We had a truly amazing balloon ride experience, seeing the breathtaking views of the Serengeti from above. We were able to spot numerous animals during the flight and felt completely safe with our pilot, who was not only highly experienced but also spoke three languages proficiently. His professionalism was outstanding throughout the entire experience. The balloon ride was followed by a beautiful breakfast in the bush, which was absolutely stunning. The food was amazing and perfectly complemented the incredible setting. The staff and everyone involved made this experience truly memorable for us. An unforgettable way to see the Serengeti from a completely different perspective. Highly recommended!

WORTH EVERY PENNY!!! When I started planning my trip to Serengeti National Park I knew a balloon safari was a non negotiable, and this company did not disappoint. Not only were the staff BEYOND kind and accommodating (shoutout Capt. Mohamed Masudi, he is AMAZING!!!), but the views were breathtaking. I was not expecting to have such a high end, luxurious experience. The english breakfast is unmatched, and the champagne was perfect. I am not going to lie, I am a broke college student from America who came to Africa on a volunteering trip, but I would 100% pay for this experience again. So so so worth it.

A bucket list item - wow! It’s not cheap but for us it was worth every penny (part of the ticket price also goes towards the Park conservation). A top tier luxury experience, from the car that collected us to the pre-flight ginger tea and coffee to the post-flight champagne and bush breakfast. We felt very safe the entire time (even my mum who is super scared of heights). Our pilot, Abeid Soka, was amazing - they are real pros here! We were lucky to see hundreds of hippos and also elephants, hyenas and zebras. I wouldn’t hesitate to book this again.

This balloon safari was one of the highlights of our trip to Tanzania! They did such a great job accommodating our large family of 12 which included multiple young kids (our youngest was 6)! Many of our kids said that the balloon safari over the Serengeti was one of the highlights of their lives in terms of experiences they have had. We had such a wonderful time viewing the Serengeti from the air and it gives such a different perspective. On our hour long flight we got to see four lions, three cheetahs, multiple herds of cape buffalo, gazelles, a herd of elephants, secretary birds, giraffes, eland and so much beautiful scenery. Our flight was piloted by Captain Muhammed who was the first Tanzanian trained hot air balloon pilot and he did an amazing job catching the wind currants and pointing out wildlife. To top it off, we were greeted with champagne (and juice for the kids) when we landed and then picked up by jeeps and ushered to a wonderful English breakfast out in the bush! Amazing! The service and quality is well worth the price!

Our experience with the Serengeti balloon safari was extraordinary from start to finish. Paul, our pilot, was fantastic—calm, professional, and made us feel completely safe throughout the flight. The post-flight breakfast in the middle of nowhere was nothing short of magical, with breathtaking views and even a toilet with a view! And the champagne flowed generously, making it a truly unforgettable adventure. The day before, a representative came to see us, personally delivered the tickets, and explained everything clearly, which really put us at ease. We were staying in a very remote lodge, yet they picked us up as promised, and everything was perfectly organized, just as they had explained the day before. What also made the experience special is knowing that a portion of the ticket price goes directly towards the conservation of the Serengeti. This not only justifies the price but makes it all the more worthwhile, knowing we're contributing to the protection of this incredible landscape. Highly recommended!

I can’t recommend this experience enough! Our captain was amazing. He knew exactly what he was doing and was top-notch at flying. He was super knowledgeable and helpful too. Everything was well-organized and safe, and we even got to see most of the animals from above. It was an incredible experience!

I had the best experience with Serengeti Balloon Safaris! From the moment we arrived, the team made us feel very welcome. They explained everything clearly and made sure we were comfortable and safe. Everyone was so kind, friendly, and professional. The balloon ride itself was amazing! Watching the sunrise from the sky over the Serengeti was one of the most beautiful things I’ve ever seen. The pilot was very skilled and told us interesting facts during the flight. After we landed, we were treated to a lovely breakfast in the bush with champagne. The setting was beautiful, and the food was delicious. It was a perfect way to end the morning. This was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience that I will never forget.
