Highly recommend this hotel. Rooms were very clean as were the communal areas. Breakfast was varied and plentiful. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Location is superb with many restaurants and bars within walking distance. You can get a busses from across the street that will transport you around the iskand

To be honest the location of the hotel is perfect. You can stay in Palma- old city then if you have a car you can enjoy and go anywhere you want so you can both see both side old city & playas( south of the island) - when it comes to the hotel, of course they are 3 star and it was high then our expectations.. breakfast is not strong but if you want to start to the day with something more than coffee and croissants it is good.. cleanliness and amenities are good for a 3 star hotel, also thank you so much for the lady who works in night shift- she was so kind and helpful.

A hotel in a great central location. Request a room with a balcony so you can enjoy the view of the park. 5 mins walk through the park to Triana where there are lots of shops for shopping if that's your thing. Continue down through Triana to get to the old town of Vegatta. Walk those old cobble stone streets to view the beautiful buildings of this old town. Pop in to the cathedral and take the lift to the top to take some aerial view photos of the city. When you're finished there, you can pop into the Christopher Columbus House to view some nice models of ships and an art exhibition. Back to the hotel now. It's 2 mins from bus station and taxi rank. You are also 5 mins away from the sea front and promenade. The hotel rooms are clean and tidy with an excellent shower. The breakfast is continental and very nice with views of the city. Well recommended to explore Triana and Vegetta.

We stayed at this hotel over the Christmas holidays and really enjoyed our time there. We booked a junior suite on the 7th floor and were very satisfied. The only downside was the noise from the traffic outside. However, it didn’t bother me personally. The hotel is in an excellent location. We came by car, and since the hotel doesn’t have its own parking, we had to look for parking on the surrounding streets, as the garages are really expensive. Breakfast was excellent, and the view from the restaurant is truly beautiful.

It’s our second time staying here. Normally, we wouldn’t stay in a hotel less than 5*, but this hotel’s location is why we returned. |Situated on Las Canteras Beach the views of the city and beach are unique.|Lots to see and do in the local area. Brilliant restaurants and bars alongside shops galore. |The hotel its self has a roof top plunge pool which is manned by a friendly attendant. Rooms are kept clean. |A mini fridge is a bonus but make sure you bring you own coffee as it only is provided for your first day (why hotels penalise those who spend a week is beyond me)..,|Book exchange is available - just ask at reception. |My advice is to boom a room with a balcony and a sea view. |The weather this year was very cloudy (obviously not the hotel’s fault but with being aware of - 24 degrees most of the time but no sunshine)! |We visited the Science Museum on this visit.just €8 PP which escalated perfect way to spend a few hours.

Just enjoying a great stay. Had a superior room on the 4th floor. View not great but reasonably quiet for city centre location. Staff wonderful, the breakfast with a view has been amazing, worth every euro. Only drawback was not kettle in room, but they tell us it is changing, and if you ask they might have one to borrow. We will certainly return.

Shower was dirty, consequently not cleaned.Full of hairs so I changed rooms. However the second room the safe did not work so I changed rooms again Very dissatisfied with my stay as it was annoying and upsetting as so much time was wasted changing rooms, removing clothes etc First time I stayed was fine this time NO NO NO I sent the embarrassing photos to the hotel directly The domestic staff need to be good at their job.

Hotel is ranked as a three star, but don’t be put off. Modern rooms, comfortable surroundings and everything you would get in a 5 star. It’s located close to the walkway by the coast and 5-10 min walk to the old town. The staff are amazing and great at restaurant recommendations.
