I went to Sephora at Masonville tonight and I walked in and was looking at the rare beauty products when a security guard kept looking at me, and the handed me a basket, I then put it down because I was only in for 2 products, and then the same security guard circled around and made it really obvious they were watching me? It felt absolutely horrible and I felt so guilty for just looking at the products I wanted to buy. I also had an awful experience at the cash and felt so ignored, rushed, the cashier was talking to another worker and literally asked me if I wanted a bag twice without actually listening to what I was saying, just an overall horrible in store experience, I am truly just disappointed and don’t know if I want to go back

I was there on 18 August, I was looking to buy a perfume so i liked one it was Prada’s eau de parfum… when i asked one the employee to get me one, the employee didn’t even let me touch the bottle that i am about buy and that is worth $130. He just put my perfume near the cash counter and told you can get your perfume at the cash counter. The cashier was not good at all kinda racist. I paid the money and got the perfume eau de toilette just because the employee don’t want me to see the bottle maybe thinking i am thief. Terrible experience

Has a wide selection, it’s very busy here so I would recommend shopping online unless you’re testing product or getting advice. Going on a weekday would probably be the best time to go but otherwise is a fairly clean & spacious store.

I was there at the Masonville Sephora in London on the afternoon of August 9 2025.My daughter was purchasing items and I was about to buy a oil cleanser that was in my hand. There was a women ,not in a Sephora uniform but just pants and a vest type outfit as I thought she was a customer talking to a young middle Eastern women at the shelf were my cleansing oil was and and I heard them talking about a particular cream that was sold out all over Canada for dry skin which I have as well as the young woman wanting the unavailable large jar and was considering taking the tiny jar for 45 approx.dollars. The lady who was now I gathered was an employee there with a slight accent was talking now to me about this wonderful cream ...as I began becoming interested in buying the small jar as the other customer didn't seem to want the tiny jar...I looked at her and asked if she had ever tried a mixture of Derma cream and Urea and the sales woman said quote" excuse me but if you don't want to buy this cream don't buy it ' and took it from my hand and back on the shelf.I was shocked with her tone of voice and I handed her the 40 dollar oil skin cleanser back and told her she can keep it and I will purchase when I get home to my local Sephora were the staff are much more kind. I told her she was rude and almost combative to a degree. I will never shop in that location again and she also should have not been dressed like a regular person or customer. At least wear something that identifies you as an employee with black attire. Do not know her name but she had longer light brownish blonde hair and spoke with a slight accent and younger pretty girl. Her personality doesn't match her looks. Hostile lady. Won't be back there anytime soon while in London. ELAINE

Today I was completely disappointed with the customer services. I feel ignored by the lack of attention from the person who was supposedly serving me, her name Reet . I left the store frustrated. Masonville September 11 /2025 London Ontario
