From the start, she didn’t just assist us with makeup; she curated a complete customer journey. Diana took the time to understand our needs, expertly guiding us through skincare and both women’s and men’s fragrances. Her impressive product knowledge made the entire process feel seamless and personal. What stood out most was her incredible attitude. Even when our requests fell outside her assigned department, she never once said “that’s not my job.” Instead, she went above and beyond with genuine enthusiasm. Her warm smile and positive energy made us feel truly valued. Diana also stayed with us to personalize our purchases, ensuring our names were beautifully inscribed on perfume bottles and makeup items. She remained by our side until everything was perfect. I visited this Sephora last Friday, December 12th. It was my second day in Paris and my first time ever in this beautiful city. I was so excited to go there because the Sephora in my city doesn't carry R.E.M. Beauty products. When I arrived at the brand's counter, a saleswoman helped me. I was a little nervous because my English isn't perfect, as it's not my first language, but she still made me feel very comfortable. She listened from beginning to end to how much of a fan I've been of Ariana Grande since 2010 and how happy I was to be able to try the products she was showing me. I thanked her for her attention and help. After paying, I thanked her again, and she gave me a free product. I was in shock; no one had ever given me anything before. It made me incredibly happy. I would have liked to know her name to make this review more personal, but I was so shocked I forgot to even ask. If you're reading this, thank you so, so much for being so kind and wonderful, you deserve all the good things that this world has to offer you. You are a wonderful person who has made my trip much more enjoyable and my heart so happy. 🩷

Had a great time at Sephora Paris with Celeste (Juliette Has a Gun BA). She’s super sweet, gives lots of samples, and lets you try everything. No pressure at all and really fun to talk to. If you love JHAG perfumes, go see her! She works Thu–Sat.

Fantastic and very personalised service by Gladys and Zineb from Tarte who both went above and beyond to find the right set of make up for me that met my requirements. Zineb selected the right shades and colour palette suitable for my skin and eye colour and showed me how to apply make up. She took the time to explain the application and helped me elevate my look. Highly recommend their services. They also made my daughter very happy bu keeping her engaged and involved. Highly recommend the store for the wide selection of products and Zineb from Tarte and Gladys from Sephora for their service 🙏

I mean Sephora on Champ Elysees, Paris. Everything you expect. So many brands, new drops, cosmetics, services, fragrances, skincare. Staff was not familiar of a few brands I asked about, but were cordial enough to advise and explain about substitutes. Very bright, lively store. Just like a beauty store should be!
