In short, the vibes in this place were like in Ubud but in the strategic location in Canggu. They have various wellness programs such as Yoga classes, Meditation and Sound Healing sessions, also they have a spa inside so you dont need to go anywhere else to book a massage session. You can also rent a motorbike or a bike at a reasonable price/ day. Breakfast is included for guests, with a variety of healthy and of course, Vegan-friendly. It is indeed eco-friendly hostel with friendly crews and guests. Just a few minutes walking to Nelayan Beach then to the Canggu Beach on the right side.

Lovely place to catch some reprieve in the hustle and bustle of Canggu, great eco/spiritually-conscious community visit this place. Stayed here for 3 weeks while I completed a training course. Food at the vegan restaurant is delicious and relatively cheap, staff are friendly, pool and spa (for massage, etc) out the back are high quality and of course super convenient. ||There are a few resident dogs that are very sweet but be weary the older ones don't take very kindly to being pet by visitors! ||I didn't take advantage of the yoga classes but they're are on offer and you can use the shalas (there are 3) for your own personal practice as long as there isn't a class on, which is awesome.

Loved our stay here. Couldn’t fault it. Our room was spacious and clean and had A/C. Unique breakfast. Lovely staff. We especially LOVED our daily massage! All the ladies were amazing!! Fantastic pressure and just so good at what they do. Thank you!!!

A perfect location with friendly staff, fantastic activities - but the room let down the stay Pros - The location is perfect right near the beach and the shops. The staff are so lovely and kind and welcoming. The activities they have each nice are brilliant and this for me was the best part of staying here. You can do yoga, palm reading, painting, sound therapy, organised trips even. The vegan food on the menu tasted good, and was reasonably priced. There’s a real peaceful and friendly community here and the cafe is set up in a way to encourage you to sit with others and talk. I loved the beautiful garden and all the interesting signs. The decor is great and there’s always something to look at. They really have guests and activities in mind and you can see that with all the opportunities you get. Cons - the (private) room was not good. I am happy with basic accommodation and had expected that but the issue is that it didn’t feel very clean. It used to be a kitchen but it still completely looked and felt just that - like an old kitchen. It was damp and there was no window in the bathroom or air filter and also it was a fire door so the air was super mouldy in there I actually developed a really bad cough and had to go to the doctors. Maybe if you are staying in a big dorm you will be fine! I didn’t love the breakfast buffet. I was always still hungry afterwards because it was usually only fruit (dragon fruit, melon) or some kind of cabbage/carrot salad and then the bread was gf. It’s really old school vegan food with an emphasis on raw / gf food. It would have been nice to have more carbs as they were always super limited. For example some granola to go with the fruit or noodles / rice to go with the salad. Noise - regular fireworks would keep me awake at night they would be throughout the night after 12am even some at 3am. If you love yoga, veganism and the community around that and want a peaceful hostel rather than a party one I’m sure you’d really enjoy here!

Everything was amazing! I stayed here twice during my trip to Bali because I loved it so much. The staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast was delicious, the yoga classes were high quality, and the pool area and spa were wonderful. I highly recommend this place!

This is my second stay. After a few weeks of high energy vibes in Ubud, I like to spend a few day chilling here. It’s has an old school hippy vibe. Simple but comfortable rooms. Terrific vegan breakfasts. It’s great value and a few blocks from the beach. What’s not to like?

The place has a good location close to the beach but it can be really noisy. The amenities are cool with a pool and massage services. The yoga classes are nice with different styles but sometimes it is extremely hot and you sweat a lot during the classes. The food is great and the breakfast are nice if you are vegan or vegetarian

I did the 7 day unlimited yoga & stay at Serenity and would recommend it! I stayed in the single ‘zen’ room. It was small but had everything you need for a comfortable stay. There was a small shared fridge if you wanted to buy some food. There was noise occasionally from other guests outside, but honestly that was not a problem. The free breakfast buffet was a standout - I ate so well and healthy every morning. I’m not vegan and I really enjoyed it. The yoga was also incredible - so many great options, but I particularly enjoyed Yogi, Astri and Tao’s classes. It’s affordable, eco friendly, and close to the beach for walking. Simple and perfect.
