I visited Cafe Sequel in Bandra, near Mini Punjab, and really liked the cozy, calm vibe of the place. It’s laptop-friendly and stays fairly quiet, which makes it a great spot for focused work or some peaceful alone time. The interiors are simple yet comfortable, perfect for spending a few hours. The food was good in taste, though I personally felt it could have been priced a bit better for the quantity. That said, the overall experience, ambience, and convenience made up for it. Overall, Cafe Sequel is a nice café in Bandra for working, reading, or relaxed meetings, especially if you value a quiet environment.

Tried their vegan protein bowl and they just sent me spinach bowl. More than 70% of bowl was stuffed with spinach . Hardly any protein items in it, couple of tomatoes, green peas and a tiny portion of hummus. They mentioned Millets which was not there at all in the bowl. Scamming customers by giving bowl filled with just spinach and calling it protein bowl. Quality and quantity is really bad.

Where else does the barista (Anil) make a portrait of you in your matcha latte? One of my favorite restaurants in the world, not just mumbai. Healthy, delicious, innovative food that connects you to a higher plane. Thoughtful, joyful team. An unmissable experience.

Worst chia seed pudding I have ever had, they clearly don’t know how the pudding consistency should be.. It literally was a chia seed juice not a pudding lol

My second time here and it’s my go to if I want something healthy and fresh! I needed something to take on the road and I knew I could get something fast and healthy to fuel me before dinner. Got the Sev Puri which I had last time and was absolutely delicious but this time it was a little on the salty side. The Açai Bowl which was great but it was more on the tart side so just fyi. The unbeatable glow which was so good! Overall it’s a cute healthy little spot to check out in Bandra. The staff is nice and the place is well maintained!

A perfect place for gluten sensitive people and those absolute hardcore healthy diet lovers . I could actually feel the freshness of the sea water prawns ! Me being a all Organic person just loved the food! A bit steep but worth every morsel. The prawn tacos were mind boggling!

Sequel has always amazed me with the consistent quality in every thing on their menu. Ingredients are always fresh and taste amazing, dishes and menu are very well thought through and it is my must visit whenever I am in Mumbai. Wish we had a sequel on Delhi.

I discovered sequel ages ago maybe 12 y. And every time I visit I’m just as content and happy with the meals. It’s just the OG clean food place before the trend began. Kudos to the owners to never dilute any aspect of what they stand for. Highly commendable. I enjoy my meals so much that I forget to take photos. But here I managed one of the yum cacao ice cream ❤️
