My experience at Serena Beach Resort & Spa was truly wonderful. The staff were extremely warm, welcoming, and always ready to assist, which made the stay feel very personal and comfortable, Romano, Cecilia and Peter just to name a few. The food was fresh and delicious, with a wide variety that catered to different tastes. The environment itself was serene and beautifully maintained, with the gardens and beach creating a calm and relaxing atmosphere. What impressed me most was their thoughtfulness and flexibility after our official check-out time, they graciously gave us extra hours, allowing us to enjoy the resort a little longer without feeling rushed. The hotel has been beautifully preserved in its original architecture, without the distortion of excessive renovations or obstructive additional buildings. It may not be the coziest of the beach row properties, but it offers a classic, conservative charm that appeals to those who value heritage and authenticity.|The experience is serene and unhurried: taking a plunge in the pool, strolling through the not-so-crowded gardens shaded by coconut palms, or simply relaxing in the calm atmosphere. The variety of meals on offer is impressive, with real culinary delights that cater to different tastes. The resort also boasts one of the longest beach fronts in the area, where you can soak up the sun, enjoy a swim along the sandy white shoreline, and watch the ocean at your leisure.

What stood out most for me was your generosity and hospitality after our check-out time. You allowed us extra hours to enjoy the resort facilities while our laggages stayed in the rooms. This made our stay even more memorable and comfortable. That thoughtful gesture truly reflected the quality of your service.

Albert on the was absolutely amazing! He created a custom mocktail just for me, and it tasted incredible—perfectly balanced, refreshing, and full of flavor. What made the experience even better was Albert’s positive attitude and genuine hospitality. He was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was just right without ever being pushy.||It’s rare to find someone who combines creativity with such great service, but Albert nailed it. If you’re looking for an unforgettable drink and a welcoming experience, definitely ask for Albert—you won’t be disappointed!

I had an amazing stay at Serena Beach Resort & Spa. From the moment I arrived, everything was perfect – the warm welcome, the beautiful surroundings, and the excellent service throughout. Romano was extremely attentive and professional, Cecilia made me feel truly cared for, Zawadi was warm and welcoming, and Mike went out of his way to ensure I had everything I needed. Their teamwork and dedication made my stay exceptional.||Serena Beach truly sets the standard for luxury and comfort in Mombasa. I have liked the stay here in Serena hotel,,,everything is just amazing I love it, job well done,the staff very friendly the food is very very delicious and finger licking. The dining tables are arranged soo well the rooms and washroom are very clean,special appreciation to Mr Romano, Miss Cecilia all the chefs and guest attendants for their good service.My family and I really appreciate you and thanks so much for we have had some extra hours in the resort on our departure day and may the good Lord open business doors for you people.
