The room was big and clean. Everything worked. The dining area is gorgeous. Check in was smooth. The location was excellent. Good breakfast. Breakfast attendants were all lovely. I wish I knew we were getting a wall view for the rate we paid. It wasn't clear in booking platforms I used -booking.com and Qantas hotels. We were not a fan of wet bathroom either.

Reception staff were great. Had a small issue with cleanliness with our bathroom and staff quickly took care of it. Very efficient. Stayed with our dog and they gift you a small doggie goodie bag, wich was very cute and thoughtful.

A very comfortable hotel in a great location near the major attractions of Sevilla. The staff is very courteous and helpful. The breakfast provided was very good with a great variety of foods. During our stay, vehicle access to the hotel was limited by street construction. This was a significant incovenience, but not the fault of the hotel.

Just stayed here. Such a lovely relaxing boutique hotel perfectly situated in old historic town area - central to everything you want to see. Few minutes stroll away from Giralda, the Alcazar, loads of restaurants and Calle Sierpes for shopping. Rooms are quiet, cool, spotlessly clean and beds reasonably comfy. Buffet breakfast has lots of choice, and seated in a covered courtyard under a stunning stained glass roof. Never felt rushed or stressed here at all. The thing that makes this hotel so nice, are the friendly, helpful staff. Everyone was so nice and made us really welcome. 24 hour concierge team gave us lots of recommendations and advice which made our short break go smoothly and enabled us to really explore Seville. Great experience. We cannot wait to come back for second visit.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was exceptional, and the room had everything we needed. It was also very quiet and the bed was extremely comfortable, making it easy to relax after long days of exploring. The location is perfect—right in the heart of the city with easy access to major attractions. Reception services were friendly and efficient, and check-in was smooth. We didn’t try the breakfast, so I can’t comment on that. Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant stay, and we would definitely return. Highly recommended!

Lovely hotel, very clean, perfect location for shops and sightseeing. Staff were very friendly and helpful, particularly a lovely lady on reception who helped us with our uber booking! Definitely would stay again.

Best sangria EVER , we had tapas for lunch ... Everything that we ordered was just amazing . Service is incredible
