Sergiana Mureșenilor offers a traditional dining experience with food that is tasty and served in decent portions, at prices that are fair for the quality provided. The service is acceptable but fairly average, without anything special to stand out. The atmosphere is also typical and pleasant enough, though not particularly memorable. Overall, it’s a solid option for traditional food, but nothing exceptional.

Absolutely outstanding meal from start to finish. Every dish was thoughtfully prepared and full of flavor. The beef was perfectly cooked, tender, and rich, paired beautifully with crisp, golden fries. The schnitzel was light, crunchy, and exactly what you hope for—comforting yet refined. The traditional soup was deeply flavorful and warming, and the fresh salad was bright, crisp, and well-balanced. Even the bread basket stood out—fresh, soft inside with a great crust. The highlight of the evening, though, was the wine. The Nocturne Rosé from Purcari was exceptional—clean, refreshing, and perfectly matched the food. You can tell real care goes into both the kitchen and the wine selection. Service was attentive without being intrusive, and the overall atmosphere made the experience even better. This is the kind of place you remember after you leave and look forward to returning to. Highly recommended.

I visited this restaurant twice while visiting Brasov in December 25. It serves traditional Romanian and Transylvanian food. Overall, the food is very tasty and the service is fast and attentive. However, some dishes need to be reworked (e.g. the seasonal wild boar dish) and the desserts need to be improved. A reservation is a must and I would definitely visit again!

The best restaurant if you're looking for authentic romanian dishes and dining experience. ✅Location: Cozy and clean. 👌Food: I would go back and recommend this restaurant. The Ciorba de burta did not disappoint, even the complimentary jumari with onion, tasted good. Our main course were ciolan with beans and ciolan with cabbage, which both tasted well. The pork is tender, juicy, and hit the right spot of not being too salty and not bland. I would say I liked the beans more. The freshly pressed apple juice matched our entire meal. The serving was generous and we had a few leftovers for takeway.😊 💯Service: We arrived at the restaurant during dinner without a reservation, and we were treated great. We didn't have to wait long for the food to be served. I would say they're very attentive. Overall, a really great dining experience.

A very popular place – we had to wait a bit before a table became available. It makes sense to book in advance. A cozy Romanian cuisine restaurant with friendly staff. I really liked the complimentary treat of pork cracklings with onion and bread – absolutely delicious! As for the main dishes – there are some issues… The sarmale turned out sour, and the beef tongue was overcooked. So we’re giving it four stars.

Overpriced & over praised place. You have to wait hours to be seated - and while you’re waiting, you cannot order a drink - because you have to have assigned waiter. Some places are located in extremely uncomfortable alcoves - with fake wine bottles on shelves. Food was like regular- NOTHING, absolutely NOTHING special. Overall do not recommend this place.

Upon entering, the host accurately told us it would be a 15 minute wait. After being seated, we stated to our waiter, we ONLY want dessert, he treated us with the the same respect as if we had a 4 course meal. We had the Papanasi (which our waiter predicted). He brought us bread and dried meat and stated "it is on the house" The papanasi was cooked to perfection and just a hint of crispness (just how I like it). The local red berries and sour cream were in good proportions.

We were looking for an authentic Romanian experience and we got it! There is a huge variety of Romanian food, with affordable prices. The place is very big and even though we came without reservations and the place was packed, we waited for maybe just 5 minutes. There a small show, music and singing from time to time, which adds a little bit to the atmosphere
