Sercotel Las Casas de los Mercaderes

Beautiful Hotel in a very good localisation. It's really close to a lot of attractions and monuments. Rooms are not so big but tidy. Whats to improve is maybe acoustics but I understand its an old building. Stuff is very nice and helpful. Breakfast is ok :)

This was a great location! Maria at the desk went above and beyond to help us book a Flamenco show. She also was gracious, kind and sincerely committed to customer service. It is rare to find someone so thoughtful and caring at hotels these days. Thank you Maria for your kindness, friendliness and positive attitude in helping all customers. It was a pleasure! We would stay again because of her!

This is a very good hotel in a nice location in Seville. Good service, fantastic inside area and nice room. The only things that not reached 5 star was breakfast. No egg station for omelette and fried eggs. But it was a minor problem.

The location in the center is perfect. The room was very spacious and stylish and even had a French balcony facing the street... beautiful. The service was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was adequate and typically Spanish.

Perfect location in the old city. Close to everything. The friendliest hotel staffs we had meet during our 3 weeks trip in Spain. Yummy breakfast. Highly recommended.

Great location in central Seville. We just had a room for 2 nights so didn’t eat breakfast there. Super clean and functional. The only downside was a slight undertone smell of drains - but I think that was just the position of our room which was below street level (with its own little courtyard), and no windows

To feel at home, is the simplest way to explane coming to Sercotel Las Casas de los Mercaderes. Beeing M in the lobby ( I promished not to mention her name) or, lovely Loli taking such good care of the brekfast. Wonderful location, wonderful staff.... and balcony doors that open up nicely. Not to be locket up in total aircondition. I love that.

The hotel is in a perfect location in the centre of the city. The rooms are very nice, modern and clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent.

Best sangria EVER , we had tapas for lunch ... Everything that we ordered was just amazing . Service is incredible
