Chichi Garden

Randomly found the class they taught. Greeted by the artist at the entrance! Lead by a few of the artists. Such a great experience. Would highly recommend. Tuesdays and Saturdays, no reservations

We came across this accidentally and learned the interesting backstory of the Chichi (explained by signs). You can see a workshop area and there is a shop.

Our only regret was not knowing about this place sooner so we could have joined a workshop! This place is so beautiful and we love what Chichi stands for. We spent about an hour exploring the grounds and then of course.. we shopped for our own Chichi. Loved the goats! Highly recommend! It was a highlight of our week in Curacao! What a wonderful way to spend a morning. Learning about the art pieces you see around Curaçao, then learning the history and how they’re made. And.. best of all, paint your own Chichi. The experience here is well organized. Staff are amazing and helpful- with lots of tips for those who may need a little help with the paint brush. All in all, we had an amazing visit and experience at Serena’s. 🌟 Highly recommended

We did a workshop at Serena's Art Factory. The staff is wonderful, friendly, and informative on the history of the chi chi and on painting them. We highly recommend this activity. My 21 year old son, who is autistic, painted a cat in the style of an anime that he enjoys. Because of his autism, his hands shake and he had a hard time with straight lines. Serena helped straighten his lines. I cannot stress how impressed I am with how sweet and empathetic Serena was with my son. They had a nice conversation and he was thrilled for her help. She is an amazing person and her staff and workshop were the highlight of our vacation.

We went to the workshop. And it was a fun experience, I'm not a very artistic person but I managed to paint a lovely looking Chichi. 😊 The guides are friendly and they give you tips on how to paint. They also gave a tour of how the chichis are made. Definitely would recommend trying it out the workshop.
