Pros: comfortable rooms and beds. Great room service and amenities for the kids. Mini fridge in room. Pool and kids play area next to restaurant. Location has plenty of free parking. Close enough to walk to most of the city. Cons: Next to a busy road so unable to have the window open at night. Stained bed linen but not dirty. Shower drain smells of sewage some times. The room smells of smoke but improved after opening the window. Overall it was a pleasant stay and I would not hesitate to book again as it had everything we need for a family stay.

The room was nice and comfortable and the bathroom was clean. The food was average - we ate in twice and it was pricey for what you get. We did not have breakfast in the hotel. again pricey at 14euros pp. We crossed the near by footbridge over the river and had brunch at El Corta Inglais. The swimming pool was small and crowded and looked a bit misty. On one day it was closed for cleaning. THere is an excellent outdoor pool in the town, again just over the footbridge, which was larger and very reasonably priced. The mini bar in the hotel room was reasonably priced.

Would not recommend this hotel. The aircondition didn’t work in our room so we asked at the reception and they mentioned that it will not work for weeks because they are changing the pipes. The whole hotel did not have AC. Mind you: we are at 35 degrees everyday. We spent most of our time outside but every time we entered the room we had to quickly grab our things and leave the room because it was simply too warm, let alone sleeping at night. So, maybe they couldn’t have done something about the AC but they did not give us the impression they cared at all, they didn’t even apologize.

The rooms are really comfortable, with clean and nice bedding, spacious bathrooms and a lot of nice small hotel commodities such as combs, toothbrushes and shower caps as well as shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. What we didn’t like was the fact that the ac was not working while we were there, so even in October the room was pretty hot and stuffy. Another problem was the isolation of the room - we thought the window was open, because we could very clearly hear the cars on the road and the people talking and smoking under our window. Another not nice thing was the fact I found hair in the bathtub, which was neither mine nor my partner’s. We had both a shower booth and a bathtub. The shower head in the shower booth was really strange, the water was either too cold or too hot so it was unusable. Other than that the hotel is nice. The location is fine as it is close to a few bus stations and the city stadium. There is a cafe and a Mc Donald’s nearby.

Good location with easy parking. Very quiet. But a fairly long walk to the city centre. Room poorly laid out with poor access to the bathroom. And very dusty under the bed. Looks like the bed is never moved to vacuum underneath the bed. We asked at reception if this could be cleaned and a half-baked attempt was made. The flooring is ghastly with stained "carpets" with a cigarette burn in despite it being non-smoking. The breakfast that we included was good.

Loved this hotel. Clean, comfortable beds, lovely bathrooms. The food was really good and so much choice for breakfast also. Very well kept hotel. The staff were so friendly and caring. I stupidly walked into a glass pane one night (no alcohol involved) 🫣🤣 as soon as I did it, my cheekbone and eye ballooned like an egg. I had ordered dinner so went back in and the waitress and waiter were very kind and got me an ice pack. Would highly recommend this hotel ❤️ Very pet friendly hotel, as were the staff to our 2 dogs, thank you ❤️👌

Perfect for an overnight stop, the room was large, great aircon and a large bathroom. Staff pleasant and helpful. We ate dinner which was ok, my husband had a very good steak but lacking seasoning and in our opinion a sauce or garlic butter plus a vegetable or salad would've been welcome. However the Rioja was superb. Very good value for the room.

The Hotel facilities are good. During my stay there i feel sick and asked to the restaurant staff if was possible to change my included breakfast fee by some slow food at the dinner time. The first answer was no. After explain it to the reception and talk with the Hotel Director they accept it.
