Serena & Lily Atlanta

I truly cannot say enough good things about Serena & Lily in Atlanta. First off, they have the absolute nicest staff - attentive, but low pressure to buy, very knowledgable on the products, and a great eye for design - plus, the shop is just beautiful. Brizhanna Blair helped us completely decorate our condo and she is truly amazing to work with - like another reviewer said, run don't walk to go see her! Bri is truly a gem at what she does (and she is so much fun to work with too) - I cannot say enough good things about her. Serena & Lily uses a 3rd party vendor (as many do) for their deliveries and we unfortunately had a little trouble with a couple of deliveries. We live in a small college town so I'm not too surprised they only come here a few times a month. Angie Merino and Brenda Magyar (Atlanta Shop Manager) helped us while Bri was out and we truly could not have been in better hands. Errors always occur, but since we ordered directly through the shop, we didn't have to jump through any hoops to get things redelivered or fixed. I HIGHLY recommend the Atlanta shop! It is so worth the drive! We are so in love with all of our new S&L pieces. Serena & Lily has made our home beautiful and functional and we truly could not have done it without Bri, Angie & Brenda! We'll be back soon!

Buyer beware! This is how my $5,000 sofa arrived. Looks like it’s been used for 10+ years and the cushions were stuffed with some poly fill bought from a craft store. I’ve tried to get a refund and failed. The sofa also arrived with the seat height 2.5” taller than the description (among other issues) and looks so awkwardly tall with my furniture. An IKEA sofa would have been a much better quality purchase and would have cost 90% less. Not to mention it’s surprisingly uncomfortable.

William was exceptional to work with from start to finish. He didn’t let details fall through the cracks and approached every challenge, especially the tricky layouts, with thoughtfulness. He worked with the exact sense of urgency we needed. William was quick to bring fresh ideas and creative solutions that moved the project forward. His professionalism, problem-solving, and follow-through were really appreciated!

I do not recommend purchasing from Serena and Lily. I bought a sectional from them over the summer. When it was delivered in early September it was missing 1/3 of its cushions. That was nearly 2 months ago and I’m still missing the cushions. I’ve called and emailed their support team to ask them to send replacement cushions. I’ve even escalated this to a manager, and I’m still missing the cushions and stuck with a large, expensive, nonfunctional piece of furniture. I’m sad to say it’s been the worst customer experience I’ve ever had with a brand. I love their design and aesthetic, but I would think twice before ordering from this brand and design shop.

I found a picture of a powder room with Serena and Lily wallpaper and accessories. It was my inspiration pic. Erin Single, one of the designers answered my written request for help. I visited the store Sunday, and Erin patiently helped me explore options after seeing the pictures of my powder room. She was able to discuss pros and cons of different wallpaper choices, and then provided guidance with matching paint colors, artwork, rugs and light fixtures. It was a wonderful and easy experience, with no pressure. Excited to get everything I ordered. Highly recommend working with Erin!

Upon arriving in the Atlanta Metro area, we searched for high-quality furniture and accessories that were comfortable and refined. We have found over and over and over again exactly what we need (and want) from the knowledgable and friendly design team led by Janis at the Serena & Lily Atlanta Design Shop. Stacy has been our go-to interior design guru who has helped us transform nearly every room in our house into a beautiful home. The store is open to the public and from personal experience all are warmly welcomed by the team. If you admire a refined coastal-inspired interior design aesthetic like we do, visit Serena & Lily's well-appointed Atlanta Design Shop in Westside Provision District. Seriously. It's worth the trip!

If you are looking to turn your design dreams into reality, no one surpasses Lori. She created the most beautiful and elegant living room ensemble that has received so many compliments. My husband and I are more than thrilled with the end result. She is personable and friendly and took the time to listen to what we were trying to achieve. And she has an eye for details suggesting pillows for the sofa which dressed it with flair. She is a consummate designer and an absolute joy to work with. I wish I could give her 10 stars. This is a beautiful store with great aesthetic. The first time I came here, I was barely greeted, no one really made an effort to help me out. I wandered around for awhile and then finally asked someone for some help. Once she showed where to find what I was looking for, she left me alone and never checked on me again. Another lady showed up, and they jumped to help her when she came in. I walked out. Unfortunately, I had a large gift card I wanted to use that could only be used in store. I went home and shopped online to find what I wanted. When I came back the 2nd time, I was treated differently by a different sales rep. I was greeted, offered help, etc. I was able to make my purchase and move on, but that first interaction definitely put a sour taste in my mouth, and can't say I'll be back.

I had the best experience at Serena & Lily's Atlanta store and really appreciated the time the associates spent with me. I hadn't heard of the brand until I was doing an online search for new bedding. After ordering some free swatches of fabric, I was still confused and made a design appointment for the same day. Walking in the store is like a breath of fresh air. I was greeted immediately by Christina and mentioned I made an appointment. Jo, one of the associates, came over and said she was just looking over my photos to select some swatches to show me. Jo asked me lots of questions to get to know my style and then spent at least two hours with me selecting bedding and trying different accent pillows. I'm normally a frugal spender, but I absolutely loved the experience of working with a designer and then selecting quality bedding that is ethically sourced on top of being so elegant. Jo wanted to make sure I was 100% satisfied, and Christina made sure I received my military discount during the checkout process. My bedding was shipped fast and now my bedroom is a peaceful retreat that makes me feel like I can unwind after a busy day. For me, it was definitely worth the price even though I initially cringed seeing the total cost! I will be enjoying my new bedding for years to come. One thing to note is that you must have the ParkMobile app and visit the store first to get the code for free parking.

Beautiful store! I have shopped Serena & Lily catalog for bedding and bath. I have been very pleased with every order, but have never ordered furniture in fear of quality and comfort. I was in Atlanta and decided to take the time to go to the store and check out their furniture. I loved everything I saw!! Beautiful fabrics, great quality furniture, and very comfortable!! I also got to know the extremely nice associates and managers. I will be contacting them when I need furniture and other furnishings. I would not be afraid to order anything from their catalog.

I have so many pieces from them in my home, love the esthetic! I was a consistent customer here since it opened. There was a great store Mgr. ( male) was so welcoming, great follow up with my orders. Normally don't write reviews, but the Co. Should know of my terrible experience. I was choosing two area rugs (8x10's), was ready to purchase, give them my info., c.card. All of a sudden, the woman, who sat on her stool the whole time (said her was name was Janis) said "Oh, I'll be right back!" Greeted someone at the door, never came back to take my order! Was it because I have brown skin, the lady at the door was Caucasian? It sure felt that way. Corporate needs to retrain this employee. Terrible....

Pretty disappointed. I made an appointment because I purchased a custom bed (Kelly green like what was on display the summer of 2021) which finally arrived. I get there and nobody pulls up my file or asks me how they can help . I had uploaded pictures of my master and was looking for some guidance on bedding, wall color, etc. Why did you waste my time? Why is it that some designer walks in and your helping this person and not checking on the customer that had the appointment looking to continue to purchase Serena & Lilly products. And nobody has circled back with a follow up email or call. As one of the previous reviewers mentioned: you are a snobby bunch.

I am thrilled with my experience working with the design team at Serena & Lily! When investing in pieces for my home, it gave me such peace of mind to work with experts to ensure I picked the right pieces for the space. Stacy was so patient, thorough and kind, and took the time to understand my style and budget to select pieces that were perfect for our family and lifestyle. She got back to me quickly and made the process so collaborative and fun. I loved working with her and can't wait to start on our next project together! Thank you, Stacy!

I had such a great experience shopping here, specifically with Drew. He is so knowledgeable, friendly and is so easy to work with. My husband and I had constant changes to our design and disagreements on rug choices, but Drew was a steady voice and listened to our taste and could offer different design options quickly which made the process smooth. E mail communication has been great as well. We placed our order today and I'm just thrilled. Looking forward to receiving my shipments. Such beautiful quality.

I love that the staff is being COVID friendly. Associates in the store were extremely helpful and really wanted to help me find what I was looking for. The designs I received could not have been more perfect. Will be back soon!!

We worked with an in-house designer, Stacy Milburn, and she was great. She designed our daughter's bedroom remotely and we are very pleased with the finished product. I'm a real nudge for quality and the Serena and Lily furniture is some of the best made furniture we have found on the market--it's worth the premium. We did have some shipping issues, but our designer, Stacy, jumped in and corrected the issues promptly. My suggestion is to make sure that you work with an in-house designed when making a significant purchase to help you navigate the organization in the event of a problem. I also think the shipping challenges are due to an extended supply chain that reaches deep into Asia. I'd like to see more of the case goods made in America--it would help with the shipping issues.

I was looking to buy a classic white duvet. Called and was told they were done with design appointments for the day. I said I just wanted a white duvet cover - could I come in and she said yes. So I left work, drove down and was told that they were done and could not let me in as they were cleaning up for the day. It's 540 and you close at 6 and you can't let me buy a duvet? Happy to take my business elsewhere. I love your style, and have purchased from here before, but will not continue to support a business as unhelpful and snooty as this. If you own this store, your employees are costing you money.

Lovely designs. Customer service is top notch. Glad I found this store. The merchandise is top quality.

We ordered a side table from here in March, they promised it would arrive early May. No communication from the company for 2 months, we called in early May, and they said it would be the end of May because they are consolidating warehouses. We did not hear any updates for 3 weeks, and when we just called back, they said it would be delivered end of June. They still told us they could not update us regularly if this delivery date changes. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU ARE OK RECEIVING YOUR FURTNITURE 4+ MONTHS LATER.

I attended the grand opening and this store is very expensive. They gave out $100 same day coupons to use for the first 50 people in line. They sell furniture, bedding and home decor. The staff was great in assisting customers. They did not have cash registers to check out customers they had iPads so the wait to check out was very long.

Purchased $5k worth of furniture including a living room chair. The chair had two options for fabric on the Cushing and Inwas told it couldn't be costumed. The store in Atlanta didn't have this specific chair so I had to buy without ever seen it live. I questioned about return policies and was told it could be returned within 30 days of arrival. I questioned about the delivery fee for returning and was told that as long as I kept the box they would print a return label at the store for me to pick it up and I would be able to ship the item back. When the chair arrived the color does not look like the website so I decided to return. The store said I couldn't return the cushion because it was customer and I had to pay for white glove service of $200 for the delivery(restocking fee). I questioned and they said that nothing could be done for me. The sad part is that I love the store and was planing on keep shopping there for the rest of my house since we are going for the costal style that they do. This review is still 4 stars because I went back to the store in person and spoke with the manager and sales person and they apologized and gave me full refund for chair and cushion, plus they allowed me to send the items back with Fedex service without the $200 white glove fee that I never requested. Overall the costumer service was good.
