Okay I’m reading some of these reviews, if you want good recommendations I suggest asking for Morgan. She was so nice and helpful, she was able to find my perfect shade in both a skin tint, and a setting powder. She also went out of her way to show me other products even when I was just looking. Honestly one of the better experiences I’ve had at Sephora. Sephora hire more people like Morgan please.

From the moment I arrived, Dani made my experience at Sephora exceptional. She was a true pleasure from start to finish, warm, attentive, and incredibly accommodating. What stood out immediately was her depth of knowledge and confidence; she didn’t just recommend products, she thoughtfully listened to my needs, explained why certain options would work, and tailored everything perfectly to me. Dani went well above and beyond what I expected. She took the time to ensure I felt comfortable, informed, and genuinely cared for, never rushing and never making the experience feel transactional. Her kindness and professionalism created such a calm, welcoming environment, and it’s abundantly clear that she is extremely talented and truly knows her craft. What impressed me most is that Dani embodies what outstanding customer service should be : expertise paired with empathy. She elevated my entire visit and turned a simple shopping trip into a memorable, confidence-boosting experience. especially since it was for an important event! Sephora is incredibly lucky to have someone like her on the team, and I sincerely hope she is recognized for the value she brings. A truly international brand They have outlets in India too and we are regular customers there as well They have a good variety of beauty and skin care products , perfumes etc Must visit to check out the options

Outstanding service at Sephora Union Station (NARS counter) I had an amazing experience with Bhav at the NARS counter in Sephora Union Station this New Year. She helped me select three lip products, including perfectly matched neutral and cool-toned lip liners and a beautiful lip salve that I absolutely love. Bhav is exceptionally knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely helpful without being pushy. She took the time to understand what I was looking for and made thoughtful recommendations that suited my tone and preferences perfectly. Her expertise with lip products really shows. This was one of those rare retail experiences where you feel confident, well cared for, and excited about your purchase. Sephora is lucky to have her — I’ll definitely be back to shop with Bhav again. Highly recommend! 💄✨

I had a terrible experience trying to buy hair products , Catherine not only didn’t want to help since I had 10 minutes until the store closed but also disappeared in the middle of our conversation and told me to ask my hairstylist!! For recommendations. Absolutely disappointed at the service, I needed the shampoo for the night and I told her I can’t wait for my hairstylist who is extremely busy to recommend something, I’m here and I’d like you to help ! Anyways she disappeared. The only reason I’m adding a star is Summer who on the other hand was helpful , and polite I was visiting from the US and we’re used to VIP customer care in Sephora . I hope they find a solution at this branch .

This location is clean, convenient and has awesome staff! While I was waiting for my train, I killed some time in this location. While what I originally wanted to buy wasn’t in stock, I ended up getting a better alternative with the help from Naeema! She was so friendly and gave her honest feedback, without feeling pressured to buy! And the cashier Emilie (I believe that was her name, sorry if I’m wrong >•<) was also friendly and chill! Whenever I’m downtown, I’ll make this my go-to Sephora!

Just don’t shop here. You are chopped liver to the associates lol. I was charged double for an item and didn’t realize until the next day, went over to have it fixed but was told I have to bring back all my products. I brought back my whole purchase the next week, was interrogated and made to wait for 10-15 minutes while the associates discussed and I can only assume reviewed camera footage. I did get my refund but not a single apology was given to me. Like ok not like I’ve wasted two of my lunch hours coming down here to fix YOUR mistake. The online app provides better customer service ffs. Also side note half the girls working aren’t even wearing makeup. So you can’t trust these girls to even be knowledgeable about product, let alone customer service 🤷🏻‍♀️

I came to this store today rather nervous as a very non passing trans girl buying makeup for the first time. I had very little idea what I was looking for, but Ritu was SO helpful, I told her I was trans and some products I was thinking about, she showed me a few different things of different prices, and I even left with a beautiful lip stain that she recommended that I’m very happy with. I never for a second sensed any judgement and I have no doubt she would have treated a cis woman exactly the same, which was SO affirming. Very great experience, thank you Ritu! I will definitely be coming back 🥰

The Union Station revitalization is really happening!! A huge glittering Sephora is now finally open. It's located in the area between the Go Concourse and the entrance to the TTC. There was a greeter at the door welcoming us into the store. Most of the employees were wearing kelly green tees that let us know who to go to for help. Everything is organized by need so hair, skin care fragrance, and make up were separated. It wasn't hard to give sections since they have subsections within aisles with brand headings at the top. You could sus out where to find specific products by looking for the top brands in those locations. There's a huge selection of Olaplex products for every need. They carry a lot of The Ordinary products which is nice change of pace from the pricier options. At checkout they have displays of all the gifts that you can redeem your Beauty Insider points for. I was able to snag my birthday gift while I was here without buying anything. This month was either a makeup set or a Tatcha skin care gift which I picked. Super cute!
