible person i could’ve ask for help! I recommend everyone to go to this Sephora to just experience the great customer service!

I tend to go to this sephora a lot and never had an issue with customer service until yesterday. Normally is a girl named Kels or Kelsey helps me out and she is amazing, but the girls that I had to approach after several minutes yesterday weren’t really helpful. One just showed me some options and left before I could ask for a shade match, and when picking up my online order I asked another girl a question and she answered with bad attitude after rolling her eyes at me.

I had the most amazing experience at Sephora Masonville, thanks to Kyla! My boyfriend gifted me a 75-minute makeup workshop, Kyla was an absolute gem – she was professional, knowledgeable, and so friendly throughout the entire session. To make the experience even more special, we brought my 9 year old niece along for a 30-minute intro to makeup with another team member, and she loved every moment of it. It was such a fun bonding experience, and seeing her excitement made the day even more memorable. Thank you, Kyla, and the Sephora Masonville team for an unforgettable experience! I can’t recommend this workshop enough – it’s perfect as a treat for yourself or as a thoughtful gift. 😊✨

I went to Sephora Masonville today and the experience was terrible. The customer service from the manger was horrible, she was so rude and lacked people skills. I understand the stress of working retail but if you cannot deal with a simple return respectfully then maybe you are not cut out for retail.
