I was in true shock with how bad this place was. Booking.com had the reviews set as good and when reading the reviews, it seemed good as well. At arrival, I was given a room and when I entered… the room was full of some women’s stuff. She was not there and that gave me a really eerie feeling. Alerted staff- got put in room 229. Yall, the roaches was swarming. I had to get online to work so I didn’t immediately leave. The room was not clean.. like dead roach bodies on the towels. The roaches were so bad that I tried eating lunch at the little table in the room and roaches started coming out of nowhere towards me. It was scary forreal! Then, this is not including the sketchiness of the people staying there.. how the doors look like they have been kicked in many times. I felt unsafe, dirty, and it was giving me low vibrations. Luckily, booking contacted the front desk and the hotel agreed to refund me my money, plus let me stay there that day for free to find somewhere else to go. I always want to say something positive because everything is always all bad. The staff was super nice. Especially the older man who was working that night. He seemed very caring but he also seemed almost worried about me which in return made me wonder if I was safe?

I recently stayed at Serena INN for a short business trip and was very impressed with the experience. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable — just what I needed after long work days. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, and check-in was quick and smooth. Wi-Fi was reliable, and there was a good desk space for working, which I really appreciated. It’s a great place if you’re looking for a calm, professional environment with good service. I’d definitely consider staying here again next time I’m in town.

What a wonderful experience at Serena the staff Cecelia greeted me with a smile and cheerful demeanor. It was easy to set up and book the rooms on top of it being conveniently located next to universal and Disney. The place was super clean and every thing worked as expected with wifi. It was a peaceful sleep, no outside sound disturbing rest

Not bad. The rooms are clean. The front desk people that work in the morning are nice, but at night...??? Located in an awkward area but it will work if you are visiting.

Bad air in the room got sick and dizzy very bad hotel don’t recommend you staying here this hotel needs to be shut down housekeeping only came when they wanted too one of the housekeepers wasn’t very polite! Stay away from this place it’s bad news!! dirty rooms they need to fix it!!! and very bad dust in the room too I have asthma I couldn’t hardly stop coughing again I recommend you don’t stay here it’s downhill they don’t take care of the pool too

My bf and I stayed there last night. We were bite by bed bugs. And there was rust on the toilet paper roll. The office wasn't very pleasant intact they were extremely rude. I don't appreciate that especially considering i was hospitalized

We been here for two weeks now we have not had one problem staff very friendly WiFi is excellent no roaches or bed bugs very clean we will stay untill we find a great apartment with a reasonable rent thank you Serena inn team

If you value your life or your families do not stay here! It is very unsafe and unfortunately all the manager cares about is getting his money. Myself, like many other families in Florida got stuck in the motel life due to how hard it is to get in houses or apartments in the area. I lived here for quite a while. my AC had been broken for at least a month and a half. the office knew this and would give us stained towels to help at night if the buckets had overflowed while we were sleeping ;that were used to collect water underneath the AC unit until the manager was able to get some new AC units. By the GRACE OF GOD my children, husband and I went away overnight. While we were gone the unit caught fire. Also; some of my childrens toys,electronics, my sons playpen, and a few other things due to water damage, had to be thrown away. they are material things! Our lives can not be replaced! The location, and rate might seem like a good idea but i promise its not worth it! There are plenty of better motels right next door for alittle more. Be safe and do your research ! The manager ( known as Kumar but better known as his actual name Sundeep) had nothing to say to anyone in my family as we cried in disbelief to how our little trip ended that morning. No compassion, or kind words at all as he took his pictures for his insurance. Not even later than afternoon when he attempted to get me to take the blame for his neglagence . I always paid my rent and left with a zero balance so please dont think this is a salty guest who wasnt paying and just has it out for the manager. Im trying to make sure this doesn't happen to anyone else. Sadly the housekeeping and other office staff are very kind and good at what they do. They are what makes the motel a more pleasant environment but they are treated very badly by Sundeep and I pray they all find a work environment that gives them what they deserve. Hope by looking at the pictures you are able to see how much worse this could have ended for my family and you dont give this horrible manager anymore money than hes already recieving. He goes to his home which has a theatre room,with themed rooms, and drives around in his numerous Mercedes vehicles and doesn't care how he treats the families that help him pay for these things. Shame on you!! He has ads on craigslist that state" free HBO and highspeed internet" theres never been HBO nor is the wifi anywhere near relaint or highspeed! Hope this helps and saves many from learning the hard way

Cero Start - Cheap $250 frist week and $360 second week, they have a coin laundry room, pool, a king size bed, table, two chairs, mini fridge and microwave, you can find bedbugs and roches, housekeeping sucks they don't clean not even the bathroom they only gave you toiletries and that's all. If you want to stay there it's better that you bring your own sheets, some bug spray and cleaning items if you want to clean a bit before sleeping.

I like to travel a lot , I usually stay in budget hotel if I am traveling alone . I have tried hundreds of budget hotel all around the world . But this hotel is the number ONE WINNER of the MOST DIRTIEST hotel in the world . Cockroaches every where inside & outside the rooms . The A/C filter is full with dust , it seems that the last time it was cleaned before 10 yrs. I don't recommend it to any one , don't be fooled by the price . ZERO ZERO star . This is a shame for the city of Orlando to called a hotel . I will personally try to find the health control authority in this area to submit an official complaint about this place . Zero stars! (Can't post with out a star review) On March 11, 2015 this place sold us a standard room 1 king bed for March 14, 2015 and then the day of called us and told us they had none available. It was the first day of spring break and all hotels were sold out so our choice was 2 double beds or our car. They even refused to refund us because our cancelation deadline was March 13, but we weren't even notified until 2:56 pm on March 14. When we finally checked in around 6:00pm, after a long day of competition, they only had two rooms available. They put us in a nasty room with 1 queen bed. The sheets were thin, the floor was stained and disgusting. They had taken out one of the two beds that used to be in the room. It had been heavily deodorized and still smelled bad. But we weren't sleeping in our car. Never been so happy to leave a place.

Serena Inn, Orlando, FL Service: the "employees" were not able to fix the many problems that occurred during my very brief stay. All the employees were neck, hill or swamp, likely without college degrees. "Fixing" the shower was very hard for them, breaking the faucet and causing the bath tub to overflow. Also, when we first arrived, the curtain hanger was missing, since the room was "newly" renovated. Overall, 1 star. We arrived at 6 and left 2 hours later, at 8. The employees were in there for about an hour. Also, the WiFi was very slow and disconnected every 3 minutes. I recommend NOT to come here ever, even with the cheap price

There was roaches in the microwave one on the door and in the bed smelt horrible there are many other places with better rates. Plus there was for sure tweekers outside at night kids running around no parents never again.

Clean room , no roaches,pet and children friendly,clean pool,wifi and offers a $ 840 a month rate ,taxes included.It's not the hilton ,but it's a nice place to stay if you don't have a lot to spend on rent. Well lit and safe place for kids to play in the evening.No drug dealing or girls knocking on your door , publix across st. ,walmart half mile away ,Disney 5 miles away .

I agree about the zero stars. This place is full of mold and roaches. They have a no refund policy so you get stuck or lose your money. They have a bed bug problem. The rugs are stained and smell. I would suggest any other motel. Dont go here

Travelers in autos be careful out there in the hot summer months. Don't drive to exhaustion. If you're going somewhere and the usual place is booked, do get a room. BUT FIRST, ask to see if the AC is cool enough to sleep. Stayed at Serena Inn, in Clermont, FL last night. Crashed around midnight with dial on AC cranked over to max. Woke up at 3AM roasting. Called to get another room. They couldn't help me. Had to leave at 5AM. At least I got 3 hours shuteye. Enough to drive home safely. Be careful out there! Remember, the dial is nice but THEY actually have control of the thermostat, maintenance, etc.

We travel almost once a month and we try to stay at budget hotels. This hotel is elegant for economy hotel. I did not had any problem and wifi was blazing fast. We booked out park tickets through hotel recommend agent and it was a cheaper price.

I was relocating to Orlando and was traveling with my dog. I chose this hotel because it was inexpensive and they took large dogs with a minimal deposit. When I arrive, the first room that they were going to put me in wasn't cleaned, so they had to choose another room. The second room was better, but I didn't feel it was clean enough for me to feel at rest. It wreaked of urine near the beds and the carpet had not been cleaned for some time. I had my things in the moving truck and finding another place on short notice was not feasible. before i moved my things in, I went to the front desk to get extra sheets. The sheets were all balled up, so I didn't know if they were clean or not, and some were burned from cigarettes. Apparently, that is their way of folding the linen. I ended up vacuuming and steam cleaning the carpets myself with my personal equipment . Next I used their linen to provide an extra layer before dressing the bed with my own personal linen. I had to give the counters, floors, sink and bathroom a thorough Clorox cleaning before I felt comfortable enough to sit, let alone sleep in the room. The seals on the door needed fixing, so bug/roaches from outside or wherever, would find their way in, so I gave the room a thorough spraying. I repeated the spraying process every two days just to ensure that me and my dog were the only things moving about. If the hotel put more effort into cleaning AND maintaining the quality level of the room, it wouldn't be a bad place to stay when passing through. The staff were very nice to me, so I can't complain in that regard. Again, not my first choice at all for hotel living, but it was affordable for me at the time and they accepted pet. I am sure I left the room in better condition that I received it, that is for sure. I would never tell anyone that I stayed here out of sure embarrassment.

DON'T GO THERE!! If you have any self respect for yourself or family, serena inn is not an option. My husband and I needed a place for the night and most hotels were booked up because of the race car event that weekend. This place was the only place affordable with vacancies. The amount of roaches that infested our room was disgusting! They were everywhere! I began to take photos and video to show management. My husband and I couldnt stay there and they provided no refund or room change.i was so disgusted i wanted nothing grom them but i couldnt leave without bringing this to the owners attention. He acted as if it was the first time he had ever heard about roaches until i showed him reviews dated back to 2013 about infestation of roaches. I also showed pictures and video we had taken shortly before leaving. I would not recommend anyone stay here for any reason. I have stayed in 2 star hotels/ motels before but this was a health hazard.
