Has a wide selection, it’s very busy here so I would recommend shopping online unless you’re testing product or getting advice. Going on a weekday would probably be the best time to go but otherwise is a fairly clean & spacious store.

The cashier, Allison, was rushing and there was only one person in line after us. We asked about birthday gift she said it was all in stock and didnt bother ringing one up and was quick trying to get us out. She was also rude when I didn't know which screen to pay on and she was rushing. Definitely won't be going here again and I am here on vacation from the states so this was a great experience for my second time in Canada!

A very kind and helpful hijabi was helping me and my sister out, whoever that was I’m guessing a manager that was literally spying on her and watching her the whole time give her a break she did great and was helpful and your micro managing her let alone making me the customer feel bad for her and uncomfortable. A quick stop although it does not offer very much variety for mens health and skin care. With the women's products being 99% of the store, men has a selection of approx 10 items. Disappointed in the equity of men's health products.

I made an online order for pickup at this location for a product that had been sold out for months and just came back in stock. I thankfully looked at the bottle after walking out of the store to find it was USED! Only 3/4 full, with a gunky lid and no seal from factory! I immediately took the product back and received a refund as according to CS this was THE LAST BOTTLE. Very shady, will not go back to this location.

I came in to look for a sunscreen and moisturizer. Two staff provided excellent service to help me find the right product. They even gave me some samples to try! I have been shopping here for 10 years now and never had a bad experience. They never said no to any returns of the skincare that just don’t work with my sensitive skin. But for real girls, ask for a sample to try before buying the whole thing!
