Serena Inn Extended Stay in Kissimmee

This is a horrible place to stay! People actually live there with dogs barking, signs on doors saying “beware of ferocious dogs”, an old man on a wheelchair was living in the room next to us smoking outside all day and inside his room at night! The smoke smell would come in to our room! We left with terrible allergies. The furniture is old and worn out, cockroaches, old fridge, no hangers…etc. Please do not stay here!

I highly recommend you stay as far away as possible to this place, they have bed bugs, and roaches and the staff are just pure ignorant. However this is a long term hotel. If your looking for a place. But the facilities are gross and they are not clean. They will also steal your money if you let them. Do yourself a favor and stay away.

I stayed here and the staff was really nice and helpful. When we get a hurricane I will definitely book a room on the second floor for a night or 2. It's affordable and hurricane safe.

This place is literally a homeless shelter charging apartment prices. The county needs to shut it down. They have cockroaches, bed bugs, the rooms smell musty probably black mold. Stay away from here!!!

It was an awesome experience to stay at this motel for a month. The hotel suit is neat and clean, with all necessary equipment. The place is situated just 6 miles away from Disney Park. I love this place because of the calmness, crystal swimming pool, and lovely environment. Though I visited for business purposes, it is also ideal for families and couples with children. Since it was my first visit, I will definitely return again.

If you are there for one night you will live in luxury, compared to the extended stay rooms. Definitely overcharge for their rooms and lack of accommodations.A majority of these rooms are infested with German cockroaches.

My experience at The Serena Inn is a pleasurable one. The staff is great. The front desk staff is very kind, courteous, and respectful. Maintenance tackles problems right away. My wife and I are extended stay residents. We have been here a total of 5 months. No problems at all.

This place is Family & pet friendly. The lady's in the office are very professional & caring. Actually all the staff are great. They are always on site for your needs or questions. There are lots of places within walking distance. If you are coming to the parks this is a place to stay.
