Sercotel Valladolid

have stayed several times. The carpet in the halls and bedroom could do with a clean or replacing. The disabled shower had awful mould below the controls. The staff are pleasant and friendly. Private parking below is good. Dog friendly but did not have our dog this time.

Overall service was very good but our room was too hot and temperature could not be regulated. Ate from the restaurant in the evening but had to sit outside as we had our dog with us. Breakfast was really good and gave us a good start to the day. We used this hotel as an overnight stop off on our drive south and will use it again in the return.

Brilliant stay, fabulous staff, great parking, not far from the motorway and food excellent. Can’t be faulted. Also, in a quiet residential area so walking around feels very safe. ||Great place to stop on way / from Santander and Bilbao. ||Pet friendly another big plus.

Sercotel is an awesome place to stay in with you family and friends. My dogs were also welcome. It’s spot clean and smells so good, the breakfast is excellent, the stuff is helpful and the room is super nice. I recommend, and I’ll come back again for sure.

Hotel was lovely, comfortable. Staff were helpful And friendly. The walk to town is 20-30 min alongside the river. |It was a lovely experience overall. The pool was nice and refreshing on a hot august day. |Valladolid is beautiful city to walk around.

The room is small but could fit our family (two adults and one baby). Our experience could be better but it was awful. The bathroom stinks sewer, the smell comes to the bathroom but the smell took all over. The service and the hotel itself it was very good. The issue was the size and the room smells.

Arrived to be told A/C not working properly. It's barely working at all. In a horrible part of town, no restaurants or cafes around. I've been sat on the terrace for an hour and there's no service. At 8.30pm, there's not a single staff member at the bar or in the restaurant. They charge €20 for your dog to stay but make you sign a document promising that the dog is cleaner, calmer and quieter than any guest here. Dogs aren't allowed alone in the room but must be muzzled if they join you in the restaurant! Fortunately the staff haven't been enforcing rules. When you do get a staff member, they're lovely. But nothing else good to say about this place
