Sercotel Tudela Bardenas

We have been here the first time on our way to the ferry in Bilbao. The rooms and hotel are very clean. The hotel is in a good location if you prefer to eat outside of the hotel. The staff was very helpful and the secure parking makes this an ideal location for us. We just wish the mattress was a bit more comfortable.

Good place to have sound stay at Tudela. The brakefast is really good. The gym is equipped with limited things but can say its enough for workout. Access to nearby things is in good reach from the hotel.

The hotel is excellent, the people who work there are nice and professional. And the breakfast is great. Strongly revolent this hôte if you are visit ont Tudela.

From start to finish our experience left a lot to desire. ||No parking available and told it was easy to park in the vicinity - after driving around for half an hour eventually found a parking space. ||Told the restaurant was open that evening but when we arrived at the restaurant told it was being used by a private group. Food in the bar was poor and expensive. ||No where to sit and eat with our little dog despite them charging for the dog to stay.||The room was very noisy from outside traffic and people - there appeared to be a gap above the window to the outside !!!|Won’t be returning

Room was clean and also if in direction of a road was completely silent. Services were good. Breakfast is on the average (good side). Medium choice but more than enough for me considering my daily routine. (personally I cannot afford who @ home take a the and on the hotel require a royal breakfast...) . NO more comment to add since I was all day out and back to the hotel just for sleep.

Hotel is OK downstairs, everything looks lovely and modern. Rooms need a revamp though, bathrooms are OK, showers are good etc but the air con is old and full of dust and also noisy. Lots of doors slamming as staff don’t seem to know how to shut doors quietly. There is a bar downstairs called Sixty which was fun. Breakfast was OK, normal array of products, no complaints at all. We weren’t told there was a gym on site otherwise I would have used it. Not sure i’d Stay there again.

This hotel is good. I like it. Friendly, helpful staff. Clean room with a comfortable bed. Great shower in the clean bathroom. The only thing I'm not keen on is the location and that is not the hotel's fault. Tudela isn't exactly San Sebastian or Barcelona but again you can't blame the hotel. Stay here if you are coming to Tudela, you'll like it. The hotel I mean, not Tudela.

This was the first time we had used Sercotel Hotels and we were very impressed. The hotel was well run with friendly, helpful staff and clean, spacious rooms.
