Sequoia Lodge - Exclusive Adults Luxury Retreat

The experience from the moment we stepped out of the car was exceptional. The team made you feel incredibly welcome, being warm and friendly. The food by chef Nick was devine including the preparation of fresh Coffin Bay oysters. The sequoia sparkling is absolutely delicious and time taken out to relax and both the hot pools, sauna, the morning yoga class and the bushwalking was absolutely wonderful. We felt incredibly refreshed after our stay and would highly recommend sequoia to anyone looking for time out of their busy schedule and will definitely be back.

We spent a short stay at Sequoia and loved every minute of it. The rooms are amazing and very luxurious. A special place to hang out and relax in front of a fire or spend time reading in the bath. The outdoor heated pools were fantastic despite it being super cold. To top it off we had one of the best meals ever at Hardy's Verandah restaurant. All in all we could not have asked for more and will definitely be returning to enjoy more time at Sequoia.

Outstanding Suites with beautiful views. Special touches every day continued to surprise and delight us. Loved the Sequoia Lounge also - better than a home away from home. Helpful, professional, friendly team - nothing was too much trouble. So much to do so little time (we loved the cheese tastings, mixology classes, walks, yoga, hot pools, sauna, and restaurant in Mount Lofty House). Sequoia Lodge promised rest and rejuvenation and it delivered. Would love to return. Five Stars!

I asked ChatGPT to recommend a truly special hotel for Australian winter with a hot spring experience :) and it led me to Sequoia. Honestly, the experience we had was even more beautiful than the photos we saw beforehand. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel like part of a kind, friendly community. Our journey began with the mixology class, followed by a rejuvenating treatment at Gatekeeper Spa, and then a relaxing soak in the artesian hot springs. In the evening, we dined at Hardy’s Verandah a beautiful food experience to wrap up the day. The next morning, we woke up to the breathtaking views of the Adelaide Hills. After a peaceful yoga session and a delicious breakfast, we went for a morning bushwalk the perfect way to end an unforgettable stay. Sequoia is truly a place where luxury, nature, and heartfelt hospitality come together beautifully. Highly recommended.

We had a most wonderful three nights stay at Sequoia. Beautiful rooms, excellent service and delightful food. We enjoyed dining in Hardys Verandah Restaurant, and also in the Lodge itself for a relaxed evening “in”. |Such a great location with so many wineries within a 20 minute uber drive. |Highly recommend Sequoia for a special day or three, you will want to stay longer as we did!

This place is serene. We had the most relaxing and enjoyable stay at Sequoia and did not want to leave. The rooms are spacious and luxurious with extraordinary views. It was so quiet, which is what we were after. The staff were amazing and the food was great. We also enjoyed many of the activities on offer at the lodge. We would love to come back soon.

Our favourite place to holiday as a couple. Private, excellent amenities, beautifully appointed rooms with a fire place and delicious little desserts and snacks left each night. You honestly cannot fault this place. The food is so so good, some of the best we've eaten and the lounge is a really nice place to chill, play board games and drink Sequoia Sparkling, that is after a dip in the incredible hot spa out side.|Cannot recommend enough - go and stay!
