Sercotel Las Torres Salamanca

This hotel was a great place to stay for my three nights in Salamanca. Very efficient and polite staff. Clean and comfortable rooms and an excellent breakfast offering. Would not hesitate to stay here again. Sorry for photos of a messy room, took these shots the day we were leaving.

Great location and friendly, helpful staff. Our first room was so small that we ended up paying extra for a bigger one. It would have been nice to have an external view from the window and the plumbing was a bit noisy, but other than that the room was nice and comfortable. We loved the breakfast. A great buffet with loads of options, including lactose-free and soy milk.

People were great. Price and value for money were great. Location is fantastic. It needs maintenance. I can't fault the local staff. They can only spend money on paint, baseboards, walls in hallway that are bursting at the seams. I would go back. Right bow, it is "good", but it could be "grwat" with more corporate attention and resource allocation.

The room was very dirty. There were questionable hairs on the toilet seat when we arrived. I had to clean those off so I could go the bathroom. There were hairs on the bed, a greasy head stain on the headboard, and, either dog food, or poop on the floor in the bathroom! I let staff know when returning home late one night and they said I could have it cleaned or change rooms. It is obviously very inconvenient to change rooms at that hour, and too late to ‘clean it’, so I said no. He stated he would inform the day staff…next day we come back in the morning, walk up the four flights of stairs to our room and the key doesn’t work. So, back down. I figured maybe this was their way to get me to the desk so they could rectify the dirty room issue. Nope! She just gave me a new key and said nothing about it. She could have said they could give me a better room, free breakfast, credit to my account, something! But nope nobody tried to rectify this situation. Terrible customer service. Besides all this, the room was bad-right next to the elevator and so much noise! Also, adjust the closet door so it will stay open.

Good hotel in downtown Salamanca, right off plaza mator. Room in general was comfy even though the airco was kinda noisy. Walls and rooms corners needed to be cleaned better. Breakfast was quite tasty. Helpful young lady even though it was obvious she was overloaded, but always with beautiful smile Quality of breakfast was great. Good variety, cleanliness and always stocked

I just returned from a 4 night stay, with a room overlooking La Plaza Mayor. ||The hotel staff was quite very and helpful. Rooms are simple, modern and very clean; a little on the small side but the views make up for the size! There's also a small minibar in the room. If you need an umbrella, you can rent one for 10 euro which is returned to you when you bring the umbrella back.||Location is unbeatable if you want to have views from above of the Plaza Mayor!
