The first room we were given had no windows at all. The second was better, but the windows looked out of a tiny area with views only straight up to the sky. The friendliness of the staff was variable. The breakfast area was lovely and the breakfast itself decent. One of the receptionists was rude. For nearly €200 per night out of high session we’ve had much better. Location is great though.

This is a great little hotel very conveniently located close to the centre, but just far enough out not to be too touristy. Rooms are immaculately clean, reception staff are friendly and helpful. Wifi is very good. Reasonably priced|Negatives are that our room (22) did not really have a window, just to sliding panels overlooking a courtyard. The plumbing and clatter of other guests on the hard floors can be a nuisance.|Breakfast is available but Sagasta is a few steps away and very good.|Definitely recommended.

Great little hotel. Ideal location and very central. Friendly helpful staff. Room was clean and nice big walk-in shower with hairdryer provided. Some drawers for clothes storage and a kettle with tea and coffee facilities would have been an added bonus. However, great hotel and would recommend.

Lovely hotel in perfect position to access the best that Sevilla has to offer. We reserved a junior suite which was a great choice. Room 116 was on the upper floor . Nice , quiet, large room with small fridge , desk & sofa. 3 windows looking into a light patio. Nice , clean bathroom with double size walk in shower. Kettle , cups and tea bags . No milk. Buffet breakfast consists of cereal, bread, pastries , cold meats , tortilla, cheeses & juices. If you are into coffee pod coffee , there is a machine there. If u want a cup of tea , there are various types of tea but only one black tea -hornimans brand- , which wasn’t to our taste . ( thankfully I always pack a few tea bags!) There is also an offering of bacon , scrambled eggs and chorizo. Unfortunately, this wasn’t as good as it could be. Made from powdered eggs I’m guessing , the eggs soon look stale in the food warmer. They were stodgy , tasteless and cold on more than one occasion . Bacon was often next to cold also . I think the hotel would do better employing a cook to stand with a ring burner and cook scrambled eggs or omelette to order . Breakfast aside, hotel staff were polite and helpful. Great position with endless bars & eateries within metres. Only a few minutes walk to the cathedral etc Note : All the upstairs bedrooms have a high step to get into your room. Would I return ? Absolutely ! Might not have the breakfast option, though, unless they can sort out the “hot” food.

At nearly €200/night offering rooms without a window is completely unacceptable. One of the reception staff was miserable & rude, the other happy & helpful. The breakfast area was lovely & the breakfast itself was good, but the limited choice might become tedious if staying more than a few days.

We stayed at Las Casas de los mercaderes last week. Perfect position to visit all the main attractions (100 m from the Giralda and Alcázar). The room is clean, the breakfast is very good and the girls at the reception are very kind. I can recommend this hotel to how wants to be in the city centre but in a quite place.

Hotel located in the historic heart of Seville. Everything within walking distance|We appreciate this hotel for|Its charm, cleanliness and friendly staff. |It is the ideal place to spend a few days in Seville. It is just a stone's throw from the Plaza San Salvador, where you can enjoy a drink in one of the many cafés.
