Sercotel Puerta de la Catedral

This hotel is excellent. The location is magical; close to the sights but away from the noise of the young people in the area closer to Plaza Mayor. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I could not have been happier with my stay at this hotel.

Great location but can be loud at night. Friday night, there were extremely loud crowds drinking and singing until 1 am. Check in and out was not great. Little dismissive and had me wait while another guest who asked for directions in middle of my check in was helped first. Customer realized that I was there first and suggested that staff finish my check in but the staff said it’s ok and made me wait. Check out staff did not bother to ask how my stay was. Do not recommend for anyone seeking quiet room.

I wish we had stayed here more than one night. The location is right in the historic area. The room was very large and had a big bathroom with a shower and tub. Very good doors to block out the light. A nice full breakfast. No view from the room but all around a great place to stay at a reasonable cost.

Fantastic Hotel in the Heart of the Old Town A great hotel—clean, stylish, and spacious. The rooms are soundproof, ensuring a peaceful stay. Located right in the heart of the old town, everything is within walking distance, surrounded by beautiful historic streets and a great atmosphere. The breakfast selection isn’t huge, but everything offered is of high quality. Parking is available under the hotel for an extra fee, which is convenient. Overall, an excellent stay with a perfect location and great vibe—highly recommended!

A very friendly and welcoming hotel close to the center of Salamanca. It has its own car park that requires advance reservation to be able to save a space. The hotel is very well maintained and the decoration very interesting. Breakfast is complete and well prepared. This hotel is good value for money.

A great hotel in a fabulous location next to Salamanca Cathedral. Very spacious and comfortable room, with nice bathroom and a good TV. Breakfast was good and reasonably priced.

The hotel is in a perfect location for walking around the old city. It is very clean, the staff are wonderful and the buffet breakfast is well worth the price. It’s the best I’ve had by a long way. Parking can be pre booked and they are pet friendly for smaller dogs. The beds are comfortable.
