Stayed for 4 nights with my wife. Got a great deal in November-December with a jet2 package. Highlights: Really enjoyed the breakfast. Didn't change much but I didn't mind. Hams and cheeses among some other typical continental breakfast choices. Pastries and cake. Great view from the breakfast space. Check in was quick. Lifts to the room. Room itself was fine, very clean. Location is great. It's not walkable to the beach easily but you're so close to the best restaurants in the city, and minutes from the bus station to get just about anywhere. Downside: Separate beds we.couldnt really push together. On the last day we had an issue with the fresh orange juice in the machine. Let's say there was something other than juice in one of our glasses moving :( I hope they consider emptying out the whole thing and giving it a deep clean I suspect either a bad batch or oranges don't get used quick enough.

The location was perfect, near the old city centre, the main bus station and the ocean, all within waking distance. The staff was very friendly and helped us with everything we needed. The place was clean and all the amenities were functional. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was also clean, the provided shower gel and shampoo seemed of better quality comparing it to other hotels. They provided even toothbrush and toothpaste. The wifi was great, we could stream a tv show on our phone, and for entering and leaving the key card was very easy to use.

Nice rooms.but should have a kettle.and tea and coffee in the room. Also I didn't have the vest sleep as the pillow are a little too fat for me. It would be nice to have a choice of pillows. The breakfast was good and the view from the breakfast room stunning. Great location close to the bi's station.

Amazing hotel, fab location and staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are modern and clean. The hotel is directly adjacent from San Telmo bus station which is super convenient when travelling to and from the airport. I would stay here again.

The staff is friendly and very service minded. The room was stylish, clean and well equipped. For us the location was the best close to the old town and the bus station.

Staff were really helpful, we had wifi connection issues which were sorted immediately. We had to move rooms as the front of the hotel is on a very busy road and junction, the back of the hotel is a view without a view ! We paid for a terrace which is actually a small balcony so no chance of sitting outside. The room lacked anywhere to sit comfortably except on the bed. We really missed not having a terrace or roof area ( pool) we should have booked the other Sercotel hotel which has both … lesson to be learnt. All very negative but the hotel is in a great situation for the bus station and the old town which is lovely. Breakfast is great with lovely views from floor 6 but once again from the inside . The beach is a good walk or bus journey. We used buses a lot , they are cheap and reliable. Nite we were shocked how low the balcony’s are, in Portugal from our experience they have to be a certain height , these are not so beware if you are with travelling with children, as adults they felt far too low for safty

We came in the evening. The people at the counter are friendly. The hotel is in a busy area and I can imagine that if you sleep on the streetside it's terrible. We were lucky and slept at the ally. It was quite and nice untill two days before we left in the hotel there was construction going on in the morning. Terrible! The cleaners are friendly and nice people. The room is clean. The bed is huge and we really appreciated that. There is a gym but they need to clean it more often.

This was a very nice and clean hotel. The bed was comfortable and I do love the overhead, rainforest type showers. There was a lady at reception called Maria was especially helpful and my good lady and I were thankful for her time. I would very much consider returning to this hotel if I were making a return trip to Las Palmas.
