Sercotel Parque Las Palmas

A lovely boutique style hotel in an excellent location, close to the bus station and lovely bars and restaurants. Nice stroll up to the old town and cathedral. Everywhere is spotlessly clean. We booked a "superior" room with a small sitting area. The beds are super comfy with 3 pillows of different sizes. The bathroom is spacious with a walk in shower. All staff we encountered were very helpful. If I were ever to return to Las Palmas I would definitely book this hotel again. It is easy to navigate the buses around the island and city itself from the bus station located over the road, less then a 5 minute walk away. The downsides for me were the bar closes at 7 pm and the breakfast buffet, although quite a lot on offer, did not give enough hot dishes (it would be nice to have different types of eggs such as fried, omelettes etc, some sausages and maybe some pancakes) but otherwise is fine for a few days stay. One thing it lacks is a roof top bar which would provide stunning views over the ocean and city. Overall it is a good hotel for a city break and sight seeing but probably not for a holiday if you wished to have a pool and sunbathe.

Lovely hotel. Extremely clean, location was brilliant, and friendly staff. We would highly recommend this hotel for any one looking for a central location to explore Las Palmas. It's right across from the square, and is next to Triana and the Old Town. There are lovely shops and cafes to look in. Locals are very friendly. You can also walk to Catalina and Playa Las Canteras beach in under an hour. It's a straight/flat road all the way to these places, and very easy to walk too. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and would definitely return to this hotel.

I recently stayed at this 3-star hotel, and it truly feels like a 4-star experience. The property is exceptionally clean and well-maintained, and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming from the moment you arrive. The breakfast was surprisingly good, offering a nice variety of fresh options to start the day. Another great advantage is the hotel’s location: it is very close to a main bus station, San Telmo, making it easy to travel across the entire island. This convenience adds a lot of value, especially for visitors who want to explore without renting a car. Overall, this hotel is clean, comfortable, and inviting—an excellent choice for anyone looking for great quality at a reasonable price.

Had a very pleasant stay in the Sercotel Parque. Our 5th floor room was very comfortable and well equipped. Housekeeping staff had ensured that the room was clean on our arrival and throughout our stay. We only had one minor issue. The positioning of the hairdryer in bathroom was better suited to a left-handed person which made it a bit awkward to use. On a positive note the bed was extremely comfortable. The air conditioning was great and lots of bathroom amenities were included as standard. The shower cabinet was also wonderful. The double glazing was effective at masking the traffic noise from the busy road below.

Very good hotel. Very nice and helpful staff. Breakfast was average with limited choice of hot items and cold cuts. There was no Spanish tomato bread. I booked a superior double and requested a quiet room with a view over the Parque if possible. I was given a superior room (512) at the Back of the Hotel underneath the restaurant kitchen. Consequently I had no view and the noise from underneath the kitchen starts at 6am, so no peaceful quiet room. In addition to this the separate lounge/tv room has 1 computer chair and 1 comfortable lounge chair. So there is only 1 comfortable lounge chair to watch TV from in this area. When there are two people in a superior double room , there should be 2 comfortable lounge chairs to view tv. The computer chair is very uncomfortable to sit on for a long period of time. I asked for another lounge chair and was told that management says it is not possible. I was offered the choice of moving rooms, but was only here for 4 nights to visit Las Palmas and so couldn't contemplate wasting time on moving rooms. The fact that management have been inflexible in providing an additional comfortable chair for a few days is unfathomable to me. In all other respects the Hotel is excellent. Good location good transport links. Don't stay in rooms ending in _12 (I.e. 112, 212, 312, 412, 512)

Ideal hotel for access to the old town and bus station for island wide travel. Clean tidy and comfortable room with strong WiFi signal. The breakfast selection is excellent, plenty of fresh fruit, fresh squeezed orange juice, delicious bread and pastries including cake. Scrambled egg, baked beans with peppers and courgettes also available as is Spanish ham, cheese and smoked salmon. We are very glad we picked this hotel for our week in LPA.

Location, room features, breakfast was all very good. Room cleaning was a bit iffy, leftover food in the fridge, floor had tiny shards of glass or hard plastic around (not thoroughly cleaned). Overall a great place for a short stay.

Highly recommend this hotel. Rooms were very clean as were the communal areas. Breakfast was varied and plentiful. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
