Sercotel Tudela Bardenas

From start to finish our experience left a lot to desire. ||No parking available and told it was easy to park in the vicinity - after driving around for half an hour eventually found a parking space. ||Told the restaurant was open that evening but when we arrived at the restaurant told it was being used by a private group. Food in the bar was poor and expensive. ||No where to sit and eat with our little dog despite them charging for the dog to stay.||The room was very noisy from outside traffic and people - there appeared to be a gap above the window to the outside !!!|Won’t be returning

Good hotel. Spacious, modern and well-equipped room for two. Easy parking in front of the hotel (around the Plaza de toros). Competitive price. Friendly and helpful staff. Would recommend. Please note that the hotel is a 10-minute walk from the city centre, where parking is not easy.

Room was clean and also if in direction of a road was completely silent. Services were good. Breakfast is on the average (good side). Medium choice but more than enough for me considering my daily routine. (personally I cannot afford who @ home take a the and on the hotel require a royal breakfast...) . NO more comment to add since I was all day out and back to the hotel just for sleep.

Good location in quiet area to 10 minutes walking to city center. Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortables rooms, breakfast available but expensive in my opinion (12 € ) Privat and safe carpark in front of hotel by an extra price. No problem to pay by credit card. Good value for money. Interesting option.

We chose it because the photo shows the terrace so we thought it had a bar cafeteria there. But the only facility is a underground bar cafeteria that opens at 7.30. When we went to eat our evening was spoilt by a large unruly group of two families and children running around shouting and screaming .Not the hotels fault. Rooms are spotless and functional and reception very helpful.Not quote what we had hoped for.

This was the first time we had used Sercotel Hotels and we were very impressed. The hotel was well run with friendly, helpful staff and clean, spacious rooms. The walk into the town took about 15 minutes and Tudela was a surprise too - historic, very Spanish, full of families enjoying the evening passegiata

Hotel is OK downstairs, everything looks lovely and modern. Rooms need a revamp though, bathrooms are OK, showers are good etc but the air con is old and full of dust and also noisy. Lots of doors slamming as staff don’t seem to know how to shut doors quietly. There is a bar downstairs called Sixty which was fun. Breakfast was OK, normal array of products, no complaints at all. We weren’t told there was a gym on site otherwise I would have used it. Not sure i’d Stay there again.

This hotel is good. I like it. Friendly, helpful staff. Clean room with a comfortable bed. Great shower in the clean bathroom. The only thing I'm not keen on is the location and that is not the hotel's fault. Tudela isn't exactly San Sebastian or Barcelona but again you can't blame the hotel. Stay here if you are coming to Tudela, you'll like it. The hotel I mean, not Tudela.
