Sercotel Las Casas de los Mercaderes

I absolutely loved my stay at Sercotel Hotel in Seville! The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, always ready to help with anything we needed. Our room was spotless and comfortable, and the attention to detail made all the difference. The location was perfect, close to everything, yet quiet enough to relax. I truly felt cared for during my stay, and I can’t wait to come back!

We had a great stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was exceptional, and the room had everything we needed. It was also very quiet and the bed was extremely comfortable, making it easy to relax after long days of exploring. The location is perfect—right in the heart of the city with easy access to major attractions. Reception services were friendly and efficient, and check-in was smooth. We didn’t try the breakfast, so I can’t comment on that. Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant stay, and we would definitely return. Highly recommended!

A great hotel in a perfect location. Very central and within 20 minutes walk to anywhere. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast is great and a good start to the day!

The hotel’s interior design and in-room amenities like the hair dryer, slippers, and toothbrush were all excellent. The lady with glasses at the reception was very helpful and friendly. We really appreciated the free upgrade to a better room. The location is great—very close to all the main tourist spots on foot. It’s a bit pricey, but it did the job well. We recommend it.

Really recommended, very clean, modern and great located! Coffeehouses and restaurants all around! They have a parking garage, the only minus is that you have to walk up after parking, but you can load and download your bags wrought stress right by their door!

We stayed in Sercotel both in Granada and Seville, both were below average. They wanted to put us in a room without windows, which was below ground level where we paid 150Eurps per night. Then they showed another room which was again with half windows and smelling sewage, both rooms are places that could only be used as storage. The third room was in the first floor and has an inner looking window, which we ended up staying. The next morning we woke up to burnt toast smell and loud noises coming from people having breakfast. If we didn’t pay in advance I would go out and look for another hotel. The only positive is the location, which is very central. But Seville is quite small and easy on foot, so not worth it. Look for somewhere else.

Nice hotel, brilliant location, nice rooms. Only issue is the breakfast… it’s very expensive (14€) for nothing exciting. Better to go to the brunch places round the corner (we found Aba De Seville) and for half the price per person of the Sercotel breakfast you get something much nicer.

Perfect location in the old city. Close to everything. The friendliest hotel staffs we had meet during our 3 weeks trip in Spain. Yummy breakfast. Highly recommended.

Best sangria EVER , we had tapas for lunch ... Everything that we ordered was just amazing . Service is incredible
