I had such an incredible experience with Najwa at Sephora in Masonville Mall, London! From the moment I started asking questions, she was so kind, patient, and genuinely invested in helping me find the right skincare for my skin type. What I appreciated most was how honest and knowledgeable she was. She didn’t just recommend random products, she explained everything in detail, answered every single question I had, and made sure I understood what would actually work best for my skin. I absolutely loved my first experience shopping at Sephora! I was helped by Mikey who was absolutely amazing!! Being older and all new to the many types of makeup products and routines out there Mikey was so great at walking me through it all. He was so kind, caring and patient in explaining everything. as a huge makeup and beauty lover i’ve been to many different sephora locations. this one is by far the best. i always have an amazing experience and all of the staff is so friendly and helpful! on my birthday last year i was looking for a specific morrocanoil product and they just got a new shipment in that day. the beauty advisor went through that box for so long trying to find my product and she found it! it made my birthday that much better having someone go out of their way to find you the products you need. i feel like im cheating whenever i go to any other location!

Super rude experience at this location with the associate standing at the express checkout. I was directed there by her manager to pay as the main checkout had a long line. She asked if I was paying by "tap", so I said yes and proceeded over to the front of the store. The girl at express, said "this is tap only". Yes ma'am I know, I was directed there by your manager. She appeared visibly irritated the entire time she scanned my items and did not make any effort to be courteous. She became even more annoyed when I requested a printed copy of my receipt. What has happened to people who work in customer service? I’ve scanned my receipt with the time and associate details so management can identify who was working at that moment. I hope this feedback is taken seriously.

It is because of Florie I leave all the Sephora and travel an hour and half. She is just amazing and always ready to guide. Masonville Sephora is lucky to have a gem like her. If you ever have any concern Florie is the person you should ask for and you will love your experience. She is truly amazing.

I am in London for my husband's chemo follow up. My family is from Kitchener and I always get treated absolutely wonderfully by the staff there. When in the Masonville Mall Sephora I was ignored by several staff that were absolutely not busy. I knew what I wanted and found it. I wasn't approached until I was asked how I wanted to pay for my purchase. No customer engagement, no suggestions, no upselling. I will never purchase anything from this store again. Train your staff better.

Sephora London is a beauty go to. The selection is unmatched, featuring exclusive brands and a stunning layout. The staff are incredibly helpful and the atmosphere has great vibes. Greatfor any makeup lover—clean, well-stocked, smells lovely too.
